TDP leader and Anantapur MP, JC Diwakar Reddy sensational comments on BJP have become a hot topic in political circles. The MP expressed displeasure and discontentment over the proposed 2018 – 2019 Budget by Central Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. According to JC Diwakar Reddy, the Centre has completely shown an iron hand towards the state of Andhra Pradesh. He questioned the audacity of the Centre, which claimed that it has done needful to AP in this year’s budget.

‘What happened to the promises made by BJP and Modi in before the 2014 elections? Did BJP give any special package to the state? Definitely not. The Centre just extended its help for namesake as of now. Until and unless the Centre sanctions thousands and lakhs of crores, there is absolutely nothing for AP to benefit from’, said JC.

Speaking in a special interview to a new channel, JC Diwakar Reddy came up with an interesting analysis of the budget. Instead out directly telling TDP to exit, they are forcing us to move out of the alliance. This budget doesn’t do any good to the trouble-ridden state of AP. Chandrababu Naidu has been immensely patient all this while, expressed JC.

Union Budget 2018 A Huge disappointment for the Telugu people

Posted [relativedate] at [relativetime time_format=”H:i”]

Its 1st of February and the most awaited Union Budget of the year 2018 has been released by the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. More than any state, the two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana pinned many hopes on this budget for their development. Let us see what is in store for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Post the bifurcation, Andhra Pradesh state which became a state without a permanent capital nearly waited more than four years for central aid. They expected Special Category Status, financial aid to the new capital in construction Amaravati, more funds to the National project of Polavaram etc. also the most wanted Vishaka Separate Railway Zone was also in the wishlist of Andraites. From the Telangana, people expected financial aid to some irrigation projects like Kaleswaram etc apart from promised special funds for the newest state. Guess what, the central government and Arun Jaitley showed an empty hand to the two states and left the entire Telugu community in vain. Despite providing helping hand, Union Government showcased its love of the states ruled by their party. Already some regional parties are preparing themselves for protests on center.

Coming to the small contributions made by the Modi camp, the Budget has little fundings to the Central University, Petroleum University, NITs and IITs which are going to be set up in AP in Telangana. Also, the government promised to develop some railway stations which has foot count more than 25000 with lifts and escalators.

Pawan in competition with Jagan to meet PM

Posted [relativedate] at [relativetime time_format=”H:i”]

The two party chiefs Pawan Kalyan and Jagan are indirectly crossing swords with each other for the upcoming general elections. A brief look at these two leaders future course of action explains it all.

Both Pawan Kalyan and Jagan are trying their best to conquer the power of A.P state. As a result, they are almost working on the same route to winning the trust of the people. Y.S Jagan has started his Padha Yatra many months ago across the state and Pawan too started his Chalore Yatra recently to interact directly with the people. Another appealing same thing is their meeting with the Indian Prime Minister Modi. We have heard Pawan claiming many times that he will meet PM and submit his detailed report of the state’s present situation. Within no time, Y.S Jagan has also started his trails to meet Modi for discussing possible alliance and personal favors. Now the million dollar question is who will get a chance to meet Modi first. For some political lovers who find this question amusing, here is the answer. The leader who meets first will have brighter chances of having an alliance with the center. Having an alliance with the center will benefit both the party and the leaders.

Pawan who claims that his target is not power might get the benefit of expanding his party. On the other note, if Jagan gets a chance for alliance then he might ask Modi to wave of all the cases on him. Also if his YSRCP loses in the 2019 elections, his party might have some grip on the center.

YS Jagan, who is busy making false promises, once again spit venom on CM Chandrababu Naidu. Addressing a public gathering in Sarvepalli constituency, Podalakur (Nellore district), YS Jagan said that AP has been engulfed by Chandra Grahanam for the past four years.

The YSRCP Supremo further went on to make wild allegations on Babu. ‘Chandrababu made Andhra Pradesh into a debt-ridden state and corrupted state. In fact, Chandrababu is so corrupted that, he lives on an illegal premise. Instead of being present at the Republic Day celebrations in the state in the CM Honor, Babu was nowhere to be seen. His wife had to hoist the flag.

While Chandrababu is busy with his foreign tours, his brother-in-law Balakrishna is busy sitting in the CM’s seat. Such is the pathetic situation in the state politics. In addition to this, Tantric Poojas are being performed in temples, instead of holy and sacred rituals, said Jagan.

YS Jagan is leaving no stone unturned to come into power this time. The 2019 AP Assembly elections will not be only a litmus test to YS Jagan, but also puts the existence of YSRCP at stake. Only time will tell, whether YS Jagan will flourish or vanish!

The whole world is going gaga over the ongoing lunar eclipse. But why this Lunar Eclipse is so special? Does it carry any uniqueness, unlike the previous ones? Yes, it does. But before we go further, this is completely in the context of science, rather than religion or belief. The ongoing lunar eclipse is a rare celestial event that is believed to be occurring only once in every 150 years.

What’s more shocking is that the lunar eclipse this time around, with have a blue moon, super moon, and blood moon. Yes, three space events will be taking place this time.

Generally, when we have a second full moon in the month, it is referred as a blue moon. Likewise, when the moon comes closers to earth, at its perigee, it appears 6% larger than it normally does.

Finally, a blood moon is the reddish appearance of the moon during a lunar eclipse. Though the earth completely covers the moon during a lunar eclipse, the light from the sun continues to pass on through the earth’s atmosphere to the moon. According to physics, the earth’s atmosphere scatters more blue photons than red. This causes the red photons to directly hit the moon, with blue photons scattering in all directions. This is why we see a reddish blood moon.

Indian cricket, Ambati Rayudu has been handed over a ban of 2 matches in the ongoing Sayyad Ali T20 Trophy. The ban comes after BCCI reviewed the report submitted by infield umpires and the third umpire. It was during the match between Karnataka and Hyderabad the incident took place.

Unaware of this, the infield umpires awarded two runs. In fact, after their innings, Karnataka captain, Vinay Kumar went up to the TV umpire to talk about the incident. After his explanation, 2 runs were added, taking Karnataka’s total to 205.

Hyderabad managed to score 203 runs in the 20 overs. Hyderabad Team captain, Ambati Rayudu appealed the umpires to declare the match as a tie, and call for a super over. The YSRCP Supremo, YS Jagan has been announcing sops to lure the voters. In his latest speech, during his Padayatra, Jagan promised that he would clear all the debts of AP Citizens if he comes to power. Neglecting the fact whether there is no way Jagan could live up to his promise.

Speaking at the roadshow, Jagan announced that, he would in fact hand over the money to the people, instead of paying to the banks. In such case, the whole idea of debt clearance will be collapsed. Once an individual receives the funds, he/she will be using for their own personal purpose.

Moreover, there is no way that the Central government (be it NDA/UPA) will ever accept this proposal. There is no way people would ever believe Jagan’s wild promise. Even if they did believe him, and take more surplus loans, they will be the sore losers at the end of the day.

The only way Jagan could clear all the debts of AP citizens is by bringing his hidden/black money into the public domain.

The recent developments in Andhra Pradesh politics have been driving the leading political analysts as crazy as anything. The TDP camp of A.P is going to take a rather harsh decision regarding its future course of action.

Despite being in alliance with the BJP party, the state government TDP failed to get promised fundings, special category status and other things which benefit the state. In this situation, the people of Andhra and also some part of TDP’s cadre are in a state of aversion with the center. Things like demonetization and GST added more fuel to the flame. Among these situations, some BJP leaders in Andhra started irking TDP leaders every now and then. On top of all these, the Chief CBN himself gave potshots on BJP leaders very recently. So all are curious about the TDP- BJP alliance for the next elections. Fresh news from the TDP camp reveals that the CM Chandrababu Naidu has fixed the day of 15th February as the judgment day of their alliance with BJP. A leader of TDP is claiming that CBN will watch the budget and check if there is anything benefiting the state of AP. If not, he is thinking to withdraw from the NDA alliance to fight on its own. On the same note, another MP is stating that the results of Karnataka might help CBN to take a final call without hesitation.

Whatever might be the case, if TDP withdraws from the alliance, then BJP might team up with the opposition YSRCP which will be a new headache for CBN. Also, the party Janasena’s final stand on its alliance with TDP matters a lot in this political game. For now, let us wait for the 15th of February for Chandrababu Naidu’s verdict.

Jagan who is currently busy with his Padha Yatra in the state of Andhra Pradesh started the groundwork for his future alliances. With his well-wishers and legal political advisors, he is keen on collaboration with the central government BJP for 2019’s elections. For that, he has been trying hard to get an appointment with the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as soon as he can. Reliable sources informed that a senior most MP of YSRCP who has good relations with the center is lobbying with all his resources to get PM’s appointment for just half an hour. According to the same source, PM will be available from tomorrow for the most awaited Budget sessions in the Parliament. In this session, the YSRCP Chief is hoping to meet PM only to discuss their possible alliance for the upcoming elections.

Also, Jagan might seek PM’s help in sorting out his ongoing cases with the CBI. A close supporter of Jagan claims that Jagan will be traveling to Hyderabad regarding one of his cases and on the same day, he is planning to travel directly to the capital for his meeting with Delhi. If this meeting turns to be a reality, then it would be a huge turn in the ongoing politics of Andhra Pradesh. Already the TDP is thinking twice about its alliance with the BJP for the next elections. With 2014’s win, TDP is sure about its dominance in 2019’s elections even without the support of BJP. For now, TDP crossed its fingers regarding this issue.

The TRS Supreme K.Chandra Sekhar Rao has started taking necessary measures to ensure TRS win in the 2019’s D-day. Thus he is moving pawns accordingly to eliminate all possible threats which can divert his vote bank. Lately, the TDP MLA R.Krishnaiah has become a new headache for KCR as he was declared as TDP’s CM candidate for his BC background. Also, the indications from the TDP MLA about floating a new party is giving chills to TRS camp because he has the potential to cash and split the BC votes from the ruling party. In addition to this, the TDP National Chief Chandrababu Naidu also declared that Krishnaiah as the BC leader in Telangana.

KCR is now directing his party members to hold talks with this BC leader in order to stop his efforts of floating a new party. Instead, KCR is luring Krishnaiah with juicy posts which are almost impossible to reject. If the talks become a success, then TDP would lose another potential leader after Revanth Reddy and its a huge advantage to TRS government. For now, there is no official announcement from TRS camp about this news but reliable sources indirectly confirmed this piece of news.

However, some critics opine that Krishnaiah would rather float a new party than joining TRS. Meanwhile, the TDP head CBN is also in talks with this BC leader in order to hold him in the Telangana TDP camp for the upcoming general elections. Both political lovers and analysts are curious about the future proceedings of this matter.

The debate over the One Nation One Election scheme is being strongly heard in the political circles. Be it the lack of confidence, or uprising anti-Modi wave, the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre is keen with the One Nation One Election plan. Even the President, Ram Nath Kovind pronounced the same during his speech on the first day of the Budget session.

PM Modi expressed that, conducting elections for every 4-6 months in different states is very costly and hectic. The cost of conducting Lok Sabha and State Assembly election is around Rs. 4500 crores. Besides the cost, it also ends the model code of conduct, which paralyses development in the states. Moreover, it can reduce huge burden on human resources.

In fact, the President, Ram Nath Kovind called for an all-party meeting to discuss the possibility of One Nation One Election Plan, and arrive at a consensus on the issue.

Meanwhile, political analysts feel that One Nation One Election scheme can save the Modi led-NDA government from a possible defeat in the 2019 General Elections. The backfiring of demonetization and GST (to an extent) did harm the BJP. Moreover, even if the One Nation One Election scheme comes into practice, it can be implemented in utmost 12 states currently.

Our nation is home to the population over 1.3 billion. The population is growing and will keep growing. Though the government has been promoting ‘two-child’ policy, it’s implementation, especially in rural areas is a herculean task. Given the meta-preference of a son in the Indian community, couples kept having children until they had a son. The amounted to 21 million unwanted girls in our nation.

Though the lives of the women ‘born’ are improving, many in the society still don’t want them. There is a wide gap in the sex ratios between men and women in the villages and rural areas of India.

Additionally, sex-selective abortions led to 63 million missing women in India. Many couples who preferred a boy over a girl, went ahead with sex-selective abortions, which is illegal in India. Doctors and medical staff assist the couples who don’t want a girl child. This practice is rampant in interior and rural parts of the nation.

The revelations came as a part of the Economic Survey released by the Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian. Besides these disturbing facts, there has been a sense of positivity too. The survey also pointed out towards the decline in the experience of sexual and physical violence by women.
