Reportedly, the Third biopic on NTR!
Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao is worshipped, adored and loved by almost everyone in the Telugu States. He was often considered as ‘god’ for his qualities, nature, and character. Such is the magnitude of the legend. A third biopic announcement was made about a film on NTR. The new film on NTR is said to be titled as ‘Lakshmi’s Veeragrandham’, and will be directed by Kethireddy Jagadeshwar Reddy, a famous Telugu speaking entity who settled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has directed films like ‘Kaama’, ‘Kaamagni’ which belonged to the erotic genre.
Initially, it all started with Nandamuri Balakrishna announcing that he would produce a film on NTR, with Teja directing the film. Balakrishna would be playing the NTR role in the film. The film would focus on what happened after Nadendla Bhaskar Rao incident and before NTR became Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for the 2nd time.
Ram Gopal Varma joined the party by declaring he is about to direct a film titled ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’. It is a known fact that NTR’s second wife Lakshmi Parvathi had been with the legend during his last few years. RGV stated that ‘a film on NTR’s complete life is impossible. I just choose a small part of his entire life. I wanted to showcase how events took place after he married Lakshmi Parvathi and the string of events that followed’. The statement from RGV created more controversy than ever. TDP Party did cry foul accusing that YSRCP leaders are producing this film directed by RGV.
Meanwhile, Kethireddy Jagadeshwar Reddy in the past has supported YS Jagan publicly. The veteran director stated that he is back to direction only because of his extreme affection towards the legendary NTR. It is rumored that TDP is behind the production of this film. With a director who made films in the erotic genre, one can expect what sort of film ‘Lakshmi’s Veeragrandham’ ought to be.

‘The story has been narrated to Venkatesh sir four years back. With Teja hardly tasting any success, Venkatesh sir chose to wait for a while. With a good commercial run with his latest film, Nene Raju Nene Manthri, Teja made sure he got the nod from Venkatesh sir,’ quoted a close source to the star hero. Teja, who is known to wrap films in a short span of time without compromising on the content and quality, has already stated that the film with Venky would be completed within 3 months.

What surprised everyone is not the presence of Pawan’s friends, Trivikram and Ali, but the rumors that are circulating about their role in the party in the near future. According to nearby sources, it is learned that Trivikram would hold a key position in respect to the structuring of the party, while Ali might look after planning and execution of key events. Ali and Trivikram might also play a vital role in designing party’s promotion strategy and day-to-day activities. Though these rumors aren’t backed by any official source, they might well turn out to be true, given Pawan’s rapport and association with Trivikram and Ali.
But the demise of Jayalalithaa once again created enough void for the silver screen stars to make their way into the political sphere. Kamal Hassan has officially confirmed about his entry into politics with a new party, while Rajinikanth has confirmed his political entry, but unsure whether he would sail in his own boat or join BJP.
The surprising fact is that the next generation heroes, Vijay and Vishal are also looking forward to joining politics. While Vijay’s movies raise questions about governance, Vishal has been in the target zone for the center, after he came in support of Vijay’s Mersal movie, that became a controversy owing to the dialogues relating to GST. Vishal is known as a ‘common man’ and ‘life savior’ during hard times in TN. The odds are high that both would be a part of the politics very soon. The recent IT raids on Vishal’s production company are a clear display of Center’s Power and Authority to pulverize anyone who turns against them.
