Amaavati: CM Jagan to start Rachabanda on September 2

Racha Banda program to start by late CM YS Rajashekar Reddy on September 2 to identify the problems of people. However, YSR passed away on a helicopter crash and the program not yet started.
YS Jagan, who now intends to advance his father’s ambitions, has made a sensational decision to reestablish the Rachabanda program. According to CMO sources, the event will start in Chittoor district from September 2 on the death anniversary of YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
Sources say Cm Jagan will start Rachabanda after returns from US trip. The event is going to be the first public one Jagan as CM.
CM Jagan will review the implementation of the government schemes and the measures taken by the government for the development of villages.
The program is expected to continue in selected villages in all districts.

Allegations on former speaker Kodela over missing of AP assembly’s furniture

The Thullur police began the inquiry on a complaint received over missing of furniture of the AP Assembly. Assembly Secretary P Bala Krishnamacharyulu formally complained to police a few days ago.

According to sources, a lorry containing air-conditioners and furniture was diverted to Sattanapalle while shifting of AP Assembly to Amaravati from Hyderabad.

There are allegations that furniture and ACs were missing in the occupancy of former Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao. The police to file a case after preliminary investigation.

AP DGP Gautam Sawang: No need to Politicise the Drone Issue

Amaravati: Drone circulation over former CM Chandrababu’s guest house raged controversy. TDP leaders have complained with the AP Governor Biswa Bhushan Haricharan today.
DGP Gautam Sawang Clarified over the drone issue. He responded that the drone flew for acknowledging the intensity of floods only and there is no conspiracy.

Two men arrested for flying drone over Chandrababu Naidu’s house

The floods of the Krishna River have been raining fight on both sides of the government and opposition. A drone was launched by two people at the residence of former chief minister Chandrababu in Tadepally.

Seeing this, the TDP leaders caught the men and handed them over to the police. Knowing this, TDP leaders Devineni Avinash and TD Janardhan immediately reached there and agitated.

The police were trying to cover up the facts and raised their concerns. Former CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu reacted sharply to the drone jumping on his residence.

Asked whether drones could fly anywhere without the permission of the DGP and the state government, the opposition leader questioned how drones flew.

Amaravati: Arrest warrant issued to Rajole MLA Rapaka Varaprasada Rao

Rajole/West Godavari: Janasena MLA Rapaka Varaprasada Rao issued a non-bailable warrant for damaging public property. Rapaka and his followers smashed the Malikipuram police station.
District SP Adnan Naeem Azmi filed a case on Rapaka and his followers.
Malikipuram SI Ramarao arrested nine members for playing cards before this. Police have seized 37,700 cash, six motorcycles and cellphones under gambling act.
Later Rapaka and his supporters threw stones on the police station and broke the glasses.
