Given the recent trend of Biopics in Bollywood, yet-another-biopic is on its way. This time the biopic would be of former Heroine, Legendary actress Meena Kumari who is often known as the ‘Tragedy Queen’ for her roles in the film. Guess what, who will be reprising her role? It is Sunny Leone. Yes. Sunny Leone has been finally confirmed to reprise the role of Meena Kumari on the silver screen.

Speaking on his choice of Sunny Leone as ‘Meena Kumari’, Director Karan Razdan said that, ‘I approached Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit initially. But they both have refused the film citing personal reasons. Later, I was asked by Sunny Leone to narrate the script to her. She gave a green signal to act after she completely heard the script. Who else has guts apart from Sunny, to take up the role of Meena Kumari, whose life ended due to excessive consumption of alcohol’.

Meena Kumar is often considered as one of the finest actors in the history of Indian cinema. During her 33-year film career, she starred in about 92 films. Many of those films went on to achieve classic and cult status today. She died at a very young age of 38 years due to severe liver cirrhosis. Excessive alcohol drinking was learnt to be the cause.

After Tamil film ‘Mersal’ featured a couple of controversial dialogues on GST, the BJP leaders staged protests and raised objection against the release of the film. By pressurizing the film’s production unit, the BJP party was successful in getting few dialogues removed from the film, even after it was censored and certified.

The new film ‘Party’ is causing worry in the BJP camp. Close reports stated that the film’s story revolves around the demonetization that took place on 8th November 2016. The film’s trailer that released recently opened with PM Modi announcing the demonetization.Venkatesh-Prabhu-Party-movi

The film is being directed by Venkat Prabhu who has proven his mettle in presenting ‘Crime Thriller’ movies like Saroja in the past. ‘Party’ is also expected to be on the same lines, but with the story revolving around the demonetization exercise. The Tamil Film Industry especially is against the Centre on GST and other elements. Even Kamal Hassan has been highly vocal in criticizing the Central government in the past few months on various policies.

One has to wait and see how will the BJP party react to the ‘Party’ trailer. Few close sources stated that the BJP leaders are keenly watching the trailer for the film.

For Anushka’s jewellery, we had used un-cut diamonds.’

The Virat – Anushka marriage took place on 11th December in Milan, Italy as a private event. The newly wedded couple have planned for grand reception on 21st December in Delhi and on 26th December in Mumbai.

Nani’s latest film ‘MCA – Middle Class Abbayi’ is all set to release on 21st of December, 2017. Sai Pallavi is acting opposite Nani as the heroine in the film. Former heroine Bhumika Chawla will be seen in the sister-in-law role to Nani, while Rajeev Kanakala will be playing the role of his brother.

The film’s trailer has been released by producer Dil Raju. The trailer is currently the most trending video on YouTube India. In the trailer, Nani is seen irritated and frustrated after he was sent to accompany Bhumika, who gets transferred to another city. Nani pities his situation and tries to get out from that place as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, Sai Pallavi is seen proposing Nani.

Later, Nani is seen in a heated interaction with the villain. From close sources, it is understood that, Bhumika, who is a government officer get into a quarrel with the Villain. And Sai Pallavi is also related to the Villain’s family in one way. The film ends with Nani interfering in Bhumika’s issue and finally defeating the Villain.

The trailer has been receiving mixed opinions from fans. Few appreciated a different movie from Nani, while others have ridiculed its saying ‘boring and worst movie after Nenu Local’.

Akkineni Akhil who is coming with this next flick ‘Hello’ has impressed Telugu audience with his live performance in the ‘Hello’ movie audio launch event that took place in Vishakhapatnam a few days ago. The film’s audio has also come out pretty good and is receiving good response from the music lovers.

The latest buzz is that Akhil is one his way to New Jersey, USA for promoting his film in the US. It is known that the state of New Jersey holds one of the largest population of Indians and particular Telugu people.
