It was believed that ‘Okka Kshanam’ would be a turning point in Allu Sirish film career. The mega hero spent almost a year for this film alone. His hard work paid off. Post the release, the film gained positive reviews and was highly appreciated by film critics and audience alike.
Even Allu Aravind was excited and watched the movie in Prasads Imax. The mega-producer was seen very happy coming out of the theatre. Even media reported that Chiranjeevi personally appreciated Allu Sirish after seeing Okka Kshanam.
But shockingly, the film did not perform to its expectations at the box-office. There were reports that the movie brought loses to distributors in few areas. Interestingly, a new theory emerged from a close associate to the film’s producer.
‘I personally feel that, if the film has been presented/produced by Geetha Arts, it would have been a sure hit,’ said a persona close to the film producer. That individual also claimed that distributors and theatre owners are of the same opinion.
In no way, this should be taken positively. It is really pathetic to decide a film’s performance depending on the production banner. At all levels, Okka Kshanam is a good movie and will remain the same way.

Promotions are part and parcel of all movies. Especially the producers of big-ticket films are dishing out huge amounts of marketing. While the makers of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie Agnathavasi have not considered promotions as keenly as it is normally done.
Whatever hype has been created so far is due to the vigorous promotional strategies organized by the overseas distributor. Since the day the overseas deal was confirmed, LA Telugu has been going on promoting the film quite aggressively which has been the major reason behind the tremendous hype that has been produced among the audience.
It is a normal thing when we sell the film for an astounding price, promoting the film aggressively is the minimum expected thing from the filmmakers. But the producers took undue advantage of the overseas distributor.
While, Producers may argue or have a different perspective that Pawan’s movie needs no marketing, and they could have taken a cue from Arka Media which explored each and every avenue to Promote Baahubali 2. After the global success of Baahubali 1, it was obvious for everyone to watch the second film. But the producers devoted unmatched resources to social media marketing to take the film to the next level.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s 25th movie, ‘Agnyaathavasi’ is all set to release on January 10th, 2017. The amount of hype and expectations on this film were never seen or heard for any other film in Tollywood’s history.
The film’s director Trivikram and producer Radha Krishna have asked Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Minister for Cinematography to watch the film. Talasani Srinivas Yadav reportedly spoke to KCR and requested him to join for the special show. For the same reason, the makers are holding a special show for CM KCR and few ministers.
The special show of the film will probably take place either on January 10th, or just a day before that, i.e., on January 9th. CM KCR, his family members, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and other ministers are likely to be present for the special show.
Pawan Kalyan recently met CM KCR in Pragathi Bhavan. CM KCR gave special attention to the meet and also treated Pawan Kalyan in an exceptional way. Though KCR invited for a special dinner, Pawan Kalyan declined it in a subtle manner. Given the warm environment between the two leaders, director Trivikram has taken the proposal of ‘special show’ to Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
