The Indian Air Force has landed the world’s largest transport aircraft C-17 Globemaster near the Indo – China border, in Tuting, Arunachal Pradesh. This move is clearly perceived as IAF’s move to strengthen its overall operations along the disputed border with China.

The IAF C-17 Globemaster airlifted 18 tons of load, after its trail landing. In a press release by IAF, it said, ‘the whole operation went flawlessly, thanks to the power of the aircraft, and excellent flying skills of the pilots. It is really challenging to land an aircraft like C-17 Globemaster, given the terrain of high hills in a narrow valley.

This exercise is a strategic leap in demonstrating the tactical air mobility and operating performance’.In a similar exercise, the IAF landed C-17 Globemaster in November 2016 at ALG (Advanced Landing Grounds) of Mechuka, a town located at just 29km from the Chinese border.

The Chinese are yet to react to this incident. Globe analysts predict that China will express its displeasure over the incident, will retaliate in a similar manner. The ‘Doklam Stand-off’ is a classic example of China’s provocative retaliation.

High Court Notice To 22 MLA’s Over Defection To TDP

The combined High Court of the Telugu States issued notices to 22 TDP MLAs. All the MLAs have won in the 2014 AP Assembly Elections on YSRCP ticket, and have changed the parties later. The notices were issued after the High Court heard the arguments from Giddalur (Prakasham District) ex-MLA Anna Venkata Rambabu, who filed the PIL (Public Interest Litigation) in the High Court.

Shockingly, the notices were issued to AP Assembly Secretary and Judicial Secretary along with the MLAs. The court postponed the next hearing of the case for the last week of March. In the petition, Anna Venkata Rambabu also stated that S Amarnath Reddy, Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao, CH Adinarayana Reddy, and Bhuma Akhila Priya who won on behalf of YSRCP, have no right to continue in the AP State Cabinet, and should immediately resign for their respective ministries.

According to the petition, the ex-MLA also demanded the High Court to issue interim orders nullifying their position as ministers and MLAs, and a fine of Rs 500 per day until the case is resolved.The recent development raised concerns in the TDP camp. The TRS Government shocked the T-Congress by banning two of its MLAs and suspending 11 Members from the Assembly for their indecent behavior. To counter KCR’s camp, the TPCC is planning to launch its strategy to dethrone KCR.

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy threw his mic and it has hit the Legislative Council’s head Swami Goud. Irked with their rude behavior, KCR and Harish Rao implemented Ban on Nalgonda and Alamuru MLAs without any second thought. Revanth along with Jana Reddy and Uttam Kumar called for an urgent party meeting there itself. Close aides revealed that Revanth who is an arch rival to TRS has asked his colleagues to launch a big fight against TRS now itself. According to Revanth, having mass resignations to their MLA seats will make people trust them. So that they will start mudslinging programme against TRS to win in the next elections. Even though this news is not official, many political analysts think that Revath and Jana Reddy might implement this plan to counter KCR . on the other hand, Harish Rao backs his actions by stating that no one is going to get spared if they cross limits in Assembly.

Meanwhile, the TRS Supreme is confident over winning the next elections. He stated that he conducted 3 surveys which got supporting results to TRS. Also, he assured his party MLAs to continue them for next term if they able to win their constituencies.

Right from the point of time when the TRS Party formed Government in Telangana, it has been showing what it can do with Power in hand. In the ongoing budget sessions, it made headlines by taking drastic decisions on Opposition MLAs.

The Telangana CM KCR made it super clear tons of times that his house shall not spare any anti-discipline elements. He has shown each and every member of the Assembly by suspending some MLAs of T-TDP and TPCC every now and then who tried to interrupt important speeches. Former T-TDP floor leader Revanth got highest suspensions in the history of Telangana Assembly. But in the recent budget sessions of 2018, KCR warned its Opposition to maintain decency in the house or else strict actions will be taken. Despite his warning, the Opposition party Congress disrupted Speaker’s and Governor’s speech many times.

Thus he has passed the disqualification move on two T-Congress MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Sampath along with the approval of the house. Also, he made the speaker to suspend 11 Congress MLAs including its head Jana Reddy and President Uttam Kumar Reddy etc. The suspended MLAs continued their protest outside the Assembly but KCR continued the house’s proceedings in order to complete planned sessions.

Suspended MLAs can come back to the house very soon but the disqualified MLAs has no rights or power to enter the Assembly. Bi-elections will be planned and implemented in the constituencies of disqualified members in the places Nalgonda and Alamuru.
