Going by the results of recently held snap polls of Telangana, the APCC has learned valuable lessons about what to do and what not to do in the upcoming General Elections. One of APCC’s senior leader revealed the party’s stand on the alliance with TDP.

It is a known thing that TPCC collaborated with the T-TDP in the happened early elections of Telangana and lost miserably. From TPCC cadre to the Political analysts, they all declared that their tie-up with Telangana’s rival CBN proved costly for the Congress’s defeat in the results. Despite the failure, TPCC Chief Uttam showcased his soft corner on TDP head Chandrababu and declared that the latter is still a good friend. This statement of Uttam gave rise to many speculations that likewise TPCC, AP Congress is also looking forward to going along with TDP in the 2019 general elections. None other than the Congress senior leader Byrreddy Rajasekhar Reddy told the Press that no one in the APCC is interested to join hands with Chandrababu Naidu as they believe that a pact with CBN would cause further damage to the party’s vote bank.

Byrreddy is not the first one to speak against this alliance but in the past, seniormost leaders like Raghuveera Reddy, Kiran Kumar Reddy, and Sabbam Hari declared their will against CBN in order to go alone in the Political battle.

The controversy maker Ram Gopal Varma as promised in his earlier interviews has lodged a complaint on the TDP MLA SV Mohan Reddy. Demands and details of this defamation case of this Rakta Charitra maker as follows:

It all started when the Kurnool TDP Legislator SV Mohan Reddy sent notices to RGV regarding the released song of Vennupotu from the flick Lakshmi’s NTR. Responding to this case, RGV’s lawyer went all the way to Kurnool town and contradicted Mohan Reddy’s case and sent him counter-notices. In the released snapshots of RGV via his Twitter, one can see the details of the case. RGV appealed the Court that he felt insulted, threatened and defamed by Mohan Reddy’s fake cases which have no base. So he issued a deadline of 48 hours to the TDP MLA to Publicly apologize or else he would proceed with the law for defaming such filmmaker.

Not stopping there, RGV’s advocate mentioned that the case of Reddy is indeed baseless and he should be punished for fake complaint according to section 185 of Indian Penal Code. This creative genius also added that if at all someone gets offended by his Vennutpotu song, that should be AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and Mohan has no right to file a case for CBN. RGV’s counter stirred some Political uproar in the TDP camp which is intentionally adding Political color to the flick Lakshmi’s NTR.

The residual AP is finally going to get its separate High Court.After bragging for almost four-plus years, the Central Government took its time to grant one of the biggest promises of AP-Telangana Bifurcation, which is the split of High Court. Until now, the cases of AP and Telangana are being prosecuted in the Nampalli HC which is in the Hyderabad. The other day, The Union Law Ministry released an official note regarding the split of HC between AP and T-State. It has allocated 16 Judges to the Andhra Pradesh and 10 to the newest State of India. With this, the AP High Court which is to be functioning from this New Year will be functioned in a temporary building in Amaravathi. The AP Government meanwhile is on its way of constructing a stupendous building for the permanent HC. Orderwise, this new HC of AP will be India’s 25th court and it is speculated to be an Engineering wonder.AP voters are hoping that the Centre like this High Court division would implement all the promises of AP Bifurcation Act of 2014 to save the State which is in dire need with problems like Revenue Deficit, Unemployment etc..,
