The war between the Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan and some media channels like TV9 and ABN is still going on. Recent developments between these two parties hint a discussion for better understanding for mutual benefit.

The Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is said to be a man of his words. Once he decides, then he stops for no one despite the consequences. He stood patiently for 8 long months even though media is airing programmes anti to him. But the whole Sri Reddy issue irked him to the core resulted in a war between him and TV9, ABN. Pawan asked his fans to boycott the channels and the ratings went to poor from good on the internet. So he is rumored to be holding talks to the channel heads in order to stop this war. ‘These theatres can withstand rain and fire accidents. 150 – 200 people can watch the movie using the Picture Time. The ticket prices can range between Rs 30 – Rs 60 depending on the movie. We currently have 10 theatres of this kind, and are planning to increase the number to 150 by the year-end’, said a representative of Picture Time.

Chief Electoral Officer Sanjiv Kumar stated that 80,000 EVMs and the same number of VVPATs (Voter Verified Audit Trails) are being used in the upcoming Karnataka Assembly Elections. ‘We have arranged over 58,000 polling booths for the upcoming state assembly elections in Karnataka.

600 polling booths will be run by women, and 10 polling booths by differently abled people. 28 polling booths with have the authentic design. If anyone is found campaigning near the polling booths, they will be arrested, and strict action will be taken against them. We have seized more than Rs 70 crores in cash, and liquor worth Rs 32 crores so far in the state. We are completely prepared for the elections’, said Sanjiv Kumar.

Elections are scheduled for the 225-member Karnataka State Assembly. The BJP and Congress are fighting to form the government by winning the full majority. Polling will take place on May 12th, and the results will be announced on May 15th.

Indian Intelligence Agencies have warned the Central Government about a massive attack being planned by Pakistan’s ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) in Kashmir Valley. To ensure this operation is successfully executed, the Pakistan agencies are releasing key terrorist leaders from jails, and are giving them special training.

‘Pakistan ISI is giving them special training in the Nayali Forest Area in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. They also installed a training camp for the same’, said an official form NIA, who wished not to be named.

Government sources also confirmed that Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist group is currently training 135 terrorists on how to use advanced weaponry in the Nayali Forest region. The Intelligence Agencies warned the Govt., that a possible attack on Amarnath Yatra is being intended. The Home Ministry has duly responded to the warnings received from the Intelligence Agencies, and have alerted the respective officials, and departments.

AP Pilgrims belonging to Vishakhapatnam and Srikakulam districts of Andhra Pradesh have been reportedly stuck at Badrinath. With the continuous snowfall in the northern parts of the country, the pilgrims were stuck in the lodge. With the weather department predicting an increase in snowfall and similar conditions for the next 3 days near Badrinath, the pilgrims are pleading for help from the government authorities. After their tourist bus got stuck in the snow, the pilgrims were limited to their rooms in the lodge.

104 members set off for the Chardham Pilgrimage tour in Tourist buses. Most of them are above 55 years, close sources confirmed. While 38 people made to safe places, the rest of the 66 members took shelter in a nearby lodge. 6 people belonged to Vishakhapatnam, while the rest of them are from Srikakulam.

TDP Parliamentary Party Office Secretary Naupada Satyanarayana is constantly in touch with the pilgrims who are waiting for the helping. He is advising them, and making sure that they are morally strong. The Centre has already deployed rescue teams to save the pilgrims.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) warned the Telugu states of heavy rains from May 11th. The heavy rains will last for around 3-4 days according to the IMD.

‘Beginning on May 11th, we can notice heavy rains coupled with thunders, and lightning in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. At the same time, different regions in the country will experience different types of climate. Winds are expected to touch the 60 kmph to 70 kmph mark during these 3 days’ said a senior official from the IMD.

The IMD has already warned the people to stay indoors as much as possible, owing to the heavy frequency of lightning strikes. In just a matter of three days in the last one week, more than 150,000 lightning strikes were recorded in Andhra Pradesh alone.

Speaking on the same, IMD Director K Jayaram said, ‘due to the blizzard climatic conditions prevailing across the nation, we request the people to be utmost careful. They should stay away from bus shelters, construction sites, and another type of shelters made with iron’.Given the extreme temperatures, which are soaring 4 Degrees – 5 Degrees above normal, the rains are expected to bring the heat down.

Snake Injured By Locals Undergoes Successful Surgery

In a shocking incident that took place in Jangareddygudem town in West Godavari, a severely injured snake has undergone a successful operation and survived. Going into the details, after the 6-foot cobra entered a residential house in the town, the residents immediately called to ‘Snake Saver Society’, and informed about the presence of the snake.

Meanwhile, as the snake came out, and started wandering around, the locals out of fear, started hitting it with wooden sticks. Luckily, the Snake Saver team arrived in time and stopped the locals from further injuring the snake. They promised that they would take the snake away, treat it, and leave it into the wild.

Accordingly, Veterinary doctor, Ramasomeswara Rao has performed the surgery on the snake and ensured that its wounds are closed. He stated that it would take around 10 days for the injuries to heal, and till then, the Snake Saver society will take care of the snake, and will later leave it in the wild. The news has become viral on social networking sites.
