As expected, the JFC Report has been released. The key leaders of the JFC committee are reading out the numbers from the JFC report. From what was thought to be a ‘politically motivate’ move to rescue CBN and TDP, is turning out to be a spade for Chandrababu Naidu government. According to the JFC report, which has been prepared by former Home Secretary of India, Padmanabhaiah, former Bureaucrat N Jayaprakash Narayana, Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar, Former CS of (residual AP) IYR Krishna Rao, and other eminent people.

Following is the rough break up (partly) of the funds, the AP State should resolve with the Govt. of India.

Things That Shouldn’t Be Considered Under Revenue Deficit:

  • Under Reorganization, DISCOMS should get Rs 1500 Crores, that AP spent
  • The deficit incurred by AP Govt. after paying Fitment Benefit to employees (according to Pay Division Commission), should be borne by the Centre
  • These mount to Rs 10,225 crores, excluding Rs 4,000 crores has been accepted by the Centre

Under Special Category Status:

  • Centre Schemes – 90% to be borne by Centre. Currently AP is bearing 40%. Hence, the Centre needs to compensate AP with Rs 16, 447 Crores.
  • Similarly, for International loans taken by AP,  90% should be paid by Centre
  • Moreover, Tax Benefits for investments solely depend on the Investment Scale (no comments made)

Backward Districts, Similar To Bundelkhand Region – 7:

  • Rs 24, 350 crores worth proposals to Centre
  • Centre has been granting only Rs 50 crores/year, totaling to Rs 1050 crores
  • These are Tide Grants (Project Specific Funding). Therefore, these should be released by the Centre at regular intervals, upon submission of expenditure records by the State.
  • AP Lost Rs 3,820 Crores due to Tax liability, where the companies that functioned in AP, paid tax to Telangana Govt. But shockingly the excess tax paid by them had to be paid by AP. This resulted in a loss of Rs 3,820 Crores, and this happened because of lack of proper legal framework.

The Centre Still Needs To Release The Following Funds:

  • Vishakhapatnam – Chennai Corridor – Rs 6,000 Crores
  • Kakinada Petrol Complex – Rs 5,000 crores
  • Central Government Companies – Rs 10,000 crores

Though other numbers have not been mentioned, the Centre on a while should release Rs 74, 542 crores, apart from the Special Category Status commitments, for the development of infrastructure framework in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Similarly, following are the funds released by the Padmanabhaiah, Former Home Secretary of India, announced the following figures:

  • 4,118 crores – For the State (Revenue Deficit)
  • 2110 crores – Backward Areas
  • 853 crores – Institutes of National Importance,
  • 1,050 crores – For Capital

In addition, these funds are inclusive of funds already released, and to-be-released by the Centre. On a whole, the Centre is happy to release/released Rs 8131 crores towards Andhra Pradesh.

They started this operation along with the Chhattisgarh state Policemen after receiving information from a police informer. In exchange, three greyhounds were severely injured and a constable named Sushil Kumar found dead while having treatment. This is a huge set back to Maoist group who are trying to strengthen their force in Nallamala forest range.

The parties are coming up with the ‘ban liquor’ slogan to only woo the female voters. I am more worries about liquor shops in and around educational institutions.’

Speaking on sops and free welfare schemes, Kamal said that, we cannot continue promising ‘free’ welfare scheme for a longer time. We need to find alternatives to improve the purchasing power of the people. Improving educational standard is one of the key motives of our party, said Kamal Hassan.

In its court filing, Firestar Diamond Inc. said, “early expression of interest in purchasing some or all of the debtors’ business operations has been strong”. In other words, this means, companies have come forward to purchase Nirav Modi’s Firestar Diamond Inc.

Meanwhile, the CBI and other law enforcement agencies have attached various properties of Nirav Modi as a part of the case. The CBI has already arrested 13 people in this case. Of which, 7 are from the Punjab National Bank and 6 from the Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi’s companies. Nevertheless, it is really surprising to see US companies coming forward to purchase Firestar Diamond.

Needless to say that CBN who lost hope on Power in Telangana is trying hard to take the maximum benefit from Telangana by joining hands with TRS. Also, he indirectly said that he shall not bring NTR Jr to campaign for TDP as he has some issues better known to both of them.

CBN has called up for Telangana TDP’s internal meeting the other day at Hyderabad to discuss their election action plan. In his meeting, he has poured more fuel to already existing speculation flame of T-TDP’s alliance with TRS. even though he didn’t declare the alliance, he stated that T-TDP will stay independent no matter what in the T-state. But he is more than happy to get into an alliance with any strong party to fight against the Centre. CBN claimed that Congress cheated the two Telugu states and BJP showed them an empty hand.

So T-TDP is ready to join hands with existing big party to save the self-respect of Telugu people. His statement ruled out parties like Congress and BJP. The only remaining party in Telangana is the TRS and its Chief is once a good friend of CBN who also started his career in TDP. The Chief of National TDP declared that he is ok to get into an alliance with the willing party if his cadre gets nominated posts to serve the people.

Is this his indirect declaration of his alliance with TRS? If so, it will be a strong shock for T-Congress which is looking forward to defeating TRS in 2019’s elections. TDP TRS combo will become an undefeated alliance in Telangana if it happens.

A shocking incident took place in Narendra Modi’s home state of Gujarat. A group of 15 women barged into the Naroda police station in the city of Ahmedabad. They demanded the release of their friend, who was taken into custody by the police. The women alleged that the police have physically assaulted them, and a video relating to this matter has gone viral on YouTube.Meanwhile, the police stated the three men, who are taken into the custody, are involved in a case.

Going into further details, these (15) women are living with the 3 men in Ahmedabad. Of the 3 men, a person named Vinod Kumar has been creating nuisance in the neighborhood upon consuming alcohol. The neighbors have complained about the same to the police. The police took Vinod Kumar into custody and registered a case against him.

On learning about the whole thing, the women reached the police station and started getting into a verbal spat with the police. They demanded that their friend Vinod Kumar should be released. As the spat got intense, the police have arrested three more women, citing that, they are interrupting inquiry. The video of women getting into a fight with the police has gone viral.
