Regina Cassandra Hot Exposing For Movie Chances

Posted [relativedate] at [relativetime time_format=”H:i”]

Heroines Rakul Preet Singh and Regina Cassandra have stepped into Telugu Film Industry at the same time. Both are great friends not only on-screen but also off-screen too. It is reported that both share the same flat and spend a lot of time together whenever possible.

In terms of success and star image, Rakul is way ahead of Regina. Call it luck or fortune, Rakul is having her golden time. On the other hand, Regina is still struggling to make a name for herself. Both the heroines initially started their acting careers with small heroes. While Rakul had seen success, Regina’s films often bombed at the box-office.

Exposing in flop movies goes unnoticed – Sad Story of a Telugu heroine‘Nakshtram’ Regina’s recent film, directed by Krishna Vamsi was an utter flop. Regina’s skin show in the film went unnoticed after the film became the flop. Regina’s upcoming movie ‘Balakrishnudu’ is being directed by PavanMallela, with Nara Rohit playing the male lead.

It is heard that Regina revealed too much in this film, this might well stand as a ‘crowd puller’ after the release of the film. The film being ‘romantic and action’ in genre adds support to the claims surrounding ‘extent of revealing’ by Regina.

One has to wait and see, whether ‘Balakrishnudu’ will give Regina the much-neededbreak so that she can have a break from ‘exposing’.

The recent film ‘Vunnadhi Okkate Zindagi’ touched many youngsters. The film is loosely based on the character of a young guy and how he faces life during the transformation from childhood to post-educational. The director Kishore Tirumala managed to create the magic with Ram’s splendid screen presence.

On the contrary, the film is on the verge of being declared as a ‘Flop’, given its below-par run at the box office. With the initial positive talk, trade analysts expected that the film would collect 20 Crores in its first week and will be a good profitable venture for the producer and distributors.

But the reality seems far different. According to official sources, the film managed to only collect hardly 12 crores in its first week. Few distributors claimed that the film did not even reach the break-even point. Though youth are encouraging the film, the family audience who are vital for the 2nd and 3rd-week collections are moving towards Ravi Teja’s ‘Raja the Great’, which has already collected 55 Crores gross.

Ram, Anupama Parameshwaran, and Lavanya Tripathi played the three lead roles in the film. Ram also produced the film along with his uncle SravanthiRavikishore. With the film’s disappointing run at the box-office, it looks like Ram’s first venture as producer did not go as well as he would have expected it to be.

The film is tailored to suit Nagarjuna’s body language,’ said RGV.

‘I have done a blunder by doing a remake of Siva. I will not do another blunder by making a sequel to Siva,’ claimed a source citing RGV’s words.

Next Nuvve Movie Telugu Bullet Review and Rating

‘Next Nuvve’ Film Review

Director: Prabhakar Podakandla

Producer: Bunny Vasu

Music Director: Sai Karthik

Starring: Aadi, Vaibhavi Shandilya, Rashmi Gautam, Brahmaji

‘Next Nuvve’ released amid high expectation. The film marks the entry of V4 banner that was created by Geetha Arts, UV Creation and Studio Green production houses together.

The film introduces small screen actor Prabhakar as director. Aadhi is playing the male lead role while Vaibhavi Shandilya is the heroine. The film also features Brahmaji, Reshmi, Ravibabu and Jayaprakash Reddy in key roles

Kiran (Aadhi) is an aspiring TV serial actor. He gets into a relationship with Vaibhavi Shandilya, and they both fall in love. The typical hardships faced by Kiran restrict them from living their life to the fullest. Meanwhile, Kiran is continuously threatened by Jayaprakash Reddy for failing to repay the loans.

Kiran comes to know that, his father has an ancestral property (an old building). He plans to renovate the old building into a hotel, hoping that he can clear all his debts. He obtains money from Jayaprakash Reddy’s son for the renovation work.

With the hotel being established, Kiran and Vaibhavi hope for a better life. Kiran, Vaibhavi, Sarath (Brahmaji) and Sarath’s sister (Reshmi) enter the hotel. With time, guests staying in the hotel start dying one after another. This leaves Kiran and his friends in shock, and what follows next is the story of the film.

Analysis:

The director clearly lacks grip on the script and the subject. The director tried to instill the fear showing mysterious deaths as the backdrop. If that’s the case, the choice of the director to convey the ‘mysterious deaths’ on a comical note is highly dubious. The routine comedy is another blow to the film. The film reminds the audience that they are watching a ‘horror’ film with added comedy scenes in between.

The whole story leads to a flashback and a climax. One will be disappointed hoping for a good climax. The flashback and climax scenes clearly fade out because of poor storytelling. Overall the film can be treated as another ‘routine horror comedy’ that lacked the content. Shakeela plays a small and a prominent role in the film.

The only breather is Reshmi, who will raise the heartbeat of the audience in her own way. Brahmaji and Ravibabu are successful in creating an entertaining comedy track. While the heroine does look good, Aadhi has shown considerable improvement in his acting. The high production values in the film clearly illustrate the class of the future films under V4. The Director in his first directorial venture clearly disappointed and needs to do some serious homework for his next film.

Positives:

  • Brahmaji and Ravibabu
  • Reshmi

Drawbacks:

  • Narration and Screenplay
  • Routine Comedy
  • Direction

PSV Garuda Vega Movie Review by Telugu Bullet

PSV Garuda Vega 126.18M Review!

Director: Praveen Sattaru

Producer: M Koteswara Raju

Music Director: Sricharan Pakala

Starring: Rajasekhar, Pooja Kumar, Kishore, Shraddha Das, Adith Arun

The much-awaited long-time film, PSV Garuda Vega is truly rocking the theatres. The action thriller that has high-octane action sequences and adventure elements, could well be the beginning of Rajasekhar’s second innings in Tollywood. Produced on a staggering budget of 25 Crores (considering Rajasekhar’s previous film budgets), Garuda Vega has rich production values complemented with engaging screenplay and direction.

Story:

Rajasekhar plays the role of an honest NIA (National Investigation Agency) agent in the film. His commitment towards his professions badly impacts his marital life with his wife Swathi, played by Pooja Kumar. Swathi is often seen complaining about the lack of quality time the couple has been spending together.

During this time, Sekhar (Rajasekhar) is handed over a critical case. Initially, the case is said to be related to a bomb explosion when it reaches Sekhar. But with the ongoing investigation, Sekhar comes across the various chain of events that completely shadow of what was reported to him. He finds that there is a whole chain of mafic and terrorist networks linked to that ‘simple’ bomb explosion. From there, the story is all about how Sekhar was able to resolve such a complicated case, and how was he able to cope up with his marital life parallelly.

Analysis:

Though the storyline appears to be wafer thin, the way it was narrated speaks volumes about the director. The screenplay and cinematography were handled, surely leaves the audience awestruck. Right from the first action episode in Darjeeling and until the last action picturized around Charminar before the interval, Telugu audience will be spellbound, witnessing actions sequences never heard and seen in Telugu Film Industry. By the time the second half picks up its pace, the central plot of Garuda Vega is revealed, and the audience experiences a ‘random story’ for the most part. But the director, Praveen Sattaru manages to clinch the audience heartbeat with the last 20 minutes of the film. The pre-climax and climax sequences are going to be testimonials of the hard work the director and the hero have put in.

Director’snarration and screenplay complimentRajasekhar’s ‘Angry Youngman’ image on the screen. Garuda Vega surely marks the grand entry of Rajasekhar into Telugu Film Industry. Rajasekhar with his action sequences takes us back 25 years into history. He has done what all he could possibly do. Pooja Kumar, Shraddha Das, Ali, Posani Krishna Murali and others have played their roles pretty. Srinivas Raju’s decision to produce the film with Rajasekhar as hero and Praveen Sattaru as a director is clearly a gutsy move.

Plus Points:

  • Direction, Narration, and Screenplay
  • Rajasekhar and his screen presence
  • Action Sequences and Cinematography
  • Production Values

Drawback Points:

  • Slight Drag in the second half
  • Couple of Routine scenes

Telugu Bullet Punch Line:

‘Garuda Vega’ is bound to increase your heartbeats at times! Be cautious!

Balakrishna Jayasimha high on sentiments!

Nandamuri Balakrishna ‘Simha’, directed by Boyapati Seenu was a blockbuster. The film crossed 50 crores mark for the first time in his career. Post that film, it is known that Balakrishna did not have hits in that range. Even though ‘Gautamiputra Sathakarni’ was a hit, both commercially and conceptually, Balakrishna fans felt that it did not match the heights of ‘Simha’. After naming his next film with KS Ravi Kumar as ‘Jayasimha’ Balakrishna is gearing up for one more blockbuster.

Even though it sounds superstitious, but it’s proven fact that most of the films featuring the term ‘Simha’ have been hits for Balakrishna in the past. Going with the same sentiment, even the logo for ‘Jayasimha’ has been designed on similar lines of ‘Simha’. Balakrishna’s look, style, and double-role would remind ‘Simha’.

Sentiments high on the film!

Nayantara who was the heroine in Simha will also be seen as the heroine in Jayasimha. With everything seeming positive, and sentiments high, Balakrishna is looking forward to ring the cash registers at the box office with Jayasimha, just like what he did in the past.

Meanwhile, the fans are a bit worried about the film. The director did not have a good time in Tamil Film Industry recently. The fans are also worried that the film might feature content similar to ‘Player’ movie in Tamil. Jayasimha is set to release for the 2018 Sankranti festival.

Chennai court finally came out with a judgment that the production work of Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie can continue. Rajini’s film, ‘Kaala’ has been in controversies and speculations in the recent times due to a court case. With the latest judgment, everything can now be put to rest. The court also directed the petitioner, K Rajashekaran, a proprietor of GSR Vinmeen Creations, who opposed the film’s production, to approach the Madras High Court.

The Petitioner filed the complaint in the court stating that the title and story of the movie completely belong to him. He also resisted with the point that the title ‘Karikalan’ was already registered. ‘I registered ‘Karikalan’ title with South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce,’ stated petitioner.

Rajinikanth’s ‘Kaala’ - Chennai Court declines to stall the Production

Ranjith wrote the story: Vinod Kumar

Vinod Kumar, Executive Director of Wunderbar Films, responded that the story was written by Pa Ranjith. Vinod was acting on behalf of Rajinikanth, Pa Ranjth, and Wunderbar Films.

‘Ranjith himself wrote the story and wanted Rajinikanth in the lead role, a gang leader in Mumbai named karikalan,’ said Vinod Kumar. For us, the petitioner is a complete stranger and present suit is not maintainable. Both movie titles are different.

In petitioner’s own pleadings he disclosed that the title registration also lapsed. He had moreover no locus standi to seek any relief against the movie.
