And it was learned that Pankaj Mehta killed his wife Priya Mehta and tried to fabricate a ‘story’ about her killing. The recent news is that the mother of Priya Mehta has vent out her agony and anguish, and demanded to hang Pankaj Mehta without any further investigations and formalities.

‘Priya and Pankaj loved each other. The marriage also went ahead without any issue. Families on both sides were very happy for the couple. How could he do this to Priya? How could he kill her so cruelly? This is unacceptable for us, and we are not able to come to terms that Priya is not with us anymore,’ stated Pankaj’s father.

‘During the investigation, Pankaj accepted the crime. To escape from clearing a debt he has killed Priya. He wanted to fabricate as if the money lender has planned for the shooting, and make him guilty in the eyes of law’ stated a police official.

Few sources are also quoting that, ‘Pankaj is currently having an intimate relationship with a Singer who is working with a restaurant. In order to continue with the second woman in his life, Pankaj wanted to eliminate Priya. Hence he has planned for the shooting, which would not only eliminate Priya but also relieve him from paying his debt.’

It was reported that Jagan would sweep 2014 AP Assembly elections, and for most of the time, everything seemed to be true. It was only until the last few months before the elections. Just like a cricket test match, where one brilliant session changes the match, the same happened in 2014 elections. While everything was seemed in favor of YS Jagan, with Pawan Kalyan’s entry, the tables have changed. Within a month, Jagan’s win became impossible. And rightly so, he did lose.

In a recent media gathering organized in seeking support for his Padayatra, Jagan’s answer shocked everyone there. When a journalist asked, ‘Sir, what are your strategies to counter Pawan’s Janasena in upcoming assembly elections?’ the YSRCP President replied, ‘the fight is between YSRCP and TDP. Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena isn’t even in the picture. People don’t consider Janasena as a contender in the elections.’

While the analysts almost choked hearing this, it looks like again hasn’t learned his lesson yet. He is bound to pay a hefty price if he doesn’t realize it soon.

The stainless steel wristwatch of former Hollywood star Paul Newman’s has reportedly fetched $17.8m (INR 116 crores) in an auction, after expecting to fetch $1m. The wristwatch was gifted to Paul Newman by his wife Joanne Woodward as they were filming for ‘Winning’ in 1969. The watch had the words, ‘Drive Carefully, Me’ engraved on it. The wristwatch is of Dayton Rolex make and was later used by Newman to time his car races.

The watch was finally sold to an unnamed buyer who participated via telephone in the auction. The record for the highest price for a watch goes to Patek Phillippe pocket watch, that was sold for $24m in 2014.

The Dayton Rolex watch was given to James Cox in 1984, who was the boyfriend of Nell Newman at that time. James Cox put the watch for the auction and specified that some of the proceeds will go towards the Newman’s foundation that was set up in 2005. Paul Newman 83, died on 26th September 2008.

The role of racer played by Paul Newman in the movie ‘Winning’, has spurred his interest in the sport. Paul took part in the 24-hour Le Mans race.

BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation and Security) issued a list of identity proofs/documents to enter the airports. The listed ID proofs can also be used for check-in. There was a lack of clarity over the suggested ID proofs.

According to the circular issued on October 26, by BCAS, it states, “In order to ensure that a bonafide passenger is travelling on a valid ticket which is issued in his/her name and also to avoid all possible controversies/arguments with the security staff, any of the following original photo identity documents can be carried.

‘Mobile Aadhar’ joins the list of 10 Identity proofs to enter airportsThe permissible list of documents at the Airports is a passport, voter ID proof, M-Aadhar, PAN card and driving license. Apart from the above-mentioned, passbook issued by a nationalized bank, pension card, disability photo identification and service photo ID card of central/state government, PSU, local bodies and Private Ltd co. will also be acceptable.

For differently abled, they will have to provide a disability photo ID / medical certificate. Even students have an option to furnish a photo identity card issued by a government institute. Infants or minors joined by their parents/guardians does not need any proof.Passengers, unable to produce one of the above-listed documents, they can their identity certificate issued by a group ‘A’ gazette officer from state/central government. While it is mandatory to furnish passport and an air ticket for international travel.

Woman doesn’t need man’s consent to abort her child: Supreme Court of India

The Apex Court has ruled that an adult woman had an unimpeachable right to give birth or abort the pregnancy. A man’s plea before the Punjab and Haryana High court was dismissed. The High court said, keeping in view of the marital position of the couple, the decision to terminate the unwanted fetus was right, it is not the termination that soured the relationship between the two.

Under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, the court maintained, there was no need to express or implied consent from the husband. It is the sole prerogative of the woman to abort or keep the child. The bench headed by Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra said, that even a mentally challenged woman has the right to terminate the pregnancy. In this particular case, she is a mother and an adult and no one can accuse or count her to be liable.

The couple got married in the year 1994, and they had a son in the year 1995. Since 1999, the wife and her son had been living with her parents in Chandigarh due to fights and also filed a maintenance case. The Lok Adalat has mediated and counseled the couple to live together again. In November 2002, they started living together again and in the process realized she was pregnant. But the relationship between the couple never improved and she decided to terminate the unwanted pregnancy.

While rejecting the man’s petition of seeking INR 30 lakhs as damages from his separated wife for undergoing an abortion without his consent, the order was passed by the court that wife had consented to matrimonial sex, but that does not imply she has consented to conceive a child. She is all free to decide to give birth or no.

The upcoming iconic film, 2.0 starring ‘Thalaivar’ Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy had its audio launch function in Burj Khalifa, Dubai on the evening of 27th October . The audio launch event reportedly cost 15 Crores. The production cost of the film is expected to be around 450 Crore when added with promotion and other costs would surely be double the budge of Baahubali series films together.

Adding glare to the event, the whole show was hosted by RJ Balaji, Rana Daggubati and Karan Johar who took turns and spoke in three languages to keep the audiences hooked and entertained through the evening. The event was nothing short of a lifetime spectacle.

As guests graced the evening, the film’s technicians from all the 24 crafts shared their experiences while working on the film. Editor Antony surprised everyone by stating that, the film would be the ‘shortest’ ever cut made by Shankar. ‘Usually, Shankar sir’s film crosses the 3-hour mark, but this film is cut at 2 hours 20 mins’.

While the film’s unit already released two songs on various streaming platforms on Friday night, AR Rahman sang the 3rd song on the evening.

Shankar specially thanked Rajinikanth and the whole team who has made this movie possible. The ace director reiterated that ‘2.0 is not a continuation of Robot. We have incorporated a global message in the film, and the film features few characters from Robot’.

It is learned that Revanth Reddy has taken this decision of leaving the party when he has come to know the close association of TRS and TDP leaders and even the rapport between KCR and Chandra Babu Naidu. The former TDP leader was greatly upset, as he even went to the jail in the ‘Note for Vote’ case keeping his political career in hanging.

With Revanth likely to join Congress, one has to wait and see, whether Congress would give him the same importance, and use him against both the CMs, or use him as a ‘vocal’ piece in the assembly.

‘When the director initially explained the story, we were expected the budget would be around 6 – 7 crores. After the script work has been completed, we felt there is every need to spend 10 crores in order to keep the films’ technical values on par with the film. As the shooting went ahead, the film production touched a staggering INR 25 Crore.

Producers face loss when the film flops. But with high budget films, even if they have a good run, the producers hardly make profits. And if these high budget films become a flop, there is no way a producer can ever recover. With Garuda Vega’s budget being 25 Crores, we still went ahead as we did not want to compromise on any aspect of the film. I have immense faith in the film’s story and script.’

While the trade analysts felt that, Rajasekhar movies don’t have such a huge market, and may not recover the budget even if the movie is a hit. From the outset, it looks as if, Jeevitha has committed herself so much to the film that, it is no-way-out for her from here!

With his comeback film Khaidi No. 150, Megastar Chiranjeevi made a grand entry after a decade gap. Chiranjeevi expressed that, ‘even though I was in full-time politics for over 9 years, my heart and soul always raced towards the silver screen. I never wanted to disappoint my fans, and wanted to do films once again for them.’

Megastar promised his fans that, along with Khaidi No.150, another film will also be releasing in 2017. And in 2018, he would be releasing two or three films, depending on the possibility.

Going by the latest updates on his upcoming 151 st film, ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is being scheduled for release in January 2019 on the eve of Sankranti. The film’s shooting has already been delayed as Chiranjeevi’s final look in the film is yet to be confirmed. The upcoming film Sye Raa… is expected to go to shoot in February 2018.

Being produced on a budget of INR 150 Crores by Ramcharan Tej under ‘Konidela Productions’, this historical drama based film surely needs to spend considerable time on the sets to get the desired output. And with visual graphics also playing a key role in the film, the post-production work will surely take the film’s release into January 2019.

YSCRCP managed to bag a good number of seats in the 2014 Assembly elections from Prakasham district in Andhra Pradesh. But, soon in the game played by TDP on the political front, many YSRCP MLAs started hopping into the ruling government. This not only shocked YS Jagan but also affected the party’s strength in Prakasham district.

To counter this, YSRCP issued a lookout for ‘notable leaders’ in the region and managed to find Ex-Minister Maanugunta Mahidhar Reddy as a prospect. He was invited to join the party, and even Mahidhar Reddy did show akeen interest in joining YSRCP initially.

As the days passed by, it was learned that Mahidhar Reddy was making plans to join TDP, despite knowing it would hard to get a seat to content from Kandhukuru constituency.

After a brief enquiry, YSRCP came to know the real reason behind Mahidhar Reddy’s change of plans. Mahidhar Reddy is a devotee of Ratan Baba and sought Baba’s opinion before joining YSRCP, where he was assured of getting an MLA Ticket to contest from Kandhukuru constituency. But Ratan Baba advised Mahidhar Reddy to join TDP even though the chances of getting a ticket would be slim.

While these institutions successfully managed to turn thousands of students into dumb heads over the last couple of decades, the new trend is that to claim Top Rankers, these institutions are even kidnapping the students.

Narayana Institutions alleged that Chaitanya staff are kidnapping their students. After a parent filed a complaint in the police station, the police took two Chaitanya staff under the custody. Narayana management told that they shall take back the case if Chaitanya releases the students.

On the contrary, Chaitanya management claimed that there is audio and video footage proving the student joined willingly, and he was not kidnapped. Moreover, ‘Narayana is known for such kind of cheap acts. Everyone knows the unlawful activities, atrocities committed by Mr. Narayana in the wake of political power. I would surely see your end,’ stated Sushma, Chaitanya Educational Institutions head.

A video featuring TDP leader, Former minister Nama Nageshwar Rao has become viral for all the wrong reasons. The TDP leader is seen abusing a woman in language that defines vulgarity and humiliation. The woman also filed a complaint in Jubilee Hills Police Station on Nama Nageshwar Rao and his brother Seethayya.

As per the latest reports, the woman claimed that Nama Nageshwar Rao was having an intimaterelationship with her since 2013. ‘During one of our conversations, I happened to ask him whether he was havingintimate relationships with another woman. He suddenly started abusing me in a foul and unparliamentary language accusing me that, I was intending to blackmail him’.

‘I am not looking for money by making this video public. I am pretty rich enough. Nageshwar Rao’s companies are in losses, and expecting money from him would be utterlyfoolish. I want justice and I shall fight for it,’ she stated.

The woman also added that ‘even TDP Leader Motkupalli Narasimhulu spoke to me in the same context a few days ago. There is no way that I would back-off from the fight.’ This recent development is expected to cause more worries in the already troubled TDP camp.
