NTR ‘On Silent Mode’?

Right from the very first day of announcement of a film in NTR-Trivikram combination, rumors started to spread like wildfire. It was rumored that the film would be in the backdrop of an Army war with NTR as soldier or thriller film with NTR playing the role of detective. The recent announcement of Trivikram has put an end to all such rumors. The director has confirmed that the film would be a family story like his previous films. Though Trivikram did not finalize whether Tabu would be a part of the film or not, he clearly stated that his team did approach the actress.junior-ntr

The film’s production unit stated that Trivikram is looking for a unique title which can be a trendsetter. Taking NTR’s role as a Soldier, few media houses and online publications claimed that the film’s title is ‘Soldier’ or utmost, ‘Ramudu Bheemudu’. Official sources stated that the film’s production company, Harika and Hassine Creations has registered the title ‘On Silent Mind’. Whether the registered title is meant for this film or not, it aptly suits NTR, given his extended silence on the various rumors regarding the film. One has to wait and watch on how the fans would be responding to ‘On Silent Mind’ title.

Rangasthalam Teaser date confirmed?

Mega fans were eagerly hoping that Rangasthalam 1985 teaser would be releasing on Diwali. But to their disappointment, the film’s unit did not release the teaser. Hurting them more was the re-scheduling of the movie’s release in the last week of April 2018. It was reported that ‘Rangasthalam 1985’ would be releasing for Sankranti 2018. With the release of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Agnathavasi’,  ‘Rangasthalam 1985’ was postponed.

The teaser of the film is expected to release in the last week of November. While few sources claim that the teaser’s release can even be early in the month. The Sukumar’s directorial is set against the backdrop of a village in the 1980’s. The film was extensively shot in a set erected at the outskirts of Hyderabad. The set features a ‘village environment’ depicting the 1980’s. Close sources to film’s production claim that, Sukumar’s mark would clearly be seen in the teaser that is likely to be released soon. Sukumar is well known for his screenplay and dialogues. Ramcharan and Samantha Akkineni are playing the lead roles. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, while the music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

Nithin is busy shooting for his upcoming film under the direction of Krishna Chaitanya. The young hero’s recent film LIE has been a disaster at the box office. LIE was directed by ‘Krishna GadiVeeraPrema Gaadha’ fame Hanu Raghavapudi and turned out to be one of the biggest flops in Nithin’s film career.

The latest buzz is that Nithin has agreed to do his next film with ‘Garuda Vega’ director Praveen Sattaru. After receiving the national award for his ‘Chandamama Kathalu’, the award-winning director drew criticism after for showing extremely vulgarity in ‘Guntur Talkies’ starring Naresh, Rashmi Gautam and Siddhu.

It is heard that the director Praveen approached Nithin a few days ago with a story. After Garuda Vega became a blockbuster at the box office, the director received an immediate positive response from the young hero showing his interest in doing the film. The film is most likely to go onto sets in 2018 after wrapping up shooting for his present film under Krishna Chaitanya.

Nithin’s current film is being produced by Pawan Kalyan, Trivikram and Nithin’s own production ‘Sresth Movies’ by his father Sudhakar Reddy. Natarajan Subramaniam is handling the cinematography for the yet-to-be-titled film.

Mahesh Babu has reminded the Telugu audience of multi-starrer films with ‘SithammaVakitloSirimalleChettu – SVSC’. He acted with Senior star hero Victory Venkatesh. Mahesh has repeatedly spoken about his willingness to act in multi-starrer movies at many events.

Recently, at a film function, directors Vamsi Paidipalli and Harish Shankar have confronted the superstar with an interesting question. They asked Mahesh Babu whether he is willing to be a part of multi-starrer films or not. Mahesh replied them, ‘I would definitely act in a multi-starrer film if the story is good. I really have no hesitation to be a part of such film’.

Further extending the conversation, Vamsi Paidipalli asked Mahesh, whether he has any reservations about acting alongside with Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. Mahesh simply stated that ‘As I said, I don’t mind acting in multi-starrer film. All that I need is a good story and the necessary prominence to my character in the film. I wouldn’t hesitate to be a part of a series of multi-starrer films’.

Currently, Vamsi Paidipalli is preparing the script for Mahesh Babu’s film which is scheduled to go onto sets in 2018. Mahesh is currently shooting for ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ under Koratala Siva’s direction.

Nandamuri Balakrishna may not be seen acting in films produced by other banners. He launched his own production company ‘BrahmaTeja’ signifying his daughters’ names. Film production has been a long part of the Nandamuri Family from ages. With the star heroes more or less producing their own films, it looks like Balakrishna has also joined them.

NTR’s recent film was which was produced by his brother Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, rake up huge profits for the production house after it became a blockbuster at the box office.

It is reported that Balakrishna personally visited the film chamber and has registered his production company. Commemorating his father, Late NTR, Balakrishna is expected to produce ‘NTR’ in his own film banner and Teja as a director. He is also like to produce his son, Mokshagna first feature film. Post that, his yet-to-be-scheduled film with Boyapati Seenu will also be produced under his own banner.

Currently, Balakrishna is busy scouting office places for his own production company. It is more or less likely that the office would be close to his residence. His close associates suggested three to four buildings close to his residence for ‘BrahmaTeja’ productions.

The regular shooting for NTR’s film under Trivikram’s direction is expected to start in the last week of January or early February. A recent rumor about the film’s production has gone viral. It was reported that the Producer has agreed to pay a sum of 1 Crore to buy the copyrights for the story of the film, which is based on a novel. Addressing these claims, Trivikram Srinivas who is celebrating his 46th birthday stated that, they are all rumors and the film’s story and script are prepared by his team.director-trivikram

‘Just like my previous films, the story of this film is developed by my team. It is absolute rubbish that we have purchased the rights to a novel. The film would be a treat for a family audience much like my previous films,’ stated the star director.

Trivikram is expected to wrap up the shooting of Pawan Kalyan’s tentatively titled ‘Agnathavasi’ by this month end, and also complete the post-producing before the new year. Responding to a reporter’s question whether Tabu would be a part of the principal cast, Trivikram said, ‘We approached Tabu to play a role in the film. But we are yet to finalize her. I’m definitely sure that this film would be a treat for NTR’s fans’.

Megastar Chiranjeevi has reportedly been robbed! Yes, you read me right! It is reportedly by his domestic servant and a cash of Rs. 2 lakh lost. This happened at his Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad. According to local television reports, nearly Rs. 2 lakh in cash has been stolen from the actor’s house over few days.

Police are investigating the case as Chiranjeevi’s manager, Mr.Gangadhar, lodged an official written complaint today. Reports suggest that the police are suspecting the in housemaid Chinnaya (28) who was working in actor’s house for the past 10 years. The servant has confessed to the crime and police reportedly seized the amount and presented him in the court. The magistrate has sent the guilty to jail.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is fully tied up with his work, has teamed up with Surender Reddy for a biopic on freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, which is titled ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. The film is produced by his son Ram Charan is in full swing. The film also has a star cast like Amitabh Bachchan, Nayantara, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathi Babu.

‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is slated to release next year if everything goes as scheduled.
