The announced flick in the most hyped combination of Young Tiger NTR Jr and Trivikram is yet to start its regular shoot. But the makers of the project are counting stars to fix a release date for having maximum openings.

The debacle of Agnyathavaasi has cautioned both Trivikram and Producer S.Radha Krishna to be more careful in production. Thus, they decided to take their own time to work on the script in order to score a hit. So Trivikram will take his own time to complete the flick by this year’s second half. If they plan the release for Dussehra, then the biggie ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ would give a huge competition to this flick. For sure BAN has many expectations and fans are eagerly waiting to see Srimanthudu’s combo once again. Also, the hard-core fans of Mahesh who are in bad mood with ‘Spyder’ flop are counting down days for the BAN.

So Trivikram is opting for Sankranthi release. But then, the most awaited flick of Rebel star ‘Saaho’ will be released in many regions and it will surely affect this flick. These two projects are making Radha Krishna restless. Comparatively, BAN competition is better than Saaho as Prabhas has the National wide potential for now.

At present, Trivikram is busy reshaping this script and NTR Jr is working on his body to change his look. This family entertainer is bankrolled by S.Radha Krishna and Anirudh is going to score the music. Anu Emmanuel and Pooja are in talks for the role of the lead actress.

The Telugu Desam MP of Chittoor, Galla Jayadev has made both the people of Telugu and the TDP proud with his sensational speech in the Parliament recently. His speech appeared to be a perfect amalgam of blasting center and stating A.Ps problems.

Jayadev in his speech has touched all the promises made by several ministers belong to center. He didn’t spare the previous UPA government and state’s opposition YSRCP in his bullet speech. Jayadev started with the topic of Union Budget-2018 stating that he has made a detailed report of all the promises and cheating done by present and past PMs to the state post bifurcation. This most successful businessman dared to say “ Your allies have been betrayed by your deeds” directly to the PM Modi and warned them not to take A.P like anything. “ My Chief CBN visited center like 29 times recently” claimed Jayadev making the center to know how CBN is meeting all the responsible Ministers and PM to sort the issues of AP.  

He didn’t spare ex-PM Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi as they betrayed AP during the time of bifurcation. He went on saying “ She ( Sonia Gandhi) took A.P for granted as she thought of having YSRCP support unofficially thus they paid the price by getting 0 from 25 M.P seats and 0 from 175 MLAs. Jayadev shown his frustration on local rival party YSRCP by uttering “ YSRCP is supporting your budget only to have personal gains like coming out of jail without any cases from Enforcement Department”. He pleaded the center not to believe in their BJP state leaders’ fake reports.

Jayadev directly asked the PM Modi himself to look at all the promises he has made during his election campaigns of 2014. He enlisted the necessary topics out of all the promises made by the center to A.P like Polavaram, Separate Railway Zone, Special Category, Airports and Metros for Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada etc. Jayadev embarrassed the BJP cadre in the house by saying “ even a Telugu flick like Baahubali had grossed like 2000 crores and it is more than the funds allocated to the Andhra Pradesh, which is some 1700+ crore”. He specially mentioned that Amaravati needs more funds and he thereby requested the center to grant sufficient funds in order to build the capital of a state which has no permanent capital.

He ended his electrifying speech by warning the center once again “Not to irk TDP and people of A.P as they are going to end the Alliance drama for once and forever”. We have to wait and see if this so-called perfect speech would bring any change among BJP or not.

Pawan Kalyan has retorted his rivals by not just responding to the Union Budget but also establishing a JAC of AP. Pawan who observed the Telangana movement very keenly seemed to be inspired by the JAC as the political rivals in T-region joined their hands for the cause. So Pawan without any further delay arranged a press meet and announced his JAC with all the opposition parties. He also invited senior most politicians like Jayaprakash Narayan and Undavalli Arun Kumar to take part in it. He would rather fight alone than joining JAC where Pawan might take the full credit if there is any success. Here, one can clearly distinguish the nature of two-party heads. Pawan is fighting for the state forming a JAC with other parties keeping egos aside whereas Jagan still maintaining his pride and wants to fight alone.

People being an eyewitness to the ongoing developments in the state would certainly show the difference in the upcoming elections. But the well-wishers of the state wish Jagan to join JAC as it would become the strongest JAC and it can create pressure on the center. It’s time for all the state parties of A.P to unite and solve issues for state’s future or else A.P will end up as a disastrous state in entire Nation of India.

Convinced with Ashok’s script and his present form, Venky asked this maker to revive the shelved project such that his brother Suresh will bankroll the project in case any producers don’t dare to attempt. So Ashok is rumoured to be reworking on this shelved project to make it a new sensation in Tollywood. Sources say that this flick is on and the pre-production works are at a rapid pace. Details of the regular shoot and lead cast will be updated soon in the upcoming days. This script will be completely a new kind and out of the box concept in the history of Telugu Cinema.

Currently, Venkatesh is working under the creative maker Teja. Apart from this flick, he is doing a multi-starrer with Varun Tej under the most successful commercial director Anil Ravipudi.

After the Imperial Household Agency confirmed the marriage of the Japanese Princess Mako with Komuro, a common man, the whole nation, was taken by surprise. The marriage of princess with a common man is only possible in a film. But shockingly, the royal family of Japan gave its nod for Mako’s marriage with Komuro last year. Consequently, the pre-marriage engagement function took place last year.

The marriage was scheduled to take place in November 2018.   • After the announcement of Special Package, CM Chandrababu seemed to be very contended
  • In fact, he also sang along with BJP stating, Special Package is more beneficial than Special Status itself.
  • All of a sudden the CM goes to New Delhi with a list of 17 issues, pointing that they were not a part of the Special Package but were a part of Special Status
  • There is no clarity on the claims made by the Centre and the State against each other
  • BJP claims it has given funds, while TDP refrains itself from submitting the Utilization Certificates asked by the Centre.
  • I want to clearly know how far, and in what way did BJP fulfill with what they have promised as a part of the Special Package to AP

The Telugu Desam MPs on the third day started their protest inside the Parliament demanding justice to the state. At one point in time, they also tried to disturb Modi’s thanks, speech to President as well. Its then the BJP heads called CBN and asked him to order his MPs to calm down. With the request, MPs went to their seats and Modi finished his speech. After the speech, MPs reiterated the protest which resulted in the stall of Parliament. Speaker showcased her distress on TDP MPs as they protest both inside and outside the Parliament. Coming to the Rajya Sabha, the seniormost Congress MP KVP Ramachandrayya dwelled into the well with the placard which displays Save AP. The speaker of Rajya Sabha Venkaiah Naidu got frustrated and suspended KVP out of the house for a day. Even in the Parliament, the MPs of YSRCP tried to halt the speech of Modi and they have got warned by the speaker. Modi went on saying that the NDA government is the only government which respected the feelings of Telugu people. Going into the details, the hero Naga Shaurya has been trying hard to make his own identity in Tollywood. Even though he debuted with a hit like Oohalu Gusagusalade, the credit went to the director Srinivas Avasarala and Actress Rashi Khanna. Later he tried some movies and they ended up as duds and average grossers. Last but not the least, Mega daughter Niharika too failed to save Shaurya’s career. But the flick Chalo has given a solid hit to him in his career as a solo hero.

Directed by a debutant, the cinematography and music became the main highlights but more than anything, Naga Shaurya appeared as the whole and sole savior of the flick. He impressed both critics and common audience with his class and mass performances. This flick will surely fetch good name and mileage to his career. Now, this hero has got many projects in both Telugu and Tamil.

Chalo which was made with the low budget has grossed more than 6 crores and became a big success already. At overseas, the movie has surpassed half a million dollars mark and is running with a stupendous response.

The TDP party has received a huge blow with the sudden demise of party’s senior leader Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu yesterday night. All the leaders along with the party Chief Chandrababu Naidu paid their deep condolences.

Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu who worked as a lecturer in Arts and Science has started his career as a TDP party leader in 1983. He got inspired by the call given by the demised demiGod of Telugu land NTR. Later he joined TDP and served as an MLA and later Minister. He served the party in various positions and later left the party after the era of NTR. He went to Congress and won as MP and MLA. Also, he did ministry with Congress ticket and went to the center. Later in 2008, he came back to TDP, his home party and won as an MLA in a constituency from Kadapa district. However, he got defeated by Roja in Nagari during 2014 general elections. Its then CBN felicitated the senior party leader by nominating him as MLC and sent him to the legislative council. Gaali breathed his last yesterday night and his family members state that he has been suffering from BP and high fever. Despite heavy trails by top-class doctors, Gaali failed to sustain his life.

His demise will be a big dent to TDP which is already in bad state post the budget. CBN along with his party leaders are visiting the house of Gaali to pay the final rites. Some leaders who belong to the opposition are also paying their condolences despite their political rivalry. May his soul rest in peace.

The happening dusky siren Pooja Hegde has become the most sought-after actress in Tollywood lately. She is about to sign two crazy projects in Telugu along with a couple of special songs.

Earlier it has been reported that this tall legged hit lady is about to romance Ram Charan for a special song in Rangasthalam. Along with this, Pooja is holding talks with two big makers. One is the NTR Jr- Trivikram project and the other is the Jil fame Radha Krishna’s project with Rebel star Prabhas. Sources say that nothing has been officially confirmed by either of the parties but at the same time, they are likely to rope this actress as she matches perfectly for the lead actress roles in those movies. Whatever might be the case she will be cast in any one of the flicks. She rose to fame with Duvvada Jagannadham but later there are no takers for her height and remuneration. Still, many makers are trying hard to make their budgets to rope her at any cost. Boyapati Srinivas also tried his best rope her opposite Charan for his next but finally replaced her with Anu Emmanuel as the lead actress.

Currently, Pooja is romancing Alludu Seenu in Sakshyam. This movie is bankrolled by Bellamkonda Suresh and directed by Sriwass. Thaman is scoring music for this flick. This movie will be out shortly for this Summer.

Decades ago, our nation is a clear example of the phrase ‘Unity in Diversity’. Unfortunately, not anymore. Given the communal violence, and attacks in recent times, the law and order have been jumping out of their positions for quite a bit of time. After BJP came to power, the call for banning beef resulted in a violent attack against beef-eaters, where some even died in the process.

Esteemed institutions like IIT Mumbai are facing the wrath of rising communal violence in the nation.  A cafeteria in the Civil Engineering Department in IIT Mumbai reportedly banned meat. The move came after a group of vegetarians raised objections on non-vegetarians eating in silver plates. ‘Vegetarian food used to be served in silver plates and non-vegetarian food in plastic plates. After few students started eating non-veg in silver plates, the vegetarians raised objections, stating that, it is hurting their sentiments. Hence they came up with the proposal to ban meat on the campus,’ said a source associated with the IIT Mumbai campus.

Reacting on this, student union groups staged protests terming the management’s move as hypocrisy and calling them hypocrites.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson of the Civil Engineering Department clarified that there is no meat ban as rumored.

Renowned Telugu poet ‘Sirivennela’ Seetharama Sastry Garu is well known for his lyrics that have an underlying meaning. His songs are often considered as landmarks in the Telugu film industry. In fact, the song ‘Vidhata Thalapuna’ from the movie Sirivennela was so popular, it stood as a testimony to his literary merit. Since then, ‘Sirivennala’ became his last name. The lyricist won the National Award for Best Lyrics 7 times. He won the National in 1986, 1987 and 1988, and again in 1993, 1994, 1997 and 1999. This feat still remains a record.

Along with this, ‘Sirivennela’ Seetharama Sastry Garu also won numerous Nandi Awards, Filmfare awards, and other Literature awards.

Adding another jewel to his crown, Seetharama Sastry Garu will be presented with the 9th Memorial Award of Dr. Nagabhairava Koteswara Rao on February 11th, 2018 in Nellore. The award function will take place in the presence of legendary playback singer SP Balasubramanyam (Honorary President), Famous lyricist and poet Vennelakanti (President) and other poets.

The award has been established in the name of Literary Moghul and poet Dr. Nagabhairava Koteswara Rao. The Dr. Nagabhairava Award Committee in Nellore felicitates great poets and literary personnel every year.

Famous Telugu film writers, lyricist and poets like Thanikella Bharani (2012), Suddhala Ashok Teja (2013), and Gollapudi Maruthi Rao (2015) have won the awards previously.

AP Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy will be presenting the award to ‘Sirivennela’ Seetharama Sastry Garu at the event.
