State-owned Telecom service provider BSNL is preparing for a head-on war with another Telecom giant Reliance JIO. Since its entry into Indian Telecom Sector, JIO has been a game changer. It has forced other cellular companies to reduce the call charges and data charges drastically.

In order to put a check to JIO’s growing popularity, BSNL came up with a new prepaid plan. It has introduced an exciting plan for ‘data’ lovers. According to the new plan ‘Maximum’ launched by BSNL, the users can avail 1GB data per day for one complete year, by just paying Rs 999 one time.

Similarly, to counter JIO’s unlimited calling and data plan, the Rs 448 plan offered by BSNL will allow unlimited local & STD calls, along with roaming calls. The users can send 100 SMS/day at no cost using this plan. Adding to this, the users will receive 1GB Data/day at 3G speeds. The plan is valid for 84 days (or 12 weeks).

A similar plan from JIO offers 1.5 GB Data/day, with unlimited calls for 91 days for Rs 449. Meanwhile, Airtel offers Rs 448 plan with unlimited calls and 1.4 GB Data/day for 82 days.Other cellular companies are fighting hard for their survival with JIO bringing down the cellular rates drastically.

Even before the notification for 2019 Telangana Assembly elections is released, opposition parties started targeting the ruling TRS Government and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. After T-Congress leaders lashed out at CM KCR, it is the turn of the BJP leaders to have their bite.

Speaking at a press meet, Telangana BJP Chief Lakshman demanded that, KCR should release a white paper on the funds released by the Centre, and how they have been spent. ‘KCR is pocketing the funds released by the Centre. What did KCR do in the last four years after coming to power? He is just trying to fool the people once again with his words’, said Lakshman.

‘The KCR Government is only functioning to pocket commissions from the contractors. KCR failed to fulfill he made with respect to contract employees, and Singareni Heritage jobs. Instead of working on the development of the state, KCR is unnecessarily criticizing Prime Minister Modi. His words have reached their pinnacle. There is every need for the people to fight against the TRS government. I believe that TRS will be taught a good lesson in 2019 Telangana Assembly Elections’, concluded Lakshman.

He claimed that KCR failed to fulfill Pension schemes, houses for poor people, reservations for the BC’s in employment etc. Finally, they concluded their speech in Sangareddy by saying that KCR and TRS played the trick of schemes to attract votes of Telangana people but they will lose power in the next elections as people will give befitting justice. No doubt the Congress Wing in Telangana is trying to utilize everything against TRS to gain power. For now, it is no doubt that Congress is the only option for TRS haters in Telangana but KCR too has his own plans to regain power yet again. let us keep our fingers crossed for now.

Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham head, Jagadguru Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya passed away today morning at around 9:00 am in ABCD Hospital, Kanchi while being treated. The doctors have reported that the Jagadguru has been suffering from breathing related issues from the past few years. According to his disciples, Jayendra Saraswathi seemed like he was recovering last night. But his condition got worse today morning.

Jayendra Saraswathi was born as Subramanyam Mahadev Iyer in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu on 18th July 1935. He is the 69thpontiff (or head) of the ‘Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham’, in Kanchi. He was awarded the pontifical title Sri Jayendra Saraswathi on 22nd March 1954 by Chandrasekhara Saraswathi Swamigal, as his successor.

The spiritual guru has millions of followers both in India and abroad. Film Celebrities, politicians, sports personnel, and other eminent personalities often visit him for his divine grace and holy blessings. The Kanchi trust runs many schools, orphanage homes, CHILDS Trust hospitals, Hindu Mission Hospital, eye clinics, hospitals, and many other welfare institutions.

Sri Jayendra Saraswathi contributed immensely towards Hinduism. The Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham was established by Sri Adi Shankara in 482 BC.

Telangana Chief Minister KCR reportedly escaped a threat today afternoon. KCR is on a 3-district tour in the state of Telangana. As a part of the tour, he was scheduled to leave to Murmur in Adilabad district. As he got into the helicopter, smoke started coming on. The CM was soon escorted down the helicopter, and the officials found that the smoke was coming out from the communication kit bag. It was soon taken away to a far place from the helipad site and was disposed-off.

After the mishap, the CM continued his journey to Murmur in Adilabad district. Speaking on the same, IT Minister KTR tweeted that, he spoke to the concerned officials about the incident, and assured that everything is fine. He further stated that the 3-district tour will continue as per the schedule.

After reaching Murmur, CM KCR laid the foundation stone for the Murmur Lift Irrigation project. Over 22,000 acres of land will be available for harvesting with this project. 20 villages in the Palakurthi Mandal will be benefitted from this project. The CM also inspected the Mission Bhagiratha Water Treatment plants.

As per the latest updates from Dubai’s Public Prosecution office, it is known that there is no further investigation to be done in Sridevi’s death.The Public Prosecutor has followed all the procedures and the Attorney General of Dubai has given the NOC for the family for the release of the mortal remains of the iconic actress. As thought by everyone, there is no further probe regarding Sridevi’s death and the case has been closed. The embalming process will begin very soon and it may take a couple of hours to complete the process.

The Public Prosecutor constituted a set of senior doctors and lawyers earlier today citing it has some doubts regarding the death of the Bollywood diva Sridevi. There were huge speculations running around like there could be the chances of the second autopsy but the Public Prosecutor has agreed to the report of the cause of death is by drowning in water. As per the report of the cops, Sridevi has lost consciousness and accidentally drowned in the bathtub which was filled with water.

As per the latest updates, it is known that the Boney Kapoor accompanied with some of his close aids has reached the embalming center and the proceedings might take 60-90 minutes to get the clearance from there. Following the embalming process, the mortal remains will be taken to the Dubai Airport and is expected to reach Mumbai by 10 p.m IST

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu completes 40 years in politics

The Chief Minister of AP, Chandrababu Naidu has completed 40 years as a Politician by today. Let us see the key points in this big long career.

Hailed from Kuppam, this Chanakya of AP Politics started his career as a Youth leader in his college days. He joined in Congress and won as an MLA on 27th February 1978 as Congress gave 20% reservation for Youth in Party tickets from Chandragiri Constituency. He became the youngest MLA in the history at the age of 27 years. Not stopping there, he became youngest Minister of the state at the age of 28 years. In the year 1980, he met the Telugu demi-God NTR while he is working as Cinematography Minister and married NTR’s third daughter Bhuvaneswari. Even though he is son in law for NTR, he faced rivalry with NTR in Politics but lost against him during the elections of 1982. CBN intelligently joined TDP leaving Congress as his past friends like YS Rajasekhara Reddy and others became his competitors in 1983. CBN raised in TDP like anything with the support of NTR even though other TDP leaders opposed him.

Keeping the internal politics of TDP aside, he became the CM of United AP in 1994 and again in 1999 in a row. He did proud things for Telugu region like Developing cities of Hyderabad, building a Hi-Tech city and IT Corridor etc. He brought MNCs like Microsoft, Infosys to AP in his regime and set the Government offices in right way with discipline. CBN also represented TDP as the second biggest party in India in BJP’s alliance in 2003 with 190 MLAs and 29 MP seats. In the same year, he faced a death attempt from Maoists in Alipiri near Tirupati.

He also became the longest Opposition leader of AP during Rajasekhar Reddy’s leadership from 2004 to 2013. CBN regained his power in 2014 with BJP and Janasena’s support after the bifurcation of AP. He

continued his record book by becoming the first CM of bifurcated AP. Let us hope he brings necessary grants and funds to AP and make it as one of the best states in India using his 40 years of experience in Politics.

This number is expected to reach Rs 76,451 crores in the upcoming 2018 – 2019 fiscal year.Meanwhile, insider sources in the government and Railway Ministry are hinting this mass recruitment as a ‘political move’ by the Centre. With less than 11 months for the General Elections announcement, mass recruitments like this will have a great impact on the polls, expressed a political analyst.

When the whole state of Andhra Pradesh is coming together and fighting for AP Special Status, the BJP has raised curtains for its hypocritical politics. It is trying to create a rift between the people of Andhra Pradesh by calling out for ‘Rayalaseema Declaration’. Under the guidance of the Centre (BJP), the BJP State leaders started their ‘division’ politics.

‘RayalaseemaDeclaration’ key points:

  • The second capital of AP should be in Rayalaseema
  • 4 districts in Rayalaseema should be divided into 8 districts for better governance
  • Rs 10,000 crores should be exclusively sanctioned for Irrigation projects in Rayalaseema in the upcoming budget
  • Corpus fund of Rs 20,000 crores should be created, for the development of Rayalaseema region in the coming budget
  • ‘Rayalaseema Development Board’ should be setup
  • Assembly Sessions should be held in Rayalaseema twice a year

Post the ‘Rayalaseema declaration’, the BJP leaders made several controversial comments. They alleged that the TDP government has cheated the people of Rayalaseema. ‘Don’t make Amaravati into another Hyderabad. Everyone knows how we are suffering because of the sole development of Hyderabad in United Andhra Pradesh. We don’t want that to repeat now.

We would start agitation programs from 28th February, in Kadapa, until the ‘Rayalaseema declaration’ is made and the demands are met’, said the BJP leaders.

The TDP National head Chandrababu Naidu is not in a mood to sell the self-respect of Telugu people to the Centre. He is standing at the edge of cutting cords with BJP for the sake of Andhra Pradesh.

Even though he supported Modi and praised his most controversial schemes like demonetization, CBN is not sparing Modi anymore. In his recent party meetings and press meets, he dared to say that the Modi’s Government took AP for granted. Not stopping there, CBN declared that BJP cheated AP literally such that their respect got hurt hugely. These comments of his and his party leaders lead to the conclusion that TDP is going to withdraw from the Alliance at any cost. CBN tried his best to convince Modi to save AP and grant all the packages for four long years. As the people of AP became more important than the Alliance, he is preparing Everything to fight with the center. On the other hand, Modi’s grants to other states which are ruled by BJP made CBN more frustrated than ever. Also the fact that BJP is trying to grow in AP by defeating TDP also worrying Babu. To checkmate all these problems, CBN chose AP people against Modi and Centre.

For now, nothing has been officially declared by TDP spokesperson but even the amateur follower of AP Politics know that TDP will go out of the Alliance. Seems CBN is waiting for the upcoming Parliament sessions on 6th April to have a final go on the alliance. Good or bad, TDP wants to fight alone for the upcoming general elections.

The legal advisor cum MP of YSRCP, Vijay Sai Reddy has triggered some IAS, IPS Officers and irked TDP by making sensational comments against them. This issue has now gone to another level with TDP’s immediate response.

Vijay has recently alleged some IAS Officers include Chief Secretary Satish Chandra, IPS Officer and Intelligence wing Additional DGP are behaving like TDP members. He dared to say that these mentioned people are responsible for the jumping of YSRCP MLAs to TDP in the past. With no time, the TDP has fumed fire on Vijay all over the state of AP. The MP of Narsaraopet, Rayapati Sambasiva Rao has met local Police to lodge a complaint on Vijay under sections 504, 505, 506 and 125 for insulting Government Officials and Policemen. He demanded the arrest of Sai Reddy at any cost.

Vijay Sai Reddy too responded in his own style. He declared that he will still stand on his comments as they all are facts. This close associate of Jagan cleared that he has all the evidence against those Officials and he is more than happy to release them to the Press at a right time. For now, the ball is in TDP’s Court whether to respond to Vijay or not. Because the same TDP has called on all the parties for All Party Meeting to fight for AP against Centre. Let us wait and see how TDP deals Vijay and YSRCP in this meeting.
