Samsung Galaxy S20 price in India has been officially revealed. The availability of the Galaxy S20 phones in India is set for March 6. Alongside sharing the pricing and availability information of the Galaxy S20 series, Samsung has stated some pre-booking and operator offers. The new flagships will also come with the optional Samsung Care+ (accidental and liquid damage protection) service for one year from purchase.
Samsung Galaxy S20 price in India is set at Rs. 66,999, while the Galaxy S20+ price comes at Rs. 73,999, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra is priced at Rs. 92,999. These are likely to be the starting prices of the Galaxy S20 models, but the company hasn’t provided any clarity. All three smartphones will be available for pre-bookings starting at noon IST through the Samsung India website. Moreover, customers pre-booking the Galaxy S20-series phones will be able to receive their orders starting March 6 — being amongst the first set of consumers worldwide to own the latest models.
Pre-booking offers on the Samsung Galaxy S20 include the Galaxy Buds+ bundle at Rs. 2,999. In contrast, customers pre-booking the Samsung Galaxy S20+ or the Galaxy S20 Ultra are entitled to receive the Galaxy Buds+ at Rs. 1,999. The actual India pricing of the Galaxy Buds+ is yet to be revealed, though. Additionally, customers pre-booking the Galaxy S20-series models can avail the Samsung Care+ service at Rs. 1,999. The new update brings the February 2020 security patch, apart from the Android 10 features. The official changelog is not available, do the full list of changes present in the update is currently unknown.
Like most other Samsung smartphones, we can expect the Galaxy A50s₹ 16,790 to run One UI 2.0 on top of Android 10. It should also get the new gesture navigation that lets users swipe to navigate. Some of the other characteristics expected to make its way to the Galaxy A50s are Digital Wellbeing and user interface improvements that are a part of One UI 2.0.
With Samsung releasing the Android update early for the Galaxy A50s, it is possible that Samsung could roll out Android 10 to other Galaxy A series of smartphones soon as well.

Vihari Hits Century But India Bundle Out For 263 Against New Zealand XI

BSNL Extends Validity of Rs. 999 Prepaid Plan for 270 Days
BSNL has published a promotional offer to present an extra validity of 30 days on the Rs. 999 prepaid recharges. With the latest extension, the Rs. 999 BSNL prepaid plan is valid for 270 days. This shows an increase over the existing 240 days’ validity. The update is applicable in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles for a limited period. BSNL recently revised the Rs. 1,188 prepaid recharge plan by reducing its validity to 300 days.
As per a notice posted on the BSNL Chennai site, the extended validity with the Rs. 999 prepaid recharge plan is available between February 15 and March 31 for both Chennai and Tamil Nadu subscribers. The notice says that the total validity of the plan has been extended to 270 days for the recharge done during the promotional offer period. Furthermore, customers can avail of the offer through any of the available modes of recharge.
The Rs. 999 BSNL prepaid recharge plan offers 250 minutes of voice calls throughout the validity — alongside access to personalized ringback tones (PRBT) for 60 days. It, however, doesn’t include any high-speed data benefits.
It is worth aiming out that the promotional offer is restricted only to the Chennai and some parts of Tamil Nadu and is not presented in other circles.
Telecom Talk initially spotted the promotional offer applies to the Rs. 999 prepaid plan.
