Naga Chaitanya release 5 films in 2018!

Star hero, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya recently got married to star heroine Samantha. Post the marriage, the Naga Chaitanya has taken a month off from his shooting schedules. Resuming his work, the Akkineni hero joined the team of ‘Savyachasi’ to complete shooting for the film. The hero is aiming to complete the film at the earliest and join Director Maruthi, who would be directing his next film, ‘Sailaja Reddy Alludu.’

Parallelly, Naga Chaitanya okayed a script narrated by Virinchi Varma, who directed Nani starter ‘Majnu’ film. It is expected that the film under Virinchi Varma would go onto sets in January 2018. Naga Chaitanya expressed his willingness to act with his uncle, senior star hero Venkatesh. Both are likely to be seen in remake film of a recent Tamil hit movie. It is expected that very soon details of the duo’s film would be out.

Naga Chaitya has reportedly agreed to do a film with director Kalyan Krishna, who has given him a success with the hit movie ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chudham’. Going by his spree of signing film, we can expect 5 films of Naga Chaitanya to release in 2018 if things go as planned.

It looks like, marrying Samantha has brought good fortune to the Akkineni Hero. One has to wait and see how well his films would fare at the box office!

Ajay Andrews latest film ‘Okkadu Migiladu’, starring Manchu Manoj and Anisha Ambrose as lead pair is all set for the release. Manchu Manoj will be seen playing two roles in the film. The movie’s story is based on the life of LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam) leader Prabhakaran, who role is being reprised by Manchu Manoj as one of his characters.

With the story being related to LTTE Prabhakaran life, (who played a key role in the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi), the film has already created a buzz even before its release. The director has confirmed that ‘this film would be far different from other films. There will no songs in the film.’ Manchu Manoj is seen heavily taking part in the promotion of the film.

Talking about the film, Manoj said, ‘The two characters played by me in the film blend with the script. At no point, you would see the hero, or heroics. The characters are filled with emotions and touch the audience.’

Yesteryear actress Suhasini and MilindGunaji will be seen playing key roles in the film.

With no commercial elements in the film to watch out for, one has to wait and see how well the film will be received. In the recent times, few experimental films did succeed well at the box office, given their strong script and direction.

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma has made sensational comments. In a recent Facebook post by the director, he went on to say that, ‘Arjun Reddy’ is a flop movie. Going into the details, Sandeep Vanga, the director of critically acclaimed movie ‘Arjun Reddy’, visited Ram Gopal Varma to brief him about the concept and story of his upcoming movie.

On his Facebook post, Ram Gopal Varma expressed that, ‘After I listened to the concept and story of Sandeep Vanga’s upcoming film, I was utterly shocked and I felt that ‘Arjun Reddy’ is an utter flop. Because his next film would be a Mega Success. I was very jealous after hearing the story.’

Sandeep Vanga has gone all the way to Mumbai to meet RGV and share about his new film. It is known that, after the release of ‘Arjun Reddy,’ amid a lot of controversies and backlash from certain sections, RGV stood by the film and supported the hero and the director for coming out with such a bold movie.

Sandeep Vanga will be directing Sarvanand in his next film. Going by RGV’s analysis, it sure looks like Sarvanand, who recently had a super hit with ‘Mahanubhavudu’ will mostly like have a much bigger hit in his next film with Sandeep.

Siddharth Movie Gruham Postponed The Release to Next Week

Hero Siddharth is hardly seen in the Telugu Film Industry from the past couple of years. He received critical acclaim for his acting in ‘Bommarillu’ which brought him a massive fan following and craze among the young and family audience. Post that, the hero has done few direct Telugu films. While few of them managed to do well at the box office, others have been a disaster.

After his last few films turned out to be utter flops, Siddharth has taken a break from Tollywood. Post that break, he is all set to rock the Telugu silver screen once again. This time, with his Horror movie ‘Gruham’, everyone expected a strong come-back for Siddharth.

The film was scheduled to release on November 10th. The recent news is that the film has been postponed, and is likely to be released next week. Close sources to the hero and production unit of the film stated that ‘with 5 films releasing this week the Gruham team felt that it would impact their collections. And hence they preferred to release the film next week, where they can make a good run at the box office.’

The film has already received good talk with its Tamil version. Andrea is acting alongside Siddharth as the heroine in the film. The film is said to be a Horror-Thriller.

Ramcharan waiting for ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ result?

The latest buzz in the Telugu Film Industry is that Ramcharan will be shooting for his next film under Boyapati Seenu’s direction from November 20th. He is currently shooting for ‘Rangasthalam 1985’, being directed by Sukumar. The film’s shooting is expected to be completed within the next week or so, with the release date likely to be in the last week of March 2018.

It was initially announced that Koratala Siva’s next film would be with Ramcharan as soon as he completes ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ with Mahesh Babu.

Now, with Ramcharan beginning to shoot for his next film from November 20 under Boyapati, it is highly unlikely that his film with Koratala Siva would go onto sets until May 2018.

Two possible reasons are being heard for the postponement of the project. The first one is that ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ shooting was delayed due to Mahesh’s previous commitments, which means there would be a conflict of dates with Ramcharan’s other projects.

While the other news is that, Ramcharan is waiting for the result of ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’, and would likely to give extensive dates to Koratala Siva if that film becomes a blockbuster.

Ramcharan’s next film with Boyapati is expected to release for 2018 Dussehra festival.
