Following the rupture between two alliance partners TDP and BJP, the AP CM Chandrababu Naidu made his two MPS to resign from Rajya Sabha. Soon after this, he put three of his party members to nominate to Rajya Sabha for its elections which is going to be held on 23rd March. After having some discussions, CBN has cut down his nominated MPs from three to two due to his issues with the Centre. The two nominated MPs are businessman turned TDP MP CM Ramesh and K Ravindra Kumar. In these two, CM Ramesh is said to be the luckiest MP to get nominated to Rajya Sabha consecutively.

Normally there will be a huge pressure and competition among the leaders of any party. But the TDP Chief made it very clear that he would nominate CM Ramesh at any cost. After a detailed inquiry, it came to know that a big media Mughal of Telugu land who shares a great rapport with CBN played a crucial part in this nomination. There are many leaders quite experienced than Ramesh in TDP but the luck favored him at the last moment.

The Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR in his recent speech has countered his rivals with his mark speech. Despite going to verbal war, he foretold the future of his party TRS and its results in 2019 General elections which perplexed his competitors.

KCR has arranged a special meet for his TRS party leaders and workers on Sunday. In this meeting, he has nominated three members from TRS for Rajya Sabha. They are Santosh Kumar who is a relative of KCR and his close aid as well, B Prakash Mudiraj who represents Mudiraj community and B Lingaiah Yadav for representing whole Yadav Community. After announcing the names, he shared the results of his surveys with his party workers to fill their hearts with hope and joy. KCR declared that his party TRS will surely win 106 Assembly seats in Telangana. He backed his statement by claiming that he is declaring these numbers after conducting three secret surveys across the state. Also, he cheered up his sitting MLAs by assuring them that they will be getting party tickets for 2019.

Along with these revelations, he asked all his party leaders to stay far from crime and illegal activities in order to stay clean. Also, KCR ordered them to work hard to develop their individual constituencies to make the state of Telangana stand top in India.

Speaking at the media gathering, Raghuveera Reddy said, ‘TDP and BJP have failed miserably in granting the Special Category Status and fulfilling the commitments in the AP Reorganization Act 2014.

The official twitter handle of INC, posted a video, showing Rahul Gandhi answering in a humour manner for a question put up by two individuals.

The first question is asked by Prasenjit K. Basu, an Indian-origin Singaporean, an economist and author. He asked the question, ‘why is it that during the years that your family ruled India, India’s per capita income was growing less than world average? And it has grown substantially faster than global average after Modi became the PM’.

Suddenly, another gentleman stands from the audience and lauds Jawaharlal Nehru, and Congress rule. Rahul Gandhi, then said, these extreme views have reflected how polarized India has become… and continues to answer in a diplomatic tone.

The two TDP Ministers Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Chowdary who found their places in Central Cabinet have resigned their Ministries without any second thought. Following the orders of their Chief CBN, they moved their first pawn against the center.

Despite backing off from the alliance, the TDP Supreme Chandrababu Naidu arranged a press meet yesterday midnight in order to announce the resignations of these two Central Ministers. As a part of TDP’s protest against the Centre for not granting Special Category Status, CBN took this drastic decision depleting the relations between TDP and BJP. Ashok Gajapathi Raju served as the Aviation Minister while Sujana Chowdary handled the responsibilities of Science and Technology in the country. Actually, these two are supposed to resign in the early morning of today but PM Narendra Modi gave his appointment today evening. So these two Ministers met PM and handed over their call off letters.

Also here in the state, the BJP leaders who got a position in CBN’s cabinet too resigned their state Ministries. Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas and Endowment Minister Manikyala Rao resigned from State Cabinet and left TDP’s camp. Still, Naidu is very interested to continue his alliance with BJP by staying in NDA despite his rivalry with the Centre for AP’s future.

Pawan Kalyan floated his party in 2014 but denied participating in the elections in the same year. He promised his fans that he will form a full-fledged party prior to the next general elections to contest all the seats. Looking at his present status, he did form party and called in for memberships. After Arun Jaitley’s episode, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has taken a tough decision. The TDP party president, Chandrababu Naidu made a key announcement during a late night press meet held on Mach 7th. He stated that his party members, Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Chowdary will resign from their respective cabinet ministry portfolios.

Likewise, both Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Chowdary submitted their resignation letter to Prime Minister Modi, in his official residence. Though they had to submit their resignation letters in the morning, PM Modi was unavailable, as he was in Rajasthan.

After meeting PM Modi, and submitting their resignations, the ministers spoke to the media in New Delhi yesterday. Sujana Chowdary said, ‘the PM received us well. The Centre and the State Governments are working closely to find a solution for the existing problems. All that we want is the Centre to fulfill the promises made in the AP Bifurcation act.’

‘We resigned on the directives of our party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu. India became the fastest growing nation in Aviation industry in the past few years. The PM was really happy the way we have contributed and handled our responsibilities. Let us all hope, things get solved very soon’, said Ashok Gajapathi Raju.

After Arun Jaitley held the controversial press meet last evening, many political analysts thought that TDP would definitely walk out of NDA and BJP alliance at the Centre and the State. Shockingly, Chandrababu’s late night press meet did not go that way.
