Rakhi Sawant lodges FIR on Rajput Karni Sena

It is reported that Rakhi Sawant has lodged a complaint and an FIR has been filed against the Rajput Karni Sena. Speaking to a media house, Rakhi Sawant stated that, ‘I have been getting repeated threat calls. The members of Rajput Karni Sena are making obscene remarks against me. They have also threatened me that they would be blackening my face’, said Rakhi Sawant.
It all started after Rakhi Sawant posted a video extending her support to ‘Padmavathi’. In the video, Rakhi was seen supporting the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and the other cast of the film. After this video became viral, the Rajput Karni Sena vowed that they would blacken Rakhi Sawant’s face for lending support to ‘Padmavathi’.
Rakhi further stated that ‘I am a citizen of this country, and I have every right to speak my mind. I have full faith in the Mumbai Police that they will protect me from these threats.’
She also stated that ‘Everyone should watch the film before protesting against it. I don’t think Bhansali has shown anything wrong.’
