Air India staff and woman passenger slap each other!

It looks like getting into a brawl with the Airline Staff has turned out more like a fashion statement than anything else. In the latest incident, a woman passenger slapped an Air India staff (woman). Little did the passenger know what would happen next. She was immediately taken by surprise after the Air India staff give the woman passenger the same medicine. She slapped her back. The incident took place at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, New Delhi.

The woman passenger was booked on a 5:00 am Delhi – Ahmedabad flight. An argument broke out after the woman was denied boarding. As the scuffle between the Air India employee and the passenger got heated, they slapped each other. The Air India staff (woman) slapped only in retaliation.

‘The woman passenger reported at the check-in counters at 04:18 hours. She reached the boarding gate just as they closed. She was denied boarding as she failed to check in 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight,’ said an Air India officials.

The police reached the spot after they received the information. A medical examination was carried out on both the women. No complaint has been filed against each other.

She is visiting Hyderabad to take part in the ‘GES – Global Entrepreneurship Summit’. The GES will take place at the HICC – Hyderabad International Convention Center from November 28^th – 30^th November 2017. 1500 Delegates from over 170 countries are expected to attend the International summit. More than 50% of the attendees to the GES will be a woman. The 2017 GES theme is ‘Women First, Prosperity for All’.

Ivanka Trump is currently the principal advisor to the US President Donald Trump. She worked in the Modelling Industry and featured advertisements like Tommy Hilfiger and Sasson Jeans. She even presided as a Judge for Television programs. Ivanka is a fashion designer, author, and businesswoman. She has a line of apparel, handbags, clothing and other accessories under her own brand ‘Ivanka’. She is married to Jarred Kushner, who ran businesses in Real-Estate and Newspaper publishing. Ivanka and Jared were married on October 25, 2009, in a Jewish Ceremony. Ivanka converted her religion to Judaism to marry Kushner.

Ivanka’s visit to Hyderabad…

Ivanka is attending the GES – Global Entrepreneurship Summit, 2017 as the official representative of the United State. Ivanka Trump arrived at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad at 3:30 am today morning. Surprisingly, she did not arrive in a private jet. She instead flew in the Etihad Airway ‘Corporate Lounge’ in the commercial aircraft carrier. She was greeted and welcomed by Navtej Sarna, the current Indian Ambassador to the US at the airport. 30 Officials including her advisors and security personnel have accompanied Ivanka on this trip.

Initially, it was informed that Ivanka would be staying at the Westin Hotel, close to the HICC. But as a safety precaution, the American secret agency FBI has changed her stay to the Trident Hotel located at 64, Hitech City Road in Madhapur. Ivanka will be taking part at the GES – 2017 at 3:00 pm today afternoon. Her 12:00 – 5:00 pm schedule has been kept secret. Along with Ivanka, 50 delegates from various US companies are coming to the GES – 2017.

Ivanka would be participating in the GES alongside Telangana Chief Minister, Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Diana Louise Patricia Layfield, Roya Mahboob, and 1500 other delegates.

Foolproof Security Measures…

The Director-General of Police, M Mahender Reddy stated that over 10,400 police and security personnel are being put in place for the prestigious Global Entrepreneurship Summit – 2017. The police have taken special measures for the free-flow of the vehicular movements of the delegates and officials attending the summit.

Apart from city civil police, special forces like Octopus, Intelligence Security Wing, Dog Squad, Telangana Special State Police, City Armed Reserve and Anti-sabotage checks are a part of the multi-disciplinary security measures for the GES.

‘The transfer of 1500 delegates from the HICC – Hyderabad International Convention Center’ to the Taj Falaknuma Palace amidst the threats from various international terror organizations and installments would be a daunting task. We are prepared for everything, and ensure full safety and security for everyone attending this summit,’ said a high-rank Police official.

Special Gift from Akkineni Samantha

Ivanka will be handed over a wide range of gifs that mark her visit to India. The Central government and the Telangana State government have already prepared the list of gifts that would be handed over to Ivanka. Most notable, heroine and daughter-in-law of Akkineni Family, Akkineni Samantha would be gifting ‘Gollabhama Saree’ to Ivanka.

The ‘Gollabhama Saree’ are weaved only in the Siddipet district of Telangana. Siddipet has been recently awarded a unique patent for the weaving of ‘Gollabhama Sarees’. Samantha is personally designing the special saree along with handcrafted ‘bangles’ that would be gifted to Ivanka. It took 45 days for the handcraft personnel to create the specially designed bangles, that signified the Indo – US relation and the GES – 2017 summit.

Dining at the Falaknuma Palace and its history!

PM Modi, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, Ivanka along with other delegates will be attending the special dining at the Falaknuma Palace. They all will be dining on the world’s largest dining table. The dining table can serve up to 101 individuals in one go. It measures 80 feet in length, 5.7 feet in width and 2.7 feet in height (from the ground). Though no mic arrangements are made along the dining table, everyone can hear the conversation between two individuals, irrespective of their seating position.

The dining table has 50 chairs on the right and 50 chairs on the left, with one ‘distinct’ chair at the centre; for the ‘principal’ guest.

Ivanka along with other guests will be dining on the 124-year-old dining table, which has been completed in 1893. Every cutlery piece on this dining table is made up of gold and silver. Post the dinner session at the Taj Falaknuma Palace, Ivanka will be moving back to the Trident Hotel.

Visiting Golconda Fort and Leaving to the US…

Ivanka would be attending the 2^nd day of the GES – 2017 on Wednesday at 9:00 am in the morning. She would be participating in a wide range of discussions along with the delegates. ‘Ivanka would speak on how education, mentorship, and skills training would help in increasing the women in the workforce,’ said a source close to the GES – 2017 organizing committee.

It is learned that Ivanka would be visiting the iconic and historical Golconda Fort in her leisure time on 29^th of November 2017. According to sources, ‘the local US Consulate officials have identified six to seven places in the city. And the secret security agencies have zeroed on Golconda Fort’.

After her appearance on the 2^nd day, Ivanka Trump would leave to the United States on the same night (Wednesday) at 9:30 pm from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad. She would first fly to Dubai and from their, she is stated to have a connecting flight to the US. She will be flying in a regular commercial aircraft carrier.

US President, Donald Trump’s daughter and supposedly his most trusted advisor, Ivanka Trump has arrived here in Hyderabad, India in the wee hours on Tuesday, to attend the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad.

It is estimated that around 1200 young entrepreneurs in which a majority of women from 127 countries are attending the summit. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is inaugurating the event.

The inaugural session of the summit is addressed by Ivanka Trump who came along with her husband Jared Kushner. Her major attractions include two-panel discussions at the summit, which is themed on women entrepreneurs, where she will be discussing the issues relating to innovations, skill, and training.

The event is being co-hosted by India and US, where some 300 investors and ecosystem supporters are attending the mega event.

A gala dinner is arranged at the Falaknuma Palace, a luxury hotel once owned by one of the Nizams who ruled the city before Independence, where Modi will be greeted by Trump.

Besides, visiting Falaknuma, she might also visit, Charminar a historical site that topped Ms. Trump’s list of must visit places in India.

It is understood that more than 10,000 security personnel which includes, anti-terrorist forces and dog squads are deployed everywhere in the city where she is expected to travel, in her own special bulletproof vehicle with the US secret service taking all necessary care.

Earlier, authorities have done close checks in and around the city, they removed all the beggars from the streets. This can be considered her major mission after her father became President.

In the wee hours on Tuesday, Ivanka Trump, daughter and advisor to US President Donald Trump, arrived in Hyderabad for Global Entrepreneurship Summit-2017. She directly reached to Hotel Trident in Madhapur in a special vehicle that came from the US.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi was invited to inaugurate the Global Entrepreneurship Summit-2017 and Ivanka is going to lead a delegation from her country at the event.

More than 1500 delegates and CEOs major knowledge-based companies are expected to attend the summit that includes, entrepreneurs and investors.

This is the first time the summit is being hosted in South East Asia where Indian and US governments are partnering the event.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event which will be attended by Ivanka Trump who is representing the US as a senior Presidential advisor.

Earlier today, Ivanka, 36, has reached Hyderabad. Though this is her first trip to the country as a senior Presidential advisor, she traveled to India before as well. She was accompanied by many other senior top administrators, mainly a large Indian Americans are part of her delegation, which numbers 350 from 38 states.

Speaking to the reporters, she told, “It is a testament to the strong friendship between our two people and the growing economic and security partnership between our two nations”. She also said, she aims to serve as an open and collaborative environment for the exchange of ideas, to broaden networks, and to empower entrepreneurs to take their ideas and passion to the next level.

Virat Kohli has been the forefront of Indian batting lineup from the past 4-5 years. After Mahendra Singh Dhoni stepped down from captaincy, Virat Kohli took up the challenge as the captain for all formats of the game; Test, ODI, and T2Oi. Though he was criticized for his behavior on the exit of Kumble as Indian National Cricket Team coach, the nation once again stood behind him when he backed former skipper Dhoni.

The conclusion of the 2^nd Test with Sri Lanka at Nagpur sent warnings for the Proteas, the South African Cricket Team. Before the commencement of the test series with Sri Lanka, Virat Kohli said, ‘we don’t have much time for our tour against South Africa. We would utilize this series as a practice for our upcoming series.’ Many cricket pundits and analysts pointed a finger at Kohli’s attitude and arrogance. The numbers supporting the critics increased after the 1^st innings in the 1^st test at Eden Gardens.

But least they know, what was about to come. India came back from a losing position to almost winning the first test. If it was not for the bad light and loss of play due to rain, Sri Lanka would have been rattled fair and square in the Eden Gardens.

The 2^nd Test Match in Nagpur…

Day 1

After winning the toss, Sri Lanka chose to bat first in the 2^nd test. Though the pitch lacked the fresh tinge of green as the Eden Wicket, the pitch had its highs and lows. Without much support from the pitch, the Indian Spinner wrecked the Sri Lankan batting all through their innings. Sri Lanka ended up scoring 205/10 with their captain Chandimal scoring 57. The spin-duo, Ashwin, and Jadeja who failed to pick even one wicket in the first test shared 7 wickets among them. Ashwin took 4 wickets, while Jadeja and Ishant shared 3 each. The first day ended with Sri Lanka innings at 205/10 and India at 11/1 in their first innings, after KL Rahul was gone cheaply.

Day 2

Little did the visitors know what was to follow on the Day 2 and Day 3 of the test. Murali Vijay who is making a comeback with this match, after an 8-month wrist-injury rest made big on the day it most counted. Pujara and Vijay added 209 runs before Vijay, who scored 128 runs were caught by Perera at the short-fine leg in Herath’s bowling. The sorrows only intensified for the Sri Lankan bowlers with Kohli came out to the middle. The Indian captain quickly reached his half-century before the end of the Day 2 play with Pujara batting on 121 keeping India in a strong position at 312/2.

Day 3

Just 10-minutes before the lunch on the third day, Shanaka got bowled Pujara after getting through his defense. Pujara was out for a well-made 143, after a 183-run partnership with Kohli. Rahane who joined Kohli in the middle was out for 2 runs. Rohit Sharma, who has been desperately waiting to cement his place in the test team grabbed the opportunity. While Kohli was in sublime touch, Rohit with his class outwitted the Sri Lankan bowlers. Kohli went to score his 5^th double century as captain and equalled the record of Brain Lara for most number of double centuries as a captain. Virat Kohli became the first captain to smash 10 centuries in one calendar year. After reaching his double century, Virat tried to accelerate the scoring rate. In doing so, he was holed out to Thirimanne who judged the catch to perfection. Kohli got out after scoring 213 runs. India declared at 610/6 after Rohit Sharma (102) reached his century. The Sri Lanka batsman needed to bad out a fiery spell from Ishant and Umesh and ended up at 21/1.In total, he scored 51 international centuries with his latest double-ton.

Day 4

Before the day 4 began, no one was worried whether Sri Lanka will manage the Draw the test or will end up losing. The questions were; How many over will Sri Lankan batsman defend? The victory of India was almost inevitable looking the batting display of the Sri Lankan batsman. Without disappointing the analysts, the Lankans were 5 down for 72, and further slipped to 8 for 107. It was for the 9^th wicket, there was some resilience shown by Sri Lanka. Captain Chandimal and bowler Lakmal managed to add a 58-run partnership before Chandimal holed out at the long-on boundary. Soon the score from 165/9 changed to 166/10 after Ashwin managed to beat the outside edge of Gamage’s bat and clip one bail on the way. Though Ashwin picked another 4-wickets in this innings, Ishant’s bowling was top notch. Ishant, Umesh, and Jadeja shared 2 wickets each of the remaining 6 wickets.

Man of the Match and Final Scores:

Everyone knew it was coming. It was only a matter of time and the margin by which India would win. India won the 2^nd test match at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur by an Innings and 239 runs. Virat Kohli was awarded the ‘Man of the Match’ for his match-defining innings of 213 runs.

36-Year-Old record broken!

Ashwin became the fastest bowler to claim 300 wickets in 54 Tests, after breaking the record previously set by All-time Legend, Dennis Lillie who took 300 wickets in 56 Tests. Ashwin who started the match at 292 International Test wickets took 4 wickets in each of the innings to take the total tally to 300 test wickets. Speaking on his 300^th Test wicket, Ashwin said, ‘I haven’t been bowling the carom ball lately. From the past 2 years, I haven’t bowled many carom balls. I felt let me give it a try this time. And it worked for me.’ PLS Gamage was his 300^th scalp, who was bowled after the ball beat his edge.

Chandrababu Naidu is making all efforts to bring in investments from all corners of the globe. The CM of Andhra Pradesh left no stone unturned in creating a global brand image for the AP State. The Andhra Pradesh government saw the Global Entrepreneurial Summit as a great opportunity to attract multi-national companies to invest in AP.

But unfortunately, the AP Sarkar was left high and dry after the AP Economic Board did not receive an invitation for the summit. The AP Government took a step ahead and sent a letter of intent about their participation in the summit. The center did not respond at a positively. Instead, shocking the AP Government, the Centre has stated that the ‘State Governments’ have no role to play in this Global Entrepreneurial Summit.

The letter read, ‘we have only chosen Hyderabad as a venue for the conference. The state governments and even other ministries have no role to play in this. Other Ministry officials also did not receive any kind of invitations for the summit.’

The whole episode came as a shocker for the AP Government which has shown great enthusiasm to participate in the GES.

The construction of the first phase of the VIT-AP campus in Amaravati has been completed. The Amaravati VIT Campus will be inaugurated by Nara Chandrababu Naidu, CM of Andhra Pradesh. The CM’s ambition of establishing world-class premier educational institutions in Amaravati is gradually becoming a reality. The AP Sarkar allotted 200 acres of land for the VIT-AP campus. In the first phase, VIT officials have paid Rs. 50 crores for the first 100 acres

The first phase included the construction of two blocks beginning in January 2017. The construction of 3 Lakh 21 Thousand square feet of the built-up area has been completed in a record time. Out of the two constructed blocks, one block would carry the name of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishna while the other block would carry the name of Sarojini Naidu.

Though the official inauguration of the building would take place tomorrow, the VIT administration already scheduled classes for 630 students hailing from 24 Indian states earlier this year.

In a recent tweet, Rahul Gandhi, the vice-president of Congress party hits out, I must say “funnily” at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the wake of JuD chief Hafiz Saeed’s release by Pakistan court. His tweet came to light after the mastermind of 26/11 attack, Hafiz Saeed was released from house arrest. The government of Pakistan had decided against detaining him any further. Rahul Gandhi tweet lost its focus on the core issue. It says “Narendrabhai, Baath Nahi bani? Terror mastermind is free. President Trump just delinked Pak military funding from LeT. Your Hugplomacy failed? More hugs urgently needed.”

To this, Counter tweet was obvious to come, as BJP spokesperson, GVL Narasimha Rao, condemned Rahul Gandhi for mocking PM Modi’s diplomacy. After the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh, the Telugu Film Industry was caught in the midst of the political events. The AP State Government announced that it is taking all the necessary steps to bring the film industry to the capital of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.

In a recent internal survey conducted by the government and TDP party, they state government understood that many producers and heroes are willing to set-up new studios in Amaravati, promising that the government gives them surplus lands at highly subsided rates.

Meanwhile, commenting on the survey, it is heard that Chandrababu asked the filmmakers to first carry out shootings in and around Amaravati premises. Post that, the government would give them the required lands. While the prominent people in the film industry asked the government to first give the lands for the studio’s construction. Chandrababu raised the issue of Visakhapatnam in this reference. ‘Hundreds of acres were given to big production houses for construction of studios. Except for Ramanaidu Studios, there is no other studio in the beach-city’ said Chandrababu.

This lead to a tiff situation between the Telugu Film Industry and the AP State Government. Only time can tell which side would make the first move. Will the filmmaker say ‘Start, Camera Rolling, Action’? or the state government will give the lands for the studios!

Chittoor MP Siva Prasad has a unique following both in his party and the public. The MP is known for coming in different attires to the assembly. He is also a renowned doctor in his locality and a film actor. He is considered to be a close one to the CM Chandrababu Naidu. The bond between the two flourished with time. Siva Prasad initially started his political career and MLA and served in the cabinet of Chandrababu. Later, Chandrababu Naidu also gave asked the leader to contest from the Chittoor Lok Sabha constituency. Siva Prasad wins from the Chittoor Lok constituency.

But lately, it seemed that there was a fallout between the two. It is learned that after Chandrababu disagreed to fulfill some certain personal demands of Siva Prasad, the actor-turned-politician started playing tantrums. There were instances when he has fired on other TDP leaders when they tried to appease him. Siva Prasad also threatened that he would jump into YSRCP sooner or later.

But after the Nandyala and Kakinada elections, Siva Prasad came to a conclusion that his position in YSRCP would be no better than his current position in the TDP. Straightaway, he started a dialogue with other TDP leaders and tried to get into the good books of the CM. Close sources to the CM’s camp office stated that the CM isn’t responding to Siva Prasad’s pleas. If this is the pre-climax, it would be interesting to wait for the climax.

The fire erupted after the IAF Kiran trainer aircraft of the IAF crashed on Friday immediately after taking off from Hakimpet. A 22-year-old woman trainee pilot was inside the craft. She managed to escape miraculously when the Kiran Mark-I aircraft of the Indian Air Force, that crashed close to the busy Rajiv Rahadari Highway on Friday afternoon in Siddipet district.

Passers-by on the highway came to the help of the Sakshi Rehana the trainee pilot, by calling the IAF command control room and also the ambulance after the crash.

Except for the Sukhoi Su-30, all other Indian Air Force fighter aircraft are older than the pilots who fly them.

As per police reports, the aircraft took off from its base at Hakimpet at around 12 pm on a routine flight. While flying across Duddeda in Siddipet district, it is understood the aircraft developed a technical snag and the pilot lost control. She fell in the open area in the process of ejecting from the aircraft. The aircraft crashed around 100 meters away from where she landed, said V Shiva Kumar, Siddipet Police Commissioner.

According to the commissioner, the aircraft broke into two parts on impact and then caught fire. The parts of the craft were scattered all over the place and some were totally burnt too. It is noted that the trainee sustained injuries on her legs and was given first aid and airlifted back to base, said the police.

Over the last few months, efforts have been going on to trace missing children. So far, 500 missing children have been traced through Aadhaar card, the CEO of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Ajay Bhushan Pandey, Said in a news report.

According to him, total Aadhaar base stands at 1.19 billion with 99% of adults having it.

Addressing a session at the Global Conference on Cyberspace (GCCS) 2017, he said that over last few months more than 500 missing children have been located using Aadhaar card. Explaining further on this, he said this happened in incidents where a child is found in an orphanage underwent Aadhaar enrolment. “It was found that their 12 digits biometric identifier had already been made, through which they were able to trace”. Pandey said.

He was also seen joking about Bollywood movies where the siblings get separate and reunite after decades would now have to be reworked with Aadhaar in the picture.

It is to be noted that India stands among the nations which have the largest number of children in the world. It is about 40% of the 1.2 billion population is below the age group of 18, as per 2011 census.

Pandey, concluded, at the session that, Digital Identity for all has helped remove ghosts and duplicates from the system and also, saved around $10 billion due to its linkages to various government schemes.

It was not one crore or two crores but a multi-crore effort without any palpable results due to a large number of legislators missing in the assembly. The winter session of the legislature which concluded here on Friday cost the exchequer a huge amount of Rs. 35 crores for just ten days.

This year winter session, started on an embarrassing note with the assembly having to be adjourned, for some time due to lack of minimum number of legislators on day one on Nov.13, which reflected disinterest of ministers and legislators. A large number of legislators presented themselves occasionally or not seen at all.

The winter session in Karnataka state assembly was to be held from November 13, for 10 days at Suvarna Vidhan Soudha near Halga to pass many key bills. According to reports, it is worthy to note the point, all hotel lodging reservations made for the required staff, MLA’s, MLC’s and their secretariat staff etc., not only caused annoyance to the common public but also incurred huge losses to the government as absentees are high in this session.

For VIPs, Fairfield by Marriot is booked every year and the same system is followed this year too. It is estimated that roughly 100 plus rooms must have been booked to accommodate the legislators. Looks like no one has an inkling at whose expense the money is getting wasted and also no work getting accomplished.

Kaapu Leader Mudhragada Padmanabham has been the forefront of the Kaapu Reservation Movement. The leader staged many protests across the state in his fight for the Kaapu community. Recently, Madrugada has announced that December 6^th would be the final date to fulfill and implement the demands made by him for the Kaapu Community.

It looks like the political leader has a different thought whole together now. He is likely to postpone the deadline for one more month under one condition. Madrugada who previously demanded to include Kaapu Community under BC section, now further demanded that the reservation for Kaapu’s in BC section should be placed in a special category and be protected. A similar demand has been raised by MRPS (Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi) President Mandha Krishna Madiga. Though all the political parties have agreed to MRPS demand, there has been no conclusion on it yet.

With the recent demand, Mudhragada’s motives are being questioned more openly. Other Kaapu leaders are alleging that Madrugada is making the already sensitive issue more critical. It is learned that other Kaapu leaders would soon protest against the recent demands by Madrugada and alleged that Madrugada is using ‘Kaapu Reservation’ movement for his political gains.

It has been a routine drama from the YSRCP leaders to allege Chandrababu Naidu of ‘Horse Trading’ whenever their party members jump to the TDP party. Recently it was heard that of Giddi Eswari is also making plans to move to TDP from YSRCP.

Shockingly, no comments were heard from the YSRCP leaders alleging Chandrababu. It would be a real disaster and a self-goal if YSRCP stated that ‘Horse Trading’ is the reason for Giddi Eswari to leave the party. The female leader has been highly vocal in condemning and accusing Chandrababu Naidu on various fronts in the past.

But the true reason behind this shocked everyone. Vijaya Sai Reddy, who is a key leader of the party is being responsible for many leaders to leave the party and join TDP. Instead of giving importance and preference to leaders who have been loyal to the party, Vijaya Sai Reddy has been preferring leaders who left the party during its rough time.

If YSRCP believes that Chandrababu has even ‘purchased’ Vijaya Sai Reddy, it would be nothing but utter-foolishness of YSRCP. The party should instead focus on transforming people’s liking into vote bank. YSRCP’s behaviour has again proved that ‘There are no homicides in Politics, only suicides exist!’.
