Venkayya Congratulates KCR For Making Telugu as Mandatory
Telangana Chief Minister KCR decision of making Telugu as a mandatory subject from 1st class to intermediate is appreciated. Recently Vice-President Venkiah Naidu expressed his appreciations on the KCR decision. Venkayya congratulated him and welcomed the rule. He also said that taking Telangana as inspiration and should be given first priority to their mother tongue. Venkayya expected that AP Chief Minister Chandrababu will also take such a decision as soon as possible. From the next academic year, Telugu should be from first class to Intermediate that may be a government or private educational institutes.
