China Babu Movie Review & China Babu Telugu Movie Rating

Casting:   Karthi, Sathyaraj, Sayesha, Priya Bhavani, Banupriya etc.

Music:  D.Imman

Producer: Suriya, Miriyala Ravinder Reddy

Story-Screenplay-Direction: Pandiraj

Introduction:

Karthi is one Tamil actor who has a market in the Telugu states on par to the local heroes. With the stories and concepts he comes up with, he got many fans in Tollywood. All his movies have parallel Telugu release along with the Tamil version. Such hero has come up with the flick Chinna Babu. Touted to be a complete rural-based family entertainer, this flick got the hype due to the fact that superstar Suriya produced this flick. Amidst all these expectations, Chinna Babu released today. Let us see how this flick was received by the Telugu audience.

Story:

Penugonda Rudraraju ( Sathyaraj ) is a local rich landlord. As his first wife Madhavi bears a girl child, he married his sister-in-law Bhargavi ( Bhanupriya ) for a male child in order to extend his family name. After having five baby girls, Madhavi gives birth to Karthi. Due to the fact that he is the only boy child in the family, he is pampered by all. Despite having a rich life, Karthi utilizes his family’s money to have organic farming and becomes his village’s favorite.

However, two daughters of Rudraraju want their daughters to get married to Karthi but Karthi falls in love with Neraja  ( Sayesha ) resulting in family’s internal wars. At the same time, Karthi fights with Neraja’s brother in law Surendra Raju ( Satru ) and gets him arrested for his illegal activities. In this situation, did the hero Karthi makes all his entire family agrees to his marriage with Neeraja or not. One has to watch the movie to find out the answers.

Analysis:

Many flicks came in the same concept of joint family entertainers. Makers often believe that a family-based drama if mixed with some comedy will give them sure success. Chinna Babu falls into the same category. But the scene in which Karthi elevates the greatness of a farmer stands as the main highlight of this flick. The director touched different aspects of the joint family such that marrying the sister’s daughter or rejecting a marriage proposal within the family etc. however, the increase of Tamil nativity is a big minus to the Telugu audiences. even though the director missed some logic in case of hero not knowing heroine since childhood despite living in a small village, his narration is quite good. Editing should have been better as we can see Tamil boards in Telugu version.

Coming to the performance of the actors, Suriya did his best as a young farmer. Sathyaraj appeared elegant but his dubbing voice could have been better. Some comedians went a step further such that it became over parody irking the plot of the movie. Songs are ok but the background score stood brilliantly. Fights are of top-notch and acted as a savior to the flick. Vel’s Cinematography is at his best as he showcased village’s beauty in his frame. The movie would have had performed will if it gets released for Sankranthi or Dussehra.

Vijetha Movie Review & Vijetha Telugu Movie Rating

Cast:       Kalyan Dev, Malavika Nair, Murali Sharma, Nassar, Noel, Rajeev Kanakala, Pragathi

Music:       Harshavardhan Rameshwar

Producer:       Sai Korrapati

Director:    Rakesh Shashi

Vijetha Review & Full Story Analysis :

The producer Sai Korrapati took up the challenge of introducing megastar Chiranjeevi’s younger Son-In-Law Kalyan Dev to the silver screen. This mega hero and classy producer’s combo raised the bar. The title Vijetha which is one of the milestones of Chiru’s career added more crazy to this project which is already hyped by the invites at the pre-release function of this flick. Let us see if this Vijetha has got victory or not.

Story:

The story of Vijetha is not new to the Telugu audience as these kinds of stories are quite common in the history of Telugu Cinema. It is all about a middle-class jobless guy who was raised by his widowed father with great love and care. Hero enjoys life without taking up the responsibilities even though his middle-class father faces many financial troubles. In this regard, the irresponsible hero falls in love with a girl in his neighborhood. The rest of the story is all about how this hero reacts when his father gets a heart attack and changes his lifestyle to win both the trust of his father and love.

Analysis:

Vijetha lacks freshness in the story as the concept of Father and Son became aged old by now. Middle-class father and irresponsible son and their relationships worked well many times but the concept became boring for the new age viewers. Likewise all the regular mass masala entertainers and the way they are getting success with new approaches, this flick too got some added elements to the old genre of middle-class father-son relationships which saved the final verdict. Director Rakesh Shashi succeeded in making the audience involved in the story even though the scenes and screenplay are predictable with his style of narration. Sashi debuted with the flop Jatha Kalise but he failed flat for making some experiments in the screenplay. But for Vijetha, he took extra care such that he never tried anything different or experimental in his department. He mainly concentrated on extracting emotions from the father and son characters despite known story.

In the first half, he took entertainment to the first place with comedy and funny songs on Chicken. The movie seemed to be a roller coaster ride of emotions throughout the plot. Not just the father and son, each and every character in this flick appeared very real and original to the core. Many audience would relate themselves to some characters as the director had written original and day to day conversations to keep it simple. The clever director sent a new point in the whole father and son relationship. Rather than just winning the love of father with a nice job, hero would give the life that has lost for his father and this point touched every young viewer of this movie. Pre-climax, climax and some scenes regarding actress’s mother are main highlights of this flick which also reflects the talent of the director Rakesh.

Coming to the hero Kalyan Dev, one cannot declare that he is on par to the mega heroes but he did impress being a debutant with his skills. His dancing moves appeared at ease and cute which is a good thing for the mega fans. His acting skills and dialogue delivery are ok but one can say that he will improve for sure. Overall, Kalyan grabbed the limelight with fresh looks. Heroine Malavika Nair once again gave a fine performance. She will have a bright future if she got provided with meaty roles. Murali Sharma showcased his acting peaks with his character in this movie. This character will increase his mileage in Tollywood for many years. Director completely extracted the talent out of this fabulous actor.

Producer Sai Korrapati’s production values are super good such that each and every frame appeared rich. Camera work by Baahubali fame Senthil added more flavor to the emotions in this movie. Editing, music and dance departments excelled in their work.

Telugu Bullet Punch Line:  Old story narrated in a new way with an amalgam of emotions.

Rx 100 Movie Review in Telugu

Cast: Karthikeya Gummadikonda, Payal Rajput, Rao Ramesh, Ramki etc.

Music: Chaitan Bharadwaj.

Producer: Ashok Reddy Gummikonda

Director: Ajay Bhupathi.

Rx 100 Movie Review & Introduction:

New maker Ajay Bhupathi is trying his luck a director after working under big directors like Ram Gopal Varma with RX-100 introducing Karthikeya and Payal. All the released posters, promos, video bytes, teaser and trailer, bold content and promotions brought huge hype to the flick. The team in their promotional interviews added more spice by asking the audience not to watch their flick if they love entertaining movies. Already the season of small budget movies is a trending thing in the Tollywood. Different flicks and interesting promotions are grabbing the eye balls of the viewers these days. Each viewer is rather going to these kind of small flicks than the huge budget movies and big heroes flicks. Pelli Choopulu, Nedhi Nadhi Oke Kadha, Arjun Reddy etc are some classic examples of this trend. Especially flicks like Arjun Reddy which has bold content is seeing some success at the box office. Likewise, RX-100 too is coming with such bold content making the youth go gaga over the promos is releasing today with huge pre-release hype. To know whether this flick achieved its target or not, first, we have to dwell on the story.

Story:

The male lead Siva ( Karthikeya) loses his parents in his childhood and Daddy ( Ramki ) raises him with love, care and affection. Siva after becoming an adult helps his father at home and leads a common youth life happily. He falls in love with Indu ( Payal Rajput) who is the daughter of that town’s rich landlord cum ZPTC ( Rao Ramesh). Knowing the fact that the ZPTC has issues with Daddy, Siva becomes more close to Indu. One fine day, Indu discloses her love matter to her dad Viswanatham but somehow ends up marrying an NRI for the sake of her father. Siva comes to know about this matter and with pain, he waits to seek the revenge on Viswanatham for troubling his father and breaking his love. He destroys all the properties of Viswanatham and beats his hand thereby becoming a psycho listening to no one. In this regard, will Indu comes to her town, will they fall back in love or not, the reason for her to marry some other and the real culprit behind her marriage will be known by watching the movie on screen.

Tollywood which has been sailing with time tested formula based routine entertainers is changing its path in recent times with the flicks like Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy etc. in general, all the love stories be like hero loves a girl but the father of the heroine doesn’t agree for the marriage. So the hero would have the revenge and wins the girl to conclude the flick. This is the most common pattern of any love story these days. But the flick RX-100 is entirely different from such format. The way the director Ajay showcased the love story and the hurdles he faces to win his love is impeccable. He went on par to Ram Gopal varma in showcasing both romance, bold scenes and violence to the core.

One would get a feeling that how could the Censor board allowed such bold content, romance, and violence to let stay in the final copy. Flashback deals with the fact how a youthful guy like Siva turns such violent later. The entrance of heroin itself is very bold such that the youth would sit on the seats watching her entry. Liplocks seats would increase the heat and go with family is not advisable for the readers. The first half seems like any other normal love story but the second half is thrilling. Especially the scenes from the pre-climax, twist and the climax are the heart of the flick. On a whole, the second half is the savior of this movie.

Hero Karthikeya impressed being a debuting actor. He has the personality and looks of a movie hero. The Siva character appeared like a tailor made for him. However, he should work on some departments like dialogue delivery, subtle expressions etc. Coming to the actress, Payal who is coming from the Hindi serials showcased her acting skills. She lived in the character when it comes to the romantic scenes. Actors like Rao Ramesh and Ramki did complete justice to their roles. Camera work, the background music is brilliant and helped the movie. Songs are ok but the romantic content in the visuals saved the songs. Director reveals that the movie is based on a real story with the original photo of Siva at the ending. Viewer would get out of the theatre thinking about the real Siva in the happened original story. All in all, portraying the actress in negative shades and bold content limit the family audience to their homes. But the movie will definitely impress the entire Youth.

Tej I Love You Movie Review

Cast: Sai Dharam Tej, Anupama Parameswaran, Banerjee, Viva Harsha, etc..,

Music: Gopi Sundar

Producer: K S Rama Rao

Director: Karunakaran

Tej I Love You Movie Review & Full Story:

Sai Dharam Tej has forayed into the Telugu Film Industry as a nephew of the megastar Chiranjeevi. He made his mark with a series of hits like Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jevitham, Supreme, Subhramanyam for Sale and set a separate space for himself. This Supreme hero who has been suffering with two three back to back flops has teamed up with the classic banner Creative Commercials which made produced many hits with his uncle Chiranjeevi in the past. Touted to be a love story, the fact that the love story specialist Karunakaran helming this project raised the buzz. Impressive trailers and promos along with the presence of cute beauty Anupama Parameswaran increased the hype prior to the release. Let us see if Tej scored his much-needed hit or not.

Who said I Love you to Tej and Why?

Tej comes from a typical good middle-class family which is rich in love and emotions which we often see in any Karunakaran’s movies. Losing his parents at very young age, Tej gets raised by his big Uncle and his small Uncle in a joint family. Once Tej helps a lady who is escaping from his family and rowdies to get her to the railway station. During that process, he kills a goon with a big stone and goes to jail for murdering. After returning to home spending seven years in Jail, Tej reaches home and comes to know that his family forces his sister to get married without liking. Tej helps his Sister to marry her lover and pays huge price from his family. Deeply hurt by Tej’s lifestyle and actions, his family throws him out forever.

Jumping to the introduction of the heroine, Nandini ( Anupama) arrives India from London to make the last wish of her mother to become true. Tej sees her unexpectedly and falls in love with her at the very first sight. Unfortunately, she meets with an accident and forgets her past and Tej. Did she remember her past? Did she propose I love you to the Tej? What is her mother’s last wish? How is Tej related to that wish? Will be answered in the movie.

Did Tej gets his proposal well?

Karunakaran always banks on love stories since the beginning of his career. But he failed to meet the expectations of fans having a hero like Sai Dharam Tej in hand. Because the director made the viewer guess the next scene and screenplay. The narration is very flat such that one can easily predict the upcoming twists in the story. However, the comedy track is the only positive thing about this flick. The fact that the story’s old theme and bad narration played the spoilsport for this project. Even the star composer like Gopi Sundar failed to give much-needed tunes and background music for this flick. Camera work is of top notch and it became the main highlight amongst the slow screenplay. Producer K S Ramarao’s lavish production appeared in every frame such that the overall movie seemed very good in terms of production values. Lack of more twists and predictable story killed this movie’s pace to the core. Overall the movie’s first half is ok but the second half will disappoint fans. Tej failed to get his much needed success with Tej-I Love you.

Coming to the main leads, as usual, Tej gave his best as an actor and once can see his improvement in all the departments. He excelled in his mark mannerisms and comedy timing. Mega fans recollect megastar Chiranjeevi in one particular scene in the first half beginning. Anupama Parameswaran looked very beautiful and charming. She increased her glamour does to and extend to entertain her fans. Viva Harsha and his batch excelled in their roles as comedians and their comedy is a huge plus. 30 years industry Prudhvi and Sureka Vani’s couple entertained to the core. Other actors like Banerjee, Pavitra Lokesh, and others did their best in their respective roles.

Pantham Movie Review

Cast: Gopichand, Mehreen, Prudhvi, Srinivasa Reddy, Jayaprakash Reddy etc.

Music: Gopi Sunder

Dialogues: Ramesh Reddy

Cinematography: Prasad Murella

Producer: KK Radha Mohan

Director: K Chakravarthi ( Chakri)

Pantham Movie Review & Full Story:

Gopichand has not scored a solid hit post the flick Loukyam. He has come up with the flick Pantham under the director Chakri who worked as an associate for the superhit flicks like Power and Jai Lava Kusa pairing with Mehreen. Touted to be an action thriller, this movie grabbed some pre-release buzz right from the day of its announcement. Theatrical trailer and release promos created a huge positive impact on the movie lovers. Let us see if this hard work from the team of Pantham gave a hit to the macho hero Gopi or not.

Reason for Gopichand’s “Pantham” ( Story): Vikranth Surana ( Gopichand) is a professional thief who loots the house of bigshots and rich people in the region. On this note, he robs the black money from the houses of Home Minister Jayendra ( Sampath) and Health Minister (Jayaprakash Reddy) in this process along with many other political leaders. Gopi and his gang gets caught to the Home Minister while he is robbing money from his girlfriend’s house and finds very crucial details about Vikrant which will leave him in shock. Then he discovers the fact that Vikranth is none other than the only son of one of the world’s richest man Surana group MD. the rest of the story revolves around why Vikranth is robbing money despite being the son of a rich man, why is he only targeting corrupt Politicians and his motto. The director indirectly reveals that the story is not a new one via the main lead role

Story of the Movie:

Government would provide certain amount to the deceased accident victims in the name of ex-gratia. The theme plot of the story revolves around this concept. The director took this point to have a brief concern of this amount being reached to the victim’s families or the middle people like Politicians and Government officials taking away this money. He added commerciality to this theme along with some cinematic liberties to have maximum impact. This type of role is said to be a tailor fit for Gopichand’s image and he did excel in his role as Vikranth Surana. Main antagonist’s role could have been better. Even though Gopi Sunder gave decent tunes, the way they picturised acted as speed breakers to the exciting plot. However, he excelled in the Rerecording in crucial scenes. Despite being directing the first time, maker Chakri’s attempt of delivering a social message sugar coated with commerciality gets good marks. However, he failed to keep the first half as exciting as the second half. Writer Ramesh Reddy’s dialogues were top notch especially the courtroom scene words stand as a highlight. Prasad Murella’s Cinematography is an added attraction. Producer Radha Krishna’s production values are very lavish and every frame appeared rich.

Actors Performance In Pantham:

Gopichand has been suffering with a series of flops and he is very hungry to score a hit. Pantham is one such opportunity for Gopi to have a feast showcasing his talent. With the experience of working as a main associate, the maker Chakri’s execution worked magically. The way he handled Gopi’s character with extra care did wonders on screen. Even though there are some boring scenes here and there, the final social message got delivered at the end without dragging. Apart from commerciality, the Political angle added new flavour to the flick. Being the 25th flick of this macho hero, he kept no limits to his talent. Gopichand excelled in dialogue deliveries and fights compared to the past. His acting skills in courtroom will thrill the fans. Mehreen’s role got limited to glamour and songs. Comedian Prudhvi entertained with his comedy timing in the first half. One gets a feeling that the director forcefully induced his comedy into the story for the sake of entertainment. Srinivasa Reddy, as usual, gave his best being hero’s best friend. Rallapalli, Ajay, Hamsa Nandini, Sayaji Shinde and others gave their maximum for their respective roles.

Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi Review (Telugu Movie) – By Telugu Bullet

0

Telugu movie connoisseurs will surely remember a movie released in recent times – Pelli Chupulu – This film was not just a massive hit but went to win the national award also. And the man behind the megaphone of this movie Tharun Bhascker has come up with another film titled – Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi.

Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi Movie Review & Full Story:

Talking of this film, all of those who have seen this film will surely remember a dialogue from it. Even before the release of this movie, this dialogue was the talking point. Backed by a renowned producer, D. Suresh Babu, perhaps coming from the backdrop of a huge hit, the expectations were surely high, lets jump into it and see what the latest offering from Tharun Bhascker has in store for us.

Story of the Movie:

As far as the story is concerned, it revolves around four friends sharing the joys of life together, but with their own dreams and aspirations – Vivek aspires to become a film director, Karthik dreams to hitch with the girl whose father owns a club where he works, Kaushik desires to become an actor, but as a stepping stone won’t mind working as a dubbing artist, to make a beginning, whereas, Upendra content with editing wedding
videos.

Short films – This is perhaps a massive trend we see in Tollywood these days – And the director of this film used it as a tool – The four friends decide to make a short film and face numerous challenges. Vivek supposedly, the captain of the ship goes astray over failure of his love, and stays aloof. But they come together to convince the club owner’s girl to wed Karthik and end up in Goa in unusual circumstances.

The twist in the tale comes when how their lives turn topsy-turvy and what eventually happens in the end is the real crux of the movie. Perhaps to give the movie the raw looks, the director, Tharun Bhascker went with the debutants, and must be appreciated that he extracted the best from them. They literally lived in their roles. The very fact that four
friends from middle class background, somewhat similar to boys next door, and how they about chasing their dreams is reminiscent of the struggles young boys of this generation face.

The sensitivities of these found young men and encounters in life were portrayed in the manner in which men of their age identity with, and this is done without an iota of exaggeration, kudos to the director.

Actors Performance in Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi:

Perhaps the most striking point of the movie is the conversational language of the four young men, throughout the movie we all keep wondering; we have used these words somewhere in our lives. It is this, the dialogues, behaviour, body language, behaviour patterns of the four friends instantly connect with the audience.

The issues, concerns, challenges, agonies and ecstasies of the young generation is portrayed in the manner it should be depicted. Though, at times, perhaps, the movie could have been edited to make it a bit crisp, but then, in hindsight, you end up feeling, perhaps it works fine. With have, in Tollywood, seen some really classical films from Shekar Kammula and others, when their films touched the emotional chords of the heart, that understanding of the finer feelings of life. It must be appreciated and commended that Tharun Bhascker has achieved that excellence of cinema with his second film.

Let’s hope Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi will dawn a new era in Telugu Cinema.

Telugu Bullet Rating for Ee Nagaraniki Yemaindi: 3/5 .

Jamba Lakidi Pamba (2018) – Telugu Movie Review & Rating

Srinivasa Reddy’s – Jamba Lakidi Pamba Review, Stroy Actors Performance & Telugu Bullet Rating:

Main Cast: Srinivasa Reddy, Siddhi Idnani, Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore,

Satyam Rajesh, Dhanaraj, Shakalaka Shankar etc

Music: Gopi Sundar

Cinematography: Satish Muthyala

Direction: J.B Murali Krishna

Introduction:

The flick Jamba Lakidi Pamba which got released in the year 1993 is a sensation at those times leaving fans in entertainment. Directed by E V V Satyanarayana, this flick which stars Naresh and Amani are the female leads in this cult classic. Now another movie starring Comedian turned hero Srinivas Reddy is coming to us after all these years. Since then no movie got close to such genre and variety script went nearer to Jambalakidi Pamba. However, the director of this new Jamba Lakidi Pamba made it clear that they only took the characters inspiration and titled whereas the rest of the movie is completely new and fresh. Released trailers and promos which carried good buzz became successful in raising expectations. Let us see if this flick reached the target or not.

Story:

Varun (Srinivas Reddy), Pallavi (Siddhi Idnani) gets married after falling in love with each other. Along with time, there exist common disputes between these two which eventually lead to mutual divorce. So they go to a famous lawyer Harischandra Prasad ( Posani) who helps as many as 99 couples to get divorced. As he is looking forward to entering the Guinness book of records by completing the 100th divorce case, he is more than happy to help the lead pair. Unexpectedly this Prasad along with his wife dies in a brutal car crash. After going to higher heavens, he gets rejected an entry by the Indra ( Suman) to live along with his wife as he became responsible for 99 divorce cases. In order to live in heaven with his wife, Suman asks Prasad to make Reddy and Pallavi united. The rest of the story is how Posani unites the lead pair and the way director narrated is the main highlight.

Review:

Comedian Srinivas Reddy despite going for heroic roles is intelligently picking up scripts which suit his image and range. He continued the same logic for the flick Jamba Lakidi Pamba as well. Even though he is the lead hero, Reddy continued to tickle the ribs with his style of comedy. Actress Siddhi Idnani who is debuting with this flick proved her mark with sensible acting. It is not an exaggeration if critics opine that she dominated the hero in some scenes especially in the gender changing scenes which include fights.

Apart from the lead heroes, happening artist Posani again showcased his acting skills as a lawyer who helps 99 couples for their divorce. His intention to enter records book by granting 100 divorces is hilariously narrated by the makers and became a highlight of the flick. Other lead comedians like Vennela Kishore, Satyam Rajesh, Tanikella Bharani, Raghu Babu, Hari Teja excelled in their roles. But the actors Shakalaka Shankar and Jayaprakash Reddy could have more screen space. Ali’s special cameo in an item song thrills the comedy lovers.

The production values are top notch as the producers bankrolled the movie out of passion. The director Murali did his hard work and one can see his desire of narrating a comedy-drama on the big screen. Murali apart from direction has showcased his writing skills through his dialogues embedded with power-packed punches which enthralled the mass audience. Despite the fact that this flick is a comedy entertainer, aspiring Mallu composer Gopi Sundar’s work is commendable. All his songs are pleasant and the item song tops the jukebox. Known for his background score, Gopi’s RR in the climax fight really helped the pace of the movie. Movie lovers say that Gopi who is famous for love stories should try mass entertainers in Telugu to repeat another Manyam Puli.

Satish Muthyala’s Cinematography is a huge plus to this project. However, the Editing department could have been better as many unwanted scenes troubled the pace of the movie. The makers should have taken care of the runtime to keep the flick crisp.

2019 Sankranthi War Between Two Political Biopics

Sankranthi is a festive season for not only the people of India but also for the Movie Industry as it has the capacity to deliver a minimum of three blockbusters. Such festival is always interesting with huge competitions among the star heroes. Yet another staggering dual fight is going to get witnessed for 2019’s Sankranthi as per the obtained information.Dwelling into the details, already a couple of flicks announced their release times for Sankranthi. But the movie lovers and analysts are always keen on the competition between any two onscreen rival heroes. After witnessing stunning competition of 2017 where the landmark flicks of two big star heroes of Telugu took place and ended up as a win-win situation, another Sankranthi has raised the heat.

On the day of NTR’s 95th birthday, the producer cum hero Nandamuri Balayya announced that the NTR biopic will be out for 2019’s Sankranthi, another biopic is locking horns with Balayya and the flick is none other than the biopic of YSR. Allu Arjun Naa Peru Surya Movie Review

Posted [relativedate] at [relativetime time_format=”H:i”]

Movie Name: Na Peru Surya Naa Illu India Movie
Movie Cast: Allu Arjun, Anu Emmanuel, Arjun Sarja, Sarath Kumar
Director: Vakkantham Vamsi
Music Director: Vishal-Shekar
Producers: Nagababu, Sridhar Lagadapati

Story Writer Vakkantham Vamsi is making his directorial debut with ‘Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India’, starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Kerala Kutti Anu Immanuel. While Lagadapati Sridhar is producing the film, Mega brother Nagababu is presenting the movie. After hits like Sarrainodu, and DJ let us see whether Allu Arjun, who transformed himself into an Army Officer, will win at the box office or not.

Story:

Right from a very young age, Surya (Allu Arjun) is a straightforward guy, who gets into troubles, thanks to his short temper. He is currently stationed at the Dehradun Military Camp and aims to go to the Indo – Pakistan LOC (Line of Control). He ends up killing a terrorist and slapping an army officer who confronts him on the incident. Surya gets suspended on disciplinary grounds by the Colonel (Boman Irani).

After being away from the army for a good long time, Surya wishes to join the army once again. The Colonel promises that he will send Surya to the LOC, only if can get a positive test report from psychologist Raghuram Krishnam Raju (Arjun) in Vishakhapatnam.

Raghuram asks Surya to come after 21 days, and consult him once again. Did Raghuram sign on the report? Did Surya get a chance to fight at the border? What is the relation between Raghuram and Surya? How did Surya manage to stop the atrocities by Challa (Sarath Kumar)? Where, and how did Surya meet the heroine? To find the answers, watch the movie on the silver screen.

Analysis:

Allu Arjun has shown his brilliance as a person with a short temper. The entire movie is simply One Man Show. Bunny fans will be spellbound watching their favorite hero on the screen. Allu Arjun’s transformation into the shoes of an army officer is quite astonishing. The fight scene before the interval is the highlight of the movie.

The story isn’t that great, as it is being projected. With enough scope for comedy and elevation of the hero, character has connected with the audience quite well.

Love track between the lead pair is far from orthodox. In one of the scenes, the heroines ask the hero to go and talk about their marriage with her father. Surya, who is short term, starts strangling her neck. If the youth expects that they can see the regular kind of love track, they are definitely wrong.

Apart from the hero’s characterization, no other character is designed properly by the director. The entire film runs on ‘anger & short temper’. The director has failed to utilize a senior actor like Arjun, and a hard-working star hero like Allu Arjun. Sarath Kumar as the villain did not seem convincing.

Plus Points:

  • Bunny’s performance
