Mr Putin will have a meeting with President Ram Nath Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The last India-Russia Annual Bilateral Summit was held in June a year ago, amid the visit of Prime Minister Modi to Russia. In May this year, Mr Modi had made a trip to Russian coastal city of Sochi for an informal summit with Mr Putin.
