Natural Star Nani, has become a savior of his producer, Dil Raju, these days. Even at the time of the pre-release event of ‘MCA’, the producer slipped his tongue when the crowd was making loud noise disturbing him in his speech. That’s when Nani behaved sensibly and took the responsibility to control the damage done by Dil Raju and he indeed became successful in doing so.

Initial reports showed the movie ‘MCA’ opened to negative reviews and gave an impression that producer Dil Raju will not be able to fulfill his dream of achieving a double hat-trick in 2017.While Nani pulled off a miracle. It was beyond anyone’s expectations to see the revenues of Day 1 of their Movie ‘MCA’. A worldwide share of Rs.9.55 crores would have been near to impossible without Natural Star. Even the craze for the Fida fame Sai Pallavi contributed to the openings.

The opening day collections are the only ray of hope for Dil Raju to score a double hat-trick.If we take a look at the first-day collections/share of the movie ‘MCA’- Nizam gave Rs.3.09 crore, Ceded- Rs. 1.15 crore, Uttar Andhra- Rs.94 lakhs, Guntur- Rs.69 lakhs, Krishna: Rs 47 lakhs, East: Rs 57 lakhs, West: Rs 45 lakhs, Nellore: Rs 25 lakhs. Overall, MCA First Day AP & Nizam Collections: Rs 7.61 crore.

After Ram Gopal Varma, he is one of the gutsiest and bold directors to portray bold content on the screen. He is none other than Puri Jagannadh, who is also a student to RGV is without any doubt the most wanted guys in the film industry. It is the first time, we can see the director is coming up with a short film, which is titled as ‘HUG’.

The makers of the short film have released the first look of the poster. This is trending and going viral on social media. The poster shows a woman hugging a tree is completely nude from the backside. Looks like the short film revolves around environment and humans. The inside information is that the lead role is played by a Kathak dancer, who hails from Russia but living in Hyderabad. Her name is Katerina Krivenko and we can see she is doing a very important character in the short film.

The director shared the poster on the social media, as, “My first short film ‘HUG’ shall be released on 31st Dec 2017 at 10 am, get ready for this one.” Though Puri didn’t reveal much about the film, it is produced by Puri himself under Puri connects banner. The music for the short film is composed by Sandeep Chowta and the editing is done by Junaid Siddiqui, while Anil Paduri took the responsibilities of visual effects.

Okka Kshanam new trailer was released and it looked pretty promising. The teaser of the movie was out a couple of days ago and it impressed everyone a big time. The film’s subject looks exciting and has won immediate attention. The fans are waiting for the release of the movie which is dated on December 28th, and the makers now have come out with the trailer.

If you take a look at it, the first teaser of the film showed that the film’s theme deals with hero and heroine’s life drawing parallel to another couple’s life. But as such nothing is revealed about the couple. Now, in the latest trailer, the makers show the other couple. If Allu Sirish and Surabhi’s chemistry is a highlight, on the other side, Seerat Kapoor’s glamour to woo Srinivas Avasarala’s is definitely going to heat up the silver screens.

Initially, the fans and audiences thought it is just like another thriller, but after seeing the trailer it becomes clearer that it is a doting love story which is an exciting surprise element.With the movie Srirastu Subhamastu, Allu Sirish has already proved his caliber as an actor, now trade circuits understand that this film is surely going to be a blockbuster. The Tamil movie ‘Vikram Vedha’ shocked everyone in the film industry. The movie website IMDB – Internet Movie Database has released the list of Top 10 movies for the year 2017. The film starring R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi took the first place, while the magnum opus film Baahubali (The Conclusion) stood in the second place. The podium was shared by another Tollywood film that caused a sensation, Arjun Reddy.

Perfectionist, Amir Khan’s ‘Secret Superstar’ was ranked fourth on the list. While the Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar’s starrer ‘Hindi Medium’ stood in the 5 position. Following is the complete list of top 10 films for this year according to the IMDB site along with their rating:

The trailer for the upcoming sensational web series which is titled as ‘Kadapa’ is also recently released. The director is seen targeting the faction in Kadapa as the important elements of the web series. However, the people of Kadapa have a different viewpoint to express and are not at all accepting this and are demanding the director to ban the series. Some politicians even went to this extent of warning the director. However, some are ignoring it claiming it to be just a publicity stunt.

In a recent interview, yesteryear Actress Jamuna revealed some interesting facts about the last stages of all-time great and legendary actress Savithri. In her own words:

‘I and Savithri are very close to each other. I used to call her Akka (elder sister). She got addicted to drinking towards the end of her life. I, Akkineni Nageshwar Rao, Nagi Reddy, Chakrapani have intervened in her marriage and advised her not to. But she still went ahead. Post that, she came to my son’s ‘Barasala’ function. She hugged me and cried that day. I consoled her and gave her moral support.

I told her, Akka you know what kind of a man he is [referring to her husband, Gemini Ganesan]. So don’t try to think about him anymore. Try to forget the past and move ahead. Your two kids are your life.By that time, itself, Savithri Akka has lost a lot of money due to thefts and robberies. Many people deceived her. I visited her while she was in Kodaikanal. I advised her, ‘Akka listen to me. Sell your house and take a fixed deposit of one crore. You will once again lead the high-life that you led in the past.’

Shortly after that, she went into a coma. Then Andhra Pradesh CM Anjaiah garu, even arranged medical assistance for Savithri garu in the US on my request. But the doctors said it was too late by then,’ said Jamuna.

It was Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in many of his film events or launches or film programs claimed that he would never do any movie without comedian Ali in it as he feels the film looks incomplete with him. He was present recently, praying at Janasena’s new office inauguration and also gave a copy of Holy Quran to the powerful hero. So speculations are on rife, whether there is anything wrong between them? And where has that bonding gone?

It is interesting to note, that Ali did not act in Pawan Kalyan’s latest movie Agnathavasi which is directed by Trivikram. He was though part of the duo’s previous blockbuster Attarintiki Daredi, he’s nowhere to be seen now.

Sources say that Ali once expressed his wish to contest on Janasena ticket in 2019 elections, for which Pawan Kalyan is very upset that a good friend like Ali, has seen political benefits. But Janasena outrightly condemned the news.

Interestingly, the producers of Agnathavasi, Haarika and Haasini camp gave information that Trivikram was very much interested to bring the star comedian for a character but in between shoots Ali could not adjust dates as he was flying to the US at that point in time. Otherwise is all fine between Pawan and Ali, and even Ali recently gave an interview stating his own personal reasons for him to be not part of the movie and he is still good friends with Pawan and will remain.
