In connection to the knife attack on the opposition chief Jagan Mohan Reddy, the High Court has served notices to A.P chief minister, Andhra-Telangana DGP’s and 8 other members regarding this case. As we all know about the attack on Jagan at Vishakapatnam airport on October 25th has created a sensation all over the state.
Having no trust in the government, Jagan has moved to High Court requesting to direct the A.P government to carry out a deep inquiry on this case and that too by an independent institution. Responding to the plea of the Jagan, the High Court has asked the special investigating team(SIT) to submit the detail report within the frame of two weeks.
The court has also asked the SIT to submit the report on the missing CCTV footage at the Vizag airport. The High Court has also served the notices to Telangana DGP Mahender Reddy to submit the detailed report on the statements of A.P police after the attack.
The people generally get irked by the delay like this but here the people have waited very patiently till the meeting is completed. This has given the much-needed boost to the Congress and on the other hand, this can also be seen as the incumbency on TRS is increasing. The Congress leaders are quite confident and they are stating that the dissatisfaction of the people is to the core on TRS.
Pawan Kalyan has taken his Twitter handle and posted the pic of a bus having an advertisement of A.P government’s help to Titli victims.Irked by the tall claims of the government, Pawan has criticized saying that the govt. help for Titli victims is peanut while the publicity is the size of an Everest. He also posted a quote of Abraham Lincoln saying that “what kills a skunk is the publicity it gives to itself”.
But the fact that the general elections of AP arrive in almost 6 months, there shall be no chance for Shravan to enter Assembly or Legislative Council. Whatever might be the case, this is a good decision taken by the AP CM at the right time.
