Studies teaches leasons and then test an individual unlike life which first test the individual and through teaches the lesson. That’s the reason it is very difficult to lead a peaceful life. Is leading a peaceful life that difficult?. Though these questions often arise, we either concentrate on the solution or escape from the problem. But if the same problems arise often we feel it to be our bad luck. Rather it is important to know the factors causing problems. But in this busy life it is very difficult to spend quality time for our problems. Hence there are few philosophers who gave perfect solutions to lead a peaceful life.
One of the philosophers are Turkish poet Rumi. 5important points are to be noted according to his theory.
1. What is poisonous?
Anything which is more than our requirements is poisonous. It might be money, authority, hunger, love, wish, jealous. It is always better to have a limit in everything.
2. What is fear?
The second factor that can damage our living is fear. Basically fear us the negative thought process of something happening bad. But if we think in depth, Everyone expect their lives to be perfect. When there comes disturbance in the process, the fear arises. The minute when one understands the philosophy patience replaces fear.
3. What is jealous?
This aspect of jealous pushes once own into trouble. There is a small trick to overcome jealous. Not accepting other people’s goodness. It is very important to accept the good behavior of others.
4. What is anger?
It is very to know once own defaults to overcome anger. The factors which are not under our control leads to anger. Once we control our emotions eventually we can overcome anger.
5. What is hatred?
To overcome hatred we have to know what it really is. Any person or situation which we cannot accept it in it’s actual form is called as hatred. If we can accept the person for what they are even hatred changes to love.
Rumi philosophy of these important points if applied in life we can lead a safe peaceful life.
