Expressing his grief, and sorrow over the recent incident in Dachepalli, that made headlines in all tabloids, and news channels, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has come in support of ‘public punishment’.

In his latest tweet, Pawan Kalyan said that ‘Sexual assaults that are taking place from Kathuva to Kanyakumari. The incident in Dachepalli has bothered me deep in my heart and put me in a state of helplessness. I kindly request the police department and the government to be the pillar of the strength of the victim and her family. It feels like public punishment is the only way of instilling fear in them’.

Many feel that Pawan Kalyan needs to be among the public more often than not. ‘By sticking to Twitter, there is hardly he can do anything. He might be able to create awareness and increase his followers, but nothing else can be done.We hope that Pawan Kalyan comes into public more frequently, and fight on behalf of the common man’, said a Twitter user.

In a twist of the turn of events, a case has been booked against YSRCP MLA Kotamreddy for his involvement in cricket booking, said police sources. Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy has been elected to the AP Assembly from Nellore district.

A special investigation report pertaining to Kotamreddy’s involvement in cricket betting has been submitted to AP DGP Malakondayya by Nellore SP Ramakrishna. The AP DGP has transferred the case to ACB along with the investigation report. This isn’t the first time Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy’s name has been heard in the cricket betting cases.

The police managed to find crucial evidence of Kotamreddy meeting famous bookie Krishna Singh in few hotels in Vijayawada. The related CCTV footage, hotel bills, and other preliminary evidence against the MLA has been well documented by the police bosses.

‘During our investigation, we found out that Krishna Singh took asylum under Kotamreddy after a lookout notice was issued against him. Kotamreddy was handed over Rs 23 lakhs via an individual named Vishnuvardhan Reddy after he helped Krishna Singh to surrender in the court’, said a police officer. With elections in a year, MLA Kotamreddy’s arrest could be a big blow to the YSRCP party in the Nellore district.

Sensitive data of over 2.7 crores employees has been put at stake after the EPF web portal has been hacked. What’s more shocking is that Commissioner for Central Provident Fund has informed the Ministry for Communication regarding the data leak.

In a special letter written by the Intelligence Bureau Commissioner, titled ‘secret’, it is stated that poor security features and loopholes in the website’s coding have been the reason the data leak. Authorities have discovered that the data has been hacked in March 2018, after the employees were asked to link their Aadhaar Card to their accounts. The website has gone down since the news broke out.

Meanwhile, the EPFO issued a press release claiming that no data leak took place, and news about it is fake. ‘The news pertaining to the data leak from EPF web portal is false. We have shut down the site to complete the process of linking Aadhaar with the individuals’ accounts. The site is currently under maintenance, and will function much faster, with improved security once it is up and running’, read the press release.

The verdict is related to the murder case of famous journalist JD, aka Jyotirmoy Dey. It was on June 11, 2011, Jyotirmoy Dey was brutally murdered. Police found out that, it was at the behest of Chota Rajan, the shooting has been carried out on JD.

The CBI filed an additional charge sheet regarding the murder of JD on August 5th, 2016. Mumbai Police filed the first charge sheet on the muder on December 3, 2011; literally 6 months after the murder. In his statement to the CBI, Chota Rajan revealed some astonishing facts. ‘When I read articles stating that my gang is becoming weak, I’m ill, and my loyal people have left, etc., I felt that JD was working for the D-Gang (Dawood Gang).

I even requested him politely on the phone whether he had any enmity towards me. He continued to write further. Though I don’t have any concrete evidence regarding that, his writings made me feel so’, said Chota Rajan. JD’s last article on Chota Rajan was; ‘Rajan gangsters off to pilgrimages’ on June 2, 2011; 9 days before his murder took place.

The Medical Council of India has finally passed the orders for the establishment of a new medical college in Siddipet, Telangana. The latest move comes as a good news for the medical students in Telangana. The Siddipet Medical College is granted 150 seats. Lakshmi Reddy, Minister for Healthy, Telangana Government has thanked CM KCR and the MCI in this context.

The MCI also renewed 150 seats for the 3rd batch in Mahbubnagar, and 100 seats in the Nizamabad Medical College. The MCI has recommended the new 150-seat Siddipet Medical College to be located in the Warangal Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, to the Central Government under Section 10A Indian Medical Council Act 1956.

It is just a formality for the Centre to grant the permission for the Siddipet Medical College. At a time when the demand for doctors is surging high, the latest development is definitely a much welcome news, both for the society, and the medical students.

YS Jagan’s ‘NTR District’ Comments Spark Anti-Jagan Wave!

NTR District Comments Anti-Jagan Wave In Krishna District

YS Jagan might have created tremors in TDP Party by announcing that he would rename Krishna Distract as NTR District. But his decision has sparked anti-Jagan wave in his own party itself. Sources confirmed that a section of YSRCP leaders, especially from the Krishna District, is quite furious over YS Jagan’s announcement.

YSRCP’s political advisor Ramachandra Rao has publicly condemned YS Jagan’s comments. ‘Krishnamma (Krishna River) is flowing in our state by crossing many states. It is making the Krishna delta fertile.

There is no district in any state (where the Krishna River is flowing) with the name Krishna. But we are having it. If they think of changing such a name, we will not let it happen. I want YS Jagan to take back his promise immediately. If not I will resign, and stage fast-until-death protest against YSRCP and YS Jagan. We will even establish Krishna District Conservation Committee and protest against him.

If he has so much of respect and regards for NTR, I suggest him to put statues, and name buildings after his name. We will not let anyone change the name of our district’, said Ramachandra Rao.
