Nandamuri Balakrishna never showed interest in remakes though sometimes he missed out very good movies. However, he has taken up Tamil film Saamy remake, but the Telugu version Lakshmi Narasimha disappointed him at the box office. Since then, the hero never said to a remake again, as he rejected to do Pink remake as well.The latest news is that Balayya is approached by Sithara Entertainment for the remake of recent Malayali hit Ayappanum Koshiyum.

The film is about how a senior police inspector on the verge of retirement, exacting revenge on a young guy who used power to throw him out of office. If Balayya plays the role played by Biju Menon, then we wonder who plays the negative role donned by Prithviraj.Reports are coming that the decision from Balayya is pending, and if he says yes to play that part, then the makers will be looking at heroes like Rana Daggubati or others who have played negative roles earlier, to step into Prithviraj’s shoes.On the downside, Ayappanum Koshiyum is right now being watched by many Telugu lovers on Amazon Prime (Malayalam version with English subtitles), as these news items have raked up huge curiosity.

Coronavirus has not spared the Royals too, as recently it was reported that Prince Charles has tested positive for the virus. Soon after, Kanika Kapoor was dragged into the controversy as old pictures of the singer with Prince Charles went viral on the internet. Dressed in an orange ensemble, Kanika is snapped in conversation with Prince Charles. According to a news portal, these photographs belong to a royal event from 2015. However, Internet was quick to connect the meeting to their current health condition.

Kanika Kapoor became the first Bollywood celebrities to have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. She revealed the same in an elaborate Instagram post. The ‘Baby Doll’ singer had recently returned from London and is currently undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow. For a third time she has tested positive for coronavirus and SGPGIMS Director Prof RK Dhiman had stated that her treatment will continue until unless at least two tests show her negative.Legal action has also been initiated against the singer for negligence.

An FIR was lodged by Lucknow’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Narendra Kumar Agarwal against the singer at the Sarojini Nagar Police Station, under Sections 188 (disobedience of an order duly promulgated by a public servant), 269 (negligently acting in a way likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life), and 270 (malignant act likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life) of the Indian Penal Code. According to the Lucknow police, two more FIRs were registered against Kanika Kapoor at Hazratganj Police Station and at Gomti Nagar Police Station for negligence.

While all shooting and all works related to the films in Bollywood have been come to a halt, following the coronavirus pandemic, reports were rife that editing of his film is still underway. Today, the production house of the actor has released an official statement on their social media handle stating that they have put all their operations on hold, following the 21-day lockdown announced by the Government of India.

Reports were rife that Salman was working from his Panvel farmhouse only to meet the film’s Eid release date which is May 22, 2020. While the film shoots have come to a halt the actor has been at his Panvel farmhouse and the reports further suggested that the farmhouse has been made into Radhe’s edit space from where the post-production is taking place.

However, Salman’s manager reportedly rubbished all such rumours. He also added that all their offices are shut for the safety of all. Reportedly, only a song featuring Salman and Disha is left to be shot for the film which will only happen after the spread of the coronavirus subsides.

Kanika tested positive for Covid-19

India’s first Bollywood celebrity who tested positive for Covid-19 is none other than singer Kanika Kapoor.However, Kanika is yet to recover from Covid-19. In the latest test result, Kanika tested positive for Covid-19. This is the third time she got tested positive consecutively. The results came on Tuesday night. So, doctors are going to continue their treatment for Kanika.

Earlier, Kanika had tested positive on Sunday in the second Covid-19 test. Kanika Kapoor is currently undergoing treatment at the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow.

SGPGIMS Director Prof RK Dhiman confirmed the latest test result of Kanika. He assured that she would recover and he said the treatment would continue to Kanika until and unless she tests negative for two consecutive tests.
