Once again Indian batsman has proved their mettle on the South African fast bouncy pitches. This is not being said in a positive way, but rather in a sarcastic manner. The current Indian team which has been hailed for its exceptional performance has been warned about their ‘Tour to South Africa’. Rightly so, the batsmen have become the victims of true pitches and disciplined bowling.
Kohli who seemed at ease scoring double centuries, and Rohit Sharma who scored a century in less than 40 balls in a T20I, have been outclassed by the SA bowlers in Cape Town. Shrikar Dhawan, who makes much noise on the field, was sent quietly just for 16. Given India’s pathetic batting performance in the ongoing first test with South Africa, the netizens have taken their revenge and shooting some sarcastic tweets.
