Juvenile board’s shocking decision on Ryan School Student

The Juvenile Justice board which is currently presiding over the murder case of the 9-year-old Ryan International School student, Pradhyuman Thakur directed the investigation agencies and law enforcement department to consider the accused 16-year-old as an ‘Adult’ in the case. The board said that the accused should be produced in the court just like any other accused.

‘We have decided that this boy [the 16-year-old who was accused of the murder of Pradhyuman Thakur] be produced in the court like any other accused. If the charges against him are proven, he will be staying in the Juvenile home until he is 21-years-old and later he will be shifted to the standard prison and will serve his term along with other prisoners,’ said the Juvenile Justice Board.

The murder of the 9-year-old Pradhyuman Thakur gained nation-wide attention after the parents of the boy did not believe that the bus conductor might have killed the boy. During the investigation carried out by CBI, it was found that Pradhyuman was indeed killed by a 16-year-old boy studying in grade 11. CBI also found that the school authorities knew about this, and joined hands with the accused’s parent and purportedly created the story that the bus conductor killed the child.

The latest buzz is that a video claiming to be that of Jayalalitha during her stay in the Apollo Hospitals is leaked out. The video was leaked by TTV. In the video, one can see Jayalalitha sipping in juice and watching the TV. Political analysts believe that this video was shot by Sasikala & group, as the former CM was having Z-Security around her and it is impossible for any outsider to visit her.

‘The video’s release comes just a day ahead of RK Nagar polls. This can be seen as a strategy played by Sasikala to make the Tamil Nadu public believe that she is nowhere related to the death of Jayalalitha,’ said a political analyst.

He was here, in the city of pearls to participate in the farewell function of World Telugu Conference. Speaking here, he said Telugu has often been called a bridge language between the south and the north of the country. Just like the Telugu people, the language too has been assimilative and has accepted and embraced thoughts, words and ideas from other cultures.  Telugu is one language that has incorporated words from Sanskrit, Arabic, Urdu, and English, among many other languages.

Kovind added, the city Hyderabad is like a bridge between many cultures and regions of India. It is a pan- Indian city as well as a global metropolis. Its technology industry, vaccine innovators, and pharmaceutical companies have made significant contributions to the nation.

Taking the event as an opportunity, he commended the Telangana Government for achieving the first rank in Ease of Doing Business. “For a new state such as Telangana to make swift steps and show such potential as a business and Industrial location is admirable”, he concluded.

Pamidimukkala Venkata Samba Siva Rao is a native of Bhattiprolu in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. He went to Kenya pursuing his higher education i.e. MBA in the year 1981 and got settled there itself from then on. He later established an Industry, created employment for over 25000 people in Kenya.

Very few know Venkata Samba Siva Rao is holding many respectable posts. He holds the position of Director of Kenya Labor Development Board, Kenya Tanners Association Chairman and Member of Kenya vision 2030 Special Task Force.

In view of such contributions to their nation, Kenya Government had decided to honor P Venkata Samba Siva Rao with the prestigious ‘Elder Order of the Golden Heart’ Award.

Incidentally, Ola attained Food panda from its German parent Delivery Hero in an all-stock deal, though the details of the transaction were not revealed. This is not a misleading title. It is true that 20,000 votes have literally saved Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s political career. If we can ignore those 20,000 votes for a while, then the results would be Congress – 93 Seats and BJP – 73 Seats. The retail market rate of Tomato fluctuated between Rs. 50 to Rs. 80 per kg a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to the stable weather conditions, the farmers had a good yield. With the increase in supply, the tomato prices came down drastically. The current market rate of one kg of tomatoes in Cities is Rs. 20, while in villages it is between Rs. 10 – Rs. 12.

Unfortunately, the farmers are not being paid off what they deserve. If the consumers are purchasing the tomatoes at a minimum of Rs. 10 per kg, it is obvious for anyone to think that the farmers are being paid Rs. 5 – Rs. 6 by the market middlemen.

But that is not the case. It is reported that in the Pathikonda Market Yard, the farmers are forced to sell a 40 Kilo basket of tomatoes for Rs. 80. Which means, the farmer is being paid a mere Rs. 2 per each kilo. While the consumers are purchasing kilo tomato for Rs. 10 in the same market.

The farmers are highly thwarted, given the low tomato prices. A farmer said, ‘due to unseasonal rains in the last 2 months, tomato crop has been destroyed completely. Currently, with the onset of winter, we are having a good yield. If the same price continues, it is better that we don’t even take the crop off the field.’

Amtrak Train Derails From Bridge and Hits Motorway

When an Amtrak passenger train derailed in Washington State near the city of Tacoma, sending cars flying off a bridge and onto a busy interstate. So far six people are reported dead and the death toll is expected to rise say, officials.

At the time of the accident, approximately 78 passengers and five crew members were aboard the train, Amtrak said a statement. This is an unfortunate, derailment that occurred on the first day, the trains began using a new inland route between the cities of Tacoma and Olympia. This was a planned project intended to reduce the travel time, as per the October news released from the state’s transportation department.

‘Multiple fatalities’ are reported after an Amtrak passenger train derailed during its inaugural run on a new faster route near the city of Tacoma. Initial reports suggest the train might have struck something on the track before derailing.

More than 77 people were moved to hospitals in Pierce and Thurston counties, the Tacoma based CHI Franciscan Health healthcare network said in a statement.

Even the President Donald Trump took to Twitter immediately after the accident took place and said the situation is being monitored closely and expressed his thoughts and prayers to everyone involved in the mishap.

It’s a 20-year-old long story. Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘Toliprema’ released. The film released with no expectations. Though Pawan Kalyan had good hits with his previous movies like Suswagatham, he was still desperate for a big break. Interestingly, the film marked the debut of director Karunakaran. After the release, the film went on to become one of the biggest hits in Tollywood history. ‘Toliprema’ was an industry hit.

Pawan Kalyan and Keerthi Reddy shot to fame with the success of the film. Senior comedian Nagesh, character artist Vasuki, comedian Venu Madhav who acted as Pawan Kalyan’s grandfather, sister and friend respectively gained a lot of craze after the film’s release. Though many directors and producers wanted to recreate the magic of Toliprema, they failed miserably.Varun-Tej-Starring-Tholi-Pr

After a 2-decade gap, debutant director Venky Atluri is making efforts to create the magic once again. He is directing the film titled ‘Toliprema’, starring mega hero Varun Tej. Interestingly, Varun Tej is also on the same lines as was Pawan Kalyan before ‘Toliprema’. Though Varun had hits like Kanche and Fida, they were greatly credited to director Krish, and director Sekhar Kammula respectively.

The Varun Tej starrer ‘Toliprema’ is slated to release on February 9th, and the film’s unit is hoping that it would create the magic.

The grievances day at the Collectorate at Erode in Tamil Nadu saw two bizarre representatives, one a 65 –year-old man, looked to be mentally unstable, asking people in the office to help him reach Delhi. He claimed to be appointed as deputy Prime Minister and in another case an upset youth presenting his plea after wounding his hand.

Police say that the well- a dressed elderly man walked into the Collectorate on Monday, saying Prime Minister has appointed him as his deputy and he wanted to go to Delhi to assume the office. This man wanted the District Collector S Prabhakar to help him reach Delhi as soon as possible. On hearing this, the police cleverly took him out from the collector’s office.

While in the other incident, Ranjithkumar, 28-year-old- a man from Komarapalayam village submitted a petition seeking the collector’s involvement, alleging ‘inaction’ by local officials on his repeated representations for grant of ‘patta’ (land document) to his house site. On assurance given by the collector, he came out said, officials.

But very soon, he fished out small scissors and inflicted a cut and injured his hand and submitted another copy of his petition to the collector.

Police interfered and took him to a nearby government hospital from where he was sent back home, after giving him first aid.

According to an administration official, a new document is released periodically by the presidency that confirms the belief that America’s economic security is a national security. It also echoes to push for balance in US economic relations with the rest of the world, especially China.

We have our greatest weapon, that is our strong GDP, the official quoted, citing Defense Secretary Jim Mattis. Mr. President also had taken an aggressive stance on trade. He made a promise to reduce bilateral trade deficits, particularly with China, and also wants to level the playing field for American Companies.
