Star Choreographer Raju Sundaram is moving pawns for his second directorial venture in his career. This time, he is eyeing on big star like Prabhas for an action entertainer.

Raju Sundaram being a son of senior most composer Sundaram Master and brother of Indian Michael Jackson Prabhu Deva created his own space in Southern Indian Cinema. After becoming one of the leading Choreographers, he tried his luck as a director starring Ajith in Tamil for which the movie bagged mixed talk. Now a decade has been completed since his first project and now he is keen on directing his second. Impressed with Prabhas in Baahubali series, he has written an action comedy entertainer keeping Rebel star in mind. He has reportedly met Prabhas’s home banner UV Creations to make this project get materialized. It seems that both Prabhas and UV CReations gave the green signal for Raju Sundaram and asked him to wait until 2019’s Summer for call sheets. Its obviously a good piece of news for Prabhas’s fans but some wonder how Prabhas complete all his signed projects in time. Already he is doing Saaho and it would take another half year to complete. Other than this, he has okayed a project under Jil fame Radha Krishna.

For now, Prabhas has to score a hit to maintain his Pan India craze post-Baahubali as the Rajamouli films sentiment is haunting him. There was no hero in Tollywood who scored a hit after working under Rajamouli. Hope Saaho becomes a blockbuster across India to keep Tollywood on top yet again.

If a good character is offered, he is even ready to do a role in any junior hero’s films. After a long gap, he is here, promoting his horror flick, Ra… Raa… which is releasing on Friday. Srikanth attended the press conference to speak on the film.

Everyone in the Tollywood is aware of his closeness with the Mega family, especially his friendship with Pawan Kalyan. He was asked many times if he is keen to join Janasena for his friendship. This time too, media shot him the same question about his involvement in the impending elections, next year.

The actor categorically denied and put a full stop to all speculations on his joining politics. Srikanth said, “It’s not just Janasena, I am not keen to join any political party in the present or in future situations. I am more than happy to be an actor and will only remain one. I will never look to make a career, in politics.”

Now, for once the media and also the fans got a clear picture, that Srikanth is only interested in promoting his upcoming horror film Ra… Raa and not politics.

The death of actor Gundu Hanumantha Rao has left everyone in the Telugu film industry in deep sorrow. The actor has been suffering from a long-term kidney ailment, and he has been on dialysis for a very long time. He breathed his last on 19th February, at around 3:30 am in the morning. At the time of his death, he is only survived by his son, Aditya.

Many film actors came to pay their homage to Gundu Hanumantha Rao. But star comedian Brahmanandam’s words touched everyone’s heart. Speaking to the media, and sharing his relationship with Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Brahmanandam said, ‘when someone passes away, we express our condolences to the family of the deceased. But in this case, there is no family for Aditya. To whom should I even express my condolences…’ said the actor, breaking down into tears.

It is heard that star Brahmanandam has come forward to adopt Aditya. ‘Brahmanandam Garu told that he will take care of Aditya’s education which took a break. He will ensure that Aditya gets settled in life, by getting into a profession and marrying. Until Aditya has a family of his own, Brahmanandam Garu would be with him,’ quoted a close source to Gundu Hanumantha Rao family. It is really nice to see someone from the film industry come forward in this manner.

Producers of ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ starring Mahesh Babu and ‘Na Peru Surya’ starring Allu Arjun came to a compromise. The producers agreed upon different release dates, bringing an end to the ‘clash of the Titans’.

Initially, both the films were slated to release on April 27th. This raised tensions among the trade experts, who hinted that a same-day release could hamper the collections of both the films badly. Again the release dates of both the films were shifted to April 27th. Trying to negotiate, Na Peru Surya was preponed by one day. Soon, Bharat Ane Nenu also took the same step.

The film industry called up Megastar Chiranjeevi and Allu Aravind to sort out the issue. Trying to bring a negotiation, Allu Aravind called the producers of both the film for a meeting. After a long and tedious meeting, the makers of both the films have come to a conclusion.

Bharat Ane Nenu has been preponed by a week and will be releasing on April 20th. Parallelly, Na Peru Surya has been postponed by a week and will release on May 4th.The whole trade circles have been happy with the producers’ decision.

Along with the producer Nani, this newcomer is getting appreciation from all the corners of the industry for introducing a new genre to time-tested formulated Telugu Cinema.
