In June 2023, the TFPC (Tamil Film Producers’ Council) had previously issued warnings to several actors, including Simbu, Vishal, SJ Surya, Atharva, and Yogi Babu, all prominent figures in the Tamil film industry. The red card effectively means that these actors are temporarily prohibited from collaborating with any Kollywood producers until further notice.
