Star campaigners always fetch some votes for any party and the ruling party TDP is always blessed with actor turned Politicians. As the Assembly elections of 2019 are approaching, TDP camp is waiting to bring in a star campaigner for itself. TDP is formed and established by the most brilliant star campaigner and founder NTR and it got many actors in the latter years. In 2009, none other than the Young Tiger NTR Jr sweated it out for the elections and hurt himself in an accident.
For 2014, Nandamuri’s heir Balayya himself cheered the Nandamuri fans and TDP supporters by campaigning for the party and he too contested as an MLA in Hindupur and won. As NTR Jr got distanced from Politics and busy with movies and Balayya has his own constituency to campaign other than for his son in law Lokesh, there are hardly any Nandamuri heroes left. Even though Nara Rohit did attract some voters in 2014 for his then form but now he is not even seen on silver screen lately. Now the entire focus is shifted to the Hari Krishna’s son Kalyan Ram.
With decent hits in recent times and maturity, Kalyan Ram is all set to become a show stopper for TDP leaders. This producer cum hero will campaign aggressively for some important leaders of TDP for the upcoming elections.
