Revanth Reddy literally targeted former CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy, while the latter was alive. After joining TDP, it looks like Revanth Reddy is following the footstep of former CM YSR. During his time, Rajasekhar Reddy alleged Chandrababu Naidu over money laundering, disproportionate assets and various aspects. YSR also stated that Chandrababu Naidu had links with Murali Mohan, who had seen great success in Real estate before Congress came into government in 2004.

The latest buzz is that Revanth Reddy made sensational comments on Megastar Chiranjeevi. Revanth Reddy alleged that Chiranjeevi had illegally occupied 2 acres of Government land in Gachibowli with Survey No. 83/1. He further stated that Chiranjeevi had given the occupied land for lease to a TRS MP, who is close to the Telangana State Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao.

This kind of allegations from Revanth Reddy is not known. After TRS came to the power, Revanth Reddy alleged that ‘N Convention’ Centre, which belongs to Akkineni family grabbed certain portions of government lands illegally. Even in the Tollywood drugs case, Revanth stated he has some vital key information. Shockingly, Revanth was never seen speaking about these allegations. Many have expressed the opinion that, Revanth Reddy makes this kind of comments only to stay in the limelight.

After Acquiring online food delivery start-up Food panda, India, Ola is all set to take on its biggest rival Uber. It is planning to pose the biggest challenge to Uber. We all are aware that Uber has stepped into food delivery business through its unit, UberEATS, which was launched in May this year.

Incidentally, Ola attained Food panda from its German parent Delivery Hero in an all-stock deal, though the details of the transaction were not revealed. This deal surely marked Ola’s venture into the online food delivery segment, a business which is being led by the likes of Zometa and Swiggy in India.

The ride-hailing firm plans to pump in $200 million in Food panda India’s operations in its bid to emerge as the most preferred online food delivery service in the country. In 2012, Food Panda was set up as the local unit of Germany based Food panda GmbH. The company achieved a lot of popularity in India but couldn’t earn profits and conceded market share to rivals.

Reports say that Ola’s main target is to pose a tough competition to Uber, which is also going aggressive in the food delivery department.

This is not a misleading title. It is true that 20,000 votes have literally saved Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s political career. Though it appears shocking, it is the hard truth that one needs to be aware of. BJP secured 99 seats and Congress secured 77 seats out of the 182 Assembly seats in Gujarat.

The retail market rate of Tomato fluctuated between Rs. 50 to Rs. 80 per kg a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to the stable weather conditions, the farmers had a good yield. With the increase in supply, the tomato prices came down drastically. The current market rate of one kg of tomatoes in Cities is Rs. 20, while in villages it is between Rs. 10 – Rs. 12.

Unfortunately, the farmers are not being paid off what they deserve. If the consumers are purchasing the tomatoes at a minimum of Rs. 10 per kg, it is obvious for anyone to think that the farmers are being paid Rs. 5 – Rs. 6 by the market middlemen.

But that is not the case. It is reported that in the Pathikonda Market Yard, the farmers are forced to sell a 40 Kilo basket of tomatoes for Rs. 80. Which means, the farmer is being paid a mere Rs. 2 per each kilo. While the consumers are purchasing kilo tomato for Rs. 10 in the same market.

The farmers are highly thwarted, given the low tomato prices. A farmer said, ‘due to unseasonal rains in the last 2 months, tomato crop has been destroyed completely. Currently, with the onset of winter, we are having a good yield. If the same price continues, it is better that we don’t even take the crop off the field.’

When an Amtrak passenger train derailed in Washington State near the city of Tacoma, sending cars flying off a bridge and onto a busy interstate. So far six people are reported dead and the death toll is expected to rise say, officials.

At the time of the accident, approximately 78 passengers and five crew members were aboard the train, Amtrak said a statement. This is an unfortunate, derailment that occurred on the first day, the trains began using a new inland route between the cities of Tacoma and Olympia. This was a planned project intended to reduce the travel time, as per the October news released from the state’s transportation department.

‘Multiple fatalities’ are reported after an Amtrak passenger train derailed during its inaugural run on a new faster route near the city of Tacoma. Initial reports suggest the train might have struck something on the track before derailing.

More than 77 people were moved to hospitals in Pierce and Thurston counties, the Tacoma based CHI Franciscan Health healthcare network said in a statement.

Even the President Donald Trump took to Twitter immediately after the accident took place and said the situation is being monitored closely and expressed his thoughts and prayers to everyone involved in the mishap.

It’s a 20-year-old long story. Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘Toliprema’ released. The film released with no expectations. Though Pawan Kalyan had good hits with his previous movies like Suswagatham, he was still desperate for a big break. Interestingly, the film marked the debut of director Karunakaran. After the release, the film went on to become one of the biggest hits in Tollywood history. ‘Toliprema’ was an industry hit.

Pawan Kalyan and Keerthi Reddy shot to fame with the success of the film. Senior comedian Nagesh, character artist Vasuki, comedian Venu Madhav who acted as Pawan Kalyan’s grandfather, sister and friend respectively gained a lot of craze after the film’s release. Though many directors and producers wanted to recreate the magic of Toliprema, they failed miserably.

After a 2-decade gap, debutant director Venky Atluri is making efforts to create the magic once again. He is directing the film titled ‘Toliprema’, starring mega hero Varun Tej. Interestingly, Varun Tej is also on the same lines as was Pawan Kalyan before ‘Toliprema’. Though Varun had hits like Kanche and Fida, they were greatly credited to director Krish, and director Sekhar Kammula respectively.

The grievances day at the Collectorate at Erode in Tamil Nadu saw two bizarre representatives, one a 65 –year-old man, looked to be mentally unstable, asking people in the office to help him reach Delhi. He claimed to be appointed as deputy Prime Minister and in another case an upset youth presenting his plea after wounding his hand.

Police say that the well- a dressed elderly man walked into the Collectorate on Monday, saying Prime Minister has appointed him as his deputy and he wanted to go to Delhi to assume the office. This man wanted the District Collector S Prabhakar to help him reach Delhi as soon as possible. On hearing this, the police cleverly took him out from the collector’s office.

While in the other incident, Ranjithkumar, 28-year-old- a man from Komarapalayam village submitted a petition seeking the collector’s involvement, alleging ‘inaction’ by local officials on his repeated representations for grant of ‘patta’ (land document) to his house site. On assurance given by the collector, he came out said, officials.

But very soon, he fished out small scissors and inflicted a cut and injured his hand and submitted another copy of his petition to the collector.

Police interfered and took him to a nearby government hospital from where he was sent back home, after giving him first aid.

The local police of South Korea say the lead singer of a popular South Korean boy band “SHINee” had died probably due to a possible suicide. The police say Kim Jong-Hyun, a 27-year-old, who is better known by his stage name Jonghyun, was found unconscious at a residence hotel in Seoul on Monday and was pronounced dead later at a nearby hospital. The police were alerted by the authorities at 4:42 pm by the singer’s sister that he may be trying to take his own life.

He was one of South Korea’s most famous singers. His death prompted an outpour of grief on social media by fans of his popular boy band, Shinee.

Police said Kim’s sister told them that the singer sent her text messages such as “Final farewell” and “I’ve had difficulties”, “Tell me I did well”, Please let me go”, just before his death. Police are still investigating the case and said they have not yet determined whether he killed himself.

The local news agency in Korea reported that authorities found burned coal briquettes, which can produce carbon monoxide, in a frying pan in Kim’s hotel room.

If one can see the world survey records, South Korea has the highest suicide rate among the developed countries.

Telugu NRI dies in a Train Accident in the US

A Telangana NRI died in a train accident in San Jose, California on Thursday. He hails from Karimnagar and presently living in Albany in Ohio. Krishna Erravelli a 44-year-old man came to San Jose on an official work. As he was crossing the road intersection near North First Street, he was moved down by a light train.

Though he was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital upon the information given by the local residents, the doctors could not save his life. The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority Spokesperson Linh Hoang said that Krishna was the second man to be killed in such a manner in the recent times. Krishna was survived by his wife and two daughters.

Several passengers on the train complained minor injuries as the speeding train stopped abruptly. Buses were asked to move passengers between stations and otherwise, regular service resumed within 45 minutes of the incident.

While his grieving parents from Karimnagar are making every possible effort to bring back their son’s body to the native place to perform last rites.
