Zaheer Khan weds Sagarika!

Former Indian cricketer, Zaheer Khan finally tied the knot. He married Sagarika Ghatge on Thursday. The couple became one in a registered marriage. It was a simple function without any media attention and hype. Ashish Nehra, Zaheer’s teammate during their stint in the National Cricket team was present for the marriage.
The first marriage photos were shared by Anjana Sharma, Head of Business and Brand marketing for Prosport Fitness Studio. Zaheer Khan owns the Prosport Fitness studio. The registered marriage went amongst close family members and relatives. Zaheer Khan proposed Sagarika during the IPL 2017.
It was learned that Zaheer Khan flew Sagarika to Goa and proposed her there. Upon Sagarika’s acceptance, the couple revealed about their relation. The cricketer and actress couple got officially engaged on May 23rd, 2017.
The reception will be hosted on 27th of November 2017 in Taj Mahal Palace and Tower in Mumbai.
In the past, Zaheer and another Bollywood heroine Isha Sarvaani were in deep relation. It was rumored that Zaheer would be marrying Isha right after the 2011 Cricket World Cup. But no such thing took place. After Zaheer announced about his relation with Sagarika earlier this year it left everyone to shock.
