(If you choose to use the camera’s mechanical shutter, burst capture slows down to 8 FPS.)
Meanwhile, on the video side, the G7 XIII supports 4K video recording at up to 30 FPS or full HD at up to 120 FPS. In front, the G7 XIII comes with an 8.8 to 36.8mm f/1.8 to 2.8 lenses with a 4.2X optical zoom, along with a handy pop-up flash.

Other improvements include a new panorama mode that allows you to pan across a landscape while holding the shutter button instead of taking multiple still frames and then asking the camera to stitch them together, along with a new HDR movie mode, USB-C charging, and the focus bracketing mode Canon debuted on the EOS-RP.

Finally, in case the G7 XIII isn’t quite what you’re looking for, Canon is also introducing the refreshed $900 G5 X II which features the same 20-MP sensor but with a slightly longer 5x optical zoom and a pop-up electronic viewfinder jammed next to camera’s pop-up flash.
While I might sound salty about Canon bringing support for vertical videos over to “real” cameras from the smartphone world, I have to admit that at this point, it’s clear vertical videos are never going away. And by making it easier to record vertical videos, hopefully, there won’t be quite as many potato-quality clips that get uploaded to the Instagram, YouTube or any of the other social media platforms out there. Both cameras are scheduled to be available sometime in early August.

The patent outlines a feature integrated into a smart watch’s strap that would be able to measure body composition. With this, a user could measure body fat percentage using some future model of the Galaxy Watch or Watch Active.

A body composition device uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) which calculates a ratio between fat and moisture by using a low-power AC current and analyze the electrical resistance between adipose tissues and non-adipose tissues.

Leak-based 5K renders and a 360-degree video of the Pixel 4 XL have surfaced online, and they show the phone flaunting a square camera module with triple rear cameras and a glossy finish. On the front, there are dual cameras hidden by a thick notch.

The alleged Pixel 4 XL renders, which come courtesy of OnLeaks in collaboration with PriceBaba, show Google’s upcoming flagship flaunting a square camera module at the back, just like the one on the Pixel 4’s official render. YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy re-appointed as state representative

YSRCP Vijaya Sai Reddy has been re-appointed as State representative.
According to government orders, Vijayasarayi received no salary allowances and appointments from cabinet rank.

Vijayasaray Reddy will serve as the State Government’s Special Representative at AP Bhawan in Delhi without cabinet rank.
On June 22, the state government issued a directive to appoint Vijayasai Reddy as a state representative.

Vijayasaray Reddy’s appointment was cancelled on May 4 as it was found to be contrary to the rules of the Office of Profit while still being a member of the Rajya Sabha.

The state government has issued an ordinance on Saturday, make it clear that no salary allowances and special cabinet status as Special Representative will be allowed.

The governor’s signing of the ordinance is the latest appointment.
The state government has said the orders will come into force immediately.
