The Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has intensified his trails to make his party Jana Sena strong in the two Telugu states. After establishing party offices in the two Telugu states, he has launched his party’s digital platform Shatagni.

Pawan known for being contemporary with the developed technology is well aware of what digital media can do. We can recollect some references to digital media and Youtube in his speeches. We have heard him saying that he would release secrets and bad deeds of politicians who criticise him on Youtube and social media of his followers. Now he moved a step further by launching Jana Sena’s digital platform Shatagni to reveal party’s ideologies, meetings and crucial updates to its followers. Media is very much important these days to lift any party and that is the reason all big parties in the state of AP has its own or pro-media channel. When it comes to Jana Sena, its Shatagni which reflects Pawan’s soul in fighting for the society.

Some haters of Pawan say that this Shatagni ends up as any other normal website but his fans come in support of this platform by promoting this via their social networking sites. Now Pawan doesn’t need a backup of any pro-TDP Channels or his anti channels to either promote him or degrade him. We have to wait and see what Shatagni can do in the upcoming days.

One of the senior leaders of Telangana BJP, Danam Nageswar Reddy has shifted his loyalties the other day. He left his new party BJP to join another big National Party for his political future. Let us dwell on the details.

Danam who got graduated in Medicine from Osmania University has cherished in Politics by winning 5 times as an MLA in Telangana with TDP ticket. He served as Minister in many departments and became one of the big leaders of TDP in Telangana district. However, the bifurcation of United AP lead him to establish his own party but he later dissolved his party and joined in BJP along with his son. But the Centre failed to acknowledge his contribution to the party and kept him far from designated positions. Adding more fuel to the flame, his colleagues also troubling him with the competition. So he decided to leave BJP and joined Congress under the guidance of its National President Rahul Gandhi. Danam feels that Congress is the only party which respects its leaders, unlike BJP which belittles regional leaders. With Danam’s decision, other BJP leader Kishan Reddy claimed that BJP gave him needed posts and respect but welcomed Nageswar’s decision.

Along with AP, the Politics of Telangana is also creating curiosity as Congress is emerging as the only option for TRS Haters. On the other hand, Congress is trying hard to grow stronger in AP to win some double-digit seats from zero in the upcoming elections.

The ruling party of Andhra Pradesh, TDP has finally bent for the pressure created by both Pawan Kalyan’s JFC and Y.S Jagan’s “No Confidence” Movement. TDP has revealed a much-needed conference to save the state of AP and to get all the promised grants from the Centre.

TDP after realizing the importance of votes started its fight against Centre to implement AP Bifurcation Act promises. To go ahead of its permanent rival YSRCP and apparent rival Jansena, TDP announces an All Party meeting within the state to have a joint fight. Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao felt the need of the fight has arranged an urgent press conference to reveal TDP’s action plan. According to him, TDP will send invitations to all the regional parties like Jansena, AP BJP, YSRCP, CPI, CPM and other important NGO groups as well to fight for AP. Despite his invitation to YSRCP, Ganta along with his MLA’s ridiculed Jagan for not supporting TDP in its fight against the Centre. He termed Jagan as a selfish leader as the YSRCP Supreme is getting ready to sell his party for his personal gain that is bailing out of his CBI cases. This dual stand of TDP on Y.S Jagan is only sending negative opinions to the common people of the state.

Political analysts feel that the move of TDP is too late as Pawan and Jagan are already ahead of CBN in their fight for AP against Centre. Now the million dollar question is Will Jagan attend this All Party Meeting? even if he attends, how will two rival parties in which each throws mud on one another would join hands for the sake of the state?

Union Minister (for Water Resources) Arjun Ram Meghwal who chaired a daylong meeting with irrigation ministers of Southern states has come up with a shocking decision. The Union Minister said that from here on a Central Tribunal will be in place for solving water disputes between states in the country. Arjun Ram Meghwal announced that there wouldn’t be any state tribunals.

Concluding the daylong meeting, the Minister said, ‘A lot of money is being wasted in the form of Tribunals that were set up for every primary river. Instead, the Centre is calling for a unified tribunal, which will replace all the existing state tribunals and river tribunals.

The Parliament will pass this bill in the upcoming Parliamentary sessions in March.’

Speaking at the occasion, Telangana Minister (for Water Resources), Harish Rao said, the Brijesh Kumar Tribunal which has been working for over 14 years failed miserably.

‘The Andhra Pradesh government, alleging that it is creating hurdles for carrying out RDS (Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme) Modernization works. The Centre needs to take a clear stance in this regard. The Centre should ensure successful implementation of the tripartite treaty between Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka’ concluded Harish Rao.

The Singapore government announced a bonus of SGD100 – SGD300 to its citizens. Everyone above 21 years of age, holding a ‘Singapore Citizenship’ is eligible for the bonus. Citizens with annual income below SGD28,000 are eligible for SGD300 bonus, while citizens with annual income between SGD28,000 – SGD100,000 are eligible for SGD200 bonus. Citizens with annual income over SGD100,000 will be given a bonus of SGD100.

The Singapore Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat announced the bonus scheme on Monday.

‘This reflects the Government’s commitment to sharing its fruits of Singapore development to the Singapore citizens. We have a surplus budget this year, thanks to the recent property market pickup and increased stamp duty collections,’ said Heng Swee Keat.

The one-time bonus from the Singapore Government will cost the state SGD700 million (or Rs 3430 Crores).

If the same is ever to take place in our debt-ridden nation, the politicians need to come out with their black money reserves. Meanwhile, the Indian politicians are always busy in mudslinging on other party leaders, and looting the exchequer.

Speaking at the TDP Coordination Committee meeting, Chandrababu Naidu has expressed his grief over BJP in recent times. The AP CM said that Congress has cheated Andhra Pradesh by carrying out unscientific bifurcation of AP. Now BJP is cheating the state by not fulfilling its commitments.

‘Andhra Pradesh wants each and every benefit that comes under the SCS – Special Category Status. It shouldn’t matter what name or scheme they are passed on to the state. When we asked about the implementation of SCS, the Centre pointed out that the 14th Finance Commission denied SCS to Andhra Pradesh. Now it has been proved that there has been no such recommendation from the 14th Finance Commission. We need to confront the Centre in this regard.

At the same time, we need to be careful about the whole row going on Special Category Status. The opposition parties are trying to create a ‘sentiment’ over the SCS, and are creating hurdles for the development of the State. The opposition is also trying to provoke the common man against the government.

There is no way that the two national parties at the Centre can survive after doing injustice to Andhra Pradesh,’ said Chandrababu Naidu during the Party Coordination Committee meeting.

The AP Congress batch has awakened from its hibernation after all these days. Its state’s Chief Raghuveera Reddy has announced his party’s future plans against center regarding the AP Bifurcation Act of 2014 which includes the controversial No-Confidence Movement.

Andhra Pradesh PCC Chief in his recent press meet declared that his Supreme Rahul Gandhi has given his assurance to support AP if No Confidence Movement is passed in Parliament. Raghu Veera stated that post the elections of 2014, the entire cadre of AP TDP failed to do justice to AP and so does BJP. He feels its time for Congress Party to swing into action in order to save TDP. So all the AP Congress leaders have passed the act under section 184 to the Speaker which requests an open debate in the house regarding AP Bifurcation Act. If the Speaker fails to conduct this debate, then for sure AP PCC along with its National leaders will pass No-Confidence Movement in the Parliament to mount pressure on the center. Raghuveera Reddy also asks the ruling party TDP to support this cause which will benefit AP’s golden future. So he has become the third person to talk about this movement after Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan.

It’s a known news that Jagan is going to pass this act on 6th of March in upcoming Parliament sessions for which the Janasena Chief demanded to do so. He also assured Jagan that he will give unconditional support along with his so-called partner TDP’s support.

During his ‘Praja Sankalpa Yatra’ yesterday, YS Jagan stated that he is in support of no-confidence motion. ‘I challenge Pawan Kalyan to gather enough support to move the no-confidence motion in the Parliament,’ said Jagan. Later, MLA Roja too lashed out at Pawan Kalyan during a press conference.

Reacting YS Jagan’s remarks, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan called for a press meet. Addressing the media representatives, Pawan Kalyan out rightly extended his support towards the YSRCP, if it comes with a no-confidence motion. ‘I extend my complete support towards YSRCP if it puts the no-confidence motion.

One MP is enough to take the no-confidence motion forward. But to move it in the house, we need 50 MPs to support it. It is my responsibility to get enough support to the no-confidence motion. In the recent past, Akhilesh Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, Muslim League, and even TRS MP Kavitha extended their support towards AP Special Status. In a blizzard incident, over 100 people started throwing up (vomiting) upon eating Carrot Halwa at a marriage function in Mumbai. All of them are undergoing treatment in the local Government Hospital. Speaking to the media, the hospital superintendent stated that, ‘all the patients are responding to the treatment. We have collected the food samples from the patients, and have sent those samples to the lab in Thane’s Government Hospital. There have been kids who are younger than 5 years old. Everyone is out of danger.’

Further, the Coastal Police Station API Siddhav Jaibee said that, ‘the wedding of Caterer Vivek Balakrishna’s daughter saw 800 attendees. The wedding event took place in Mukunsaar Village, Paalghar. 

The attendees had served carrot Halwa along with other foods. Upon eating, over 100 people started complaining about uneasiness. Few others started throwing up immediately, while others fainted. Immediately they were all rushed to the local hospitals in Safale and Maheem. While others were taken to a hospital in Paalghar. The food samples have been sent to the lab for further testing. We will register FIR once the sample report is received’.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is likely to hold an all-party meet to discuss the problems due to Andhra Pradesh state bifurcation. The tiff situation between BJP and TDP is still continuing both at the state and the Centre. Regarding the all-party meet, the AP CM is still unclear on when to conduct, and what parties to invite to the meet.

The decision over the ‘All-party meet’ will be taken at the Party Coordination Committee meeting, which will take place tomorrow. Post that, another Party Coordination Committee will take place on 22nd of this month.

The ‘All-party’ meetingwill be conducted between February 21st and February 23rd afternoon. Reason being that, Chandrababu Naidu will be attending the 3-day 2018 Partnership Summit to be hosted in Vishakhapatnam. The summit will take place from February 24th to February 26th.

Besides, this is the first time Chandrababu Naidu (and TDP) is calling for an ‘All-Party Meet’ after AP bifurcation. Currently, TDP, BJP and YSRCP have elected MLAs to the AP Assembly. Congress, Lok Satta, Janasena and other parties have no elected representatives to the Assembly. In this context, it is learnt that Chandrababu Naid is inviting all the parties irrespective of their presence in the AP Assembly.

Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan announced that he would address the press in a special press meet over the discussions that took place as a part of the JFC. Jagan in the past announced that he and his party MP’s are ready to resign for A.P’s special status. He also declared the date 6th of April as the day of resignations if the centre won’t help AP. Forget about this date now, the YSRCP Supreme has decided to implement No Confidence Movement on NDA Government in the upcoming Parliament sessions. For that, he opined that he needs 55 MP’s support. As he has just 5 MP’s under his party’s flag, he dares to order TDP to stand in support of his movement. TDP has 15 MP’s and he alleges that he can bring other needed count to challenge NDA government. This is the best move from Jagan in his entire political career. If TDP accepts his proposal, then he will win the trust of people. If TDP Opposes, still he gets sympathy from A.P voters. He is safe with any result but TDP, on the other hand, is preparing its strategies as well to counter YSRCP and BJP. It would be so interesting to see the future developments of all these parties in the upcoming days. For now, BJP and YSRCP are ready with resignations and TDP is yet to have a strong movement to win votes in the upcoming elections.

Jagan intelligently dragged Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan into this No Confidence Movement as well. In his latest speech, he asked Pawan to make his partner CBN to support him instead of forming useless JAC’s and JFC’s. Let us wait for TDP and Jansena’s response to Jagan’s shaking move.

YSRCP MLA and actress Roja made stark comments on Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan. Speaking at a press meet, the YSRCP MLA questioned Pawan Kalyan’s silence over the past four years. She also questioned why the Janasena Chief is behaving as if he is spineless on AP Special Status.

‘Pawan Kalyan warned the government that he will stage protests, and demonstrations statewide until Andhra Pradesh gets Special Status. By why has he suddenly gone numb? Who is behind his latest move on JFC?

Pawan Kalyan swanked that he would strip the state government if it does not fulfil its commitments. If that’s the case, why has he been silent for the past 4 years? No one is going to believe him or his JFC (Joint Fact-Finding Committee) anymore,’ said Roja.

She also called for Pawan Kalyan’s support. ‘As suggested by Pawan Kalyan, YS Jagan is ready to extend his support in putting a no-confidence motion against the Centre in the Parliament. Similarly, even Pawan Kalyan should extend his support to motivate other parties MPs to support the no-confidence motion. AP Special Status is only possible, of all the parties work together, leaving aside political equations’, concluded Roja.

23-year-old MBA Student, Anisha Chowdary committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan in her hostel room, while she was on-call with her boyfriend. Going into the details, Anisha Chowdary belongs to Ananthapur district. She is currently doing her 2nd year MBA course in Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Kompally. She is living in an on-campus hostel.

During her stay in Anantapur, Anisha had a cordial relationship with one of her friends. Anisha and her friend (his name yet-to-be-known) even took some photographs during their college days. She took the permission of her boyfriend, Dakshesh Patel (living in Medchal). Even he did give her the permission.

After she felt that, Dakshesh Patel would be doubting about her relationship with her friend, to whose marriage she wanted to attend, she reportedly committed suicide. While on the video call with Dakshesh Patel, she started deleting pictures of herself and her other friend (from Anantapur).

Soon, she hanged herself to the ceiling fan, with Dakshesh Patel imploring her not to. He conveyed the information to the hostel warden and the Anisha’s father immediately.

Though the hostel people broke the door and entered the room, Anisha was dead. The police took Dakshesh Patel into custody, and are examining call records between the two.

Who is Narendra Modi? He is the Prime Minister of India. This is what any school student will probably answer. But if you ask the same question in political circles they might have different views. Few call him the ‘magical Modi’, while others from Congress and other opposition parties might term his as a mere sound-box that speaks more, works less.

Ask the same question in the Tamil Nadu political circles. They would either call him as ‘Political Advisor’ or ‘Political broker’ depending on their liking of the terms. More or less, both the terms mean one and the same.

But why this fuss about Modi right now? We have a reason for that. Everyone who follows national politics should be aware of the war between OPS (O Panneerselvam), Deputy CM of Tamil Nadu and EPS (E Palaniswami), the CM of Tamil Nadu in the past. All of a sudden, OPS extended his support to EPS and merged his faction with the latter. While this came as a surprise, no one had a clue on how it culminated.

But speaking at a party office-bearers meeting, OPS stated that, it is on the advice of PM Narendra Modi, he has merged his faction with EPS. He did not further specify when did Modi advise him and where.

This comes to a sweet surprise to the Tamil people. Did Modi give political advice? Or he became a political broker between OPS and EPS factions?

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in its ruling handed 4 death sentences to a criminal, who is involved in kidnapping, raping and killing a 7-year-old girl. This is the first time such a ruling is ever heard in the history of Pakistan. The 23-year-old Imran Ali has been slapped a fine of Rs 32 lakhs, along with 4 death sentences. The death sentences have been issued for kidnapping, sexual assault, homicide and terrorism. The case of a 7-year-old girl, Zainab shook entire Pakistan.

Zainab (7) is a resident of Kasoor in Pakistan. She was found missing on January 7th. The family of the girl has immediately lodged a police complaint. After 5 days, i.e. on January 12th, the corpse was found in a dump yard. The Pak media termed the case of Zainab as ‘Pak Nirbhaya case’. During the case’s investigation, and hearing, nationwide protests have been carried out, asking the court to pass on the death sentence to the criminal.

The criminal, Imran Ali was arrested on January 23rd, thanks to the police search. Upon hearing 52 witnesses, the judge came out with his verdict. Amid tight security, the Judge has finally given his verdict today morning. The ruling has been welcomed by everyone in Pakistan.
